After the final (please Read DADA FINAL POST #7 FIRST AND FOLLOW THE LINKS) The room is empty except for a small table and a plate of chocolate cookies, cups of cocoa and velvet bags filled with Honeyduke's chocolates. Quote:

Kayla picked up a mug of hot cocoa and took a small sip and immediately felt better after having faced the dementor. She took some chocolate as well and happily munched on it, feeling very pleased with herself that she had passed the final. |
Sliding through the door and nearly falling on the floor in the process, Raiden stopped as soon as his body allowed him to and gasped for air. He wrapped his arms around himself, trying to restore even the slightest bit of warmth to his body. Face blank, he moved to the wall and sat against it, not noticing the table of foodstuff, or Kayla Winters standing near it. Drawing his knees up to his chest, he wrapped his arms around them and tried to calm himself down. He was not well-equipped to deal with Dementors. Sadness was one thing he'd not faced often. He shivered and tried not to think about it. |
When Evangeline emerged into the room, she was still slightly out of her breath and she was still clutching her wand tightly. But it was over now, it seemed! Keeping her wand back in her pocket, she got some hot cocoa, smiling weakly at Kayla. Even if the dementor wasn't there, she still didnt feel that good, but she knew the chocolate would warm her up once more. As she sipped it, she looked around the room and noticed little Raiden looking far too shaken up. Oh noes! And he had no chocolate with him! She managed to get some hot cocoa for him too without pouring it down all over the table, and somehow managed to walk towards him with both of the cups in her hands. "Everything alright there, Raiden?" She slowly started, handing him the cup she had gotten for him. "Have some of this .. it'll do you good." Yup. Evangeline herself was regaining some of her colour! Not that she had much to start with, but hey. |

A voice penetrated the fog that had seemed to wrap around Raiden's mind and he looked up slowly. Evangeline Green had come into the room, and he hadn't even noticed? That was odd. She was holding out a cup; he took it blankly, staring at the liquid. He usually liked hot chocolate. But right now... he wasn't sure his stomach would take it. But... he had to be polite. She'd gone to the trouble of getting it for him. "I don't really..." he said faintly, trailing off before putting the cup to his lips and taking a small, experimental sip. The warmth slid down his throat and seemed to radiate through his entire body; he looked at Evangeline Green again, slightly surprised. "I forgot... chocolate's supposed to... right?" He took another sip of it, a bigger one this time; warmth flooded through him in a rush. His thoughts started to get clearer again. Thank Merlin she'd remembered, because he hadn't even been able to think long enough to recall that chocolate made you better after a dementor attack. "...Thank you, Evangeline Green." |
Daniel came out from the room dancing a victory dance. He was closed eyes and when he opened it he was jumped out when he saw that there are students on the room. He smiled and laughed at himself and proceeded towards the table where a grabbed a purple bag of chocolates, some cookies and a cup of hot cocoa. He sat besides the other students and said, "That last one was tough doesn't it?" he said taking a sip of his cocoa. |
Qaz was very relieved that the ordeal was over. She was also very proud of her patronus. What a beautiful cat. Chocolate was definitely in order….and cocoa after that chill. Wonderful! Qaz grabbed some cookies, a bag of chocolates and cocoa…TO GO! She couldn’t wait to get out of here. Besides, she still had more finals to master. |

She smiled at Evangeline, eating a little bit more chocolate. "oooh...and well done guys." She nodded, although she hoped that they were both okay, it seemed Raiden wasn't as okay as Evangeline though. "Rai do you want some of this?" She said, motioning to the chocolate she was holding. |

"I'm alright," he said, voice cracking halfway through. He looked rather surprised at that, and put one hand to his throat. "Hmm?" Nothing felt off. Why had his voice suddenly gone wonky like that? He shrugged it off and sipped the hot chocolate again. "Thank you Vannie Corbette... are you alright? I was just... really surprised, I think. I didn't really think that they would bring in a... one of... those... for exams." |
Sam's falcon patronus flew through the door ahead of him before dissolving into nothingness. He stood in the doorway, trying to remember how to make his legs work. Imagining that Aurora was with him helped. He walked towards the table mechanically and picked up a mug of cocoa. He took a sip and closed his eyes as the heat rippled out from his stomach. Still feeling cold, Sam took a seat near one of the velvet bags and leaned against the wall. He hated that feeling. Suddenly, he realised he was still holding his wand. He took a sip out of his mug, staring at his wand for a moment. A small, weak grin appeared on his face as he stuff his wand in the pocket of his robes. He felt a little better. It was now that he saw the other people in the small room and noted the second year across from him sitting against the wall. He heard what the boy said. "Yeah, I know," Sam replied without thinking. "I was starting to think KraziKazi was alright...but not anymore." He grimaced. "Oh...sorry," he said realizing he wasn't supposed to be talking to them just like that. "I'm Sam." He gave them a little wave. |
Lyra pushed her way thru the door almost tripping over her own feet. As soon as she realized she was through the door, she straightened out her robes to make it look as though she tripped on purpose. Yeah! That was it! ON purpose! And then after all that work and all the hard questions she answered, all she got was...chocolate? ALL RIGHT! WOOOOOOT! |
When Herminny entered the door she was so relieved to see the exam was over and she passed to next level. She was so exited and that was enough to feel better about this whole ordeal. She really did not want sweets knowing they were not good for her thinking an emotional high is good enough but grabbed the bag of chocolates on her way out anyway cause she had heard that dark chocolate in moderation could be good for her and sharing it with freinds always puts a smile on everyones face. |
Via stepped inside and saw nothing but a table of treats and other students. They passed the exam. She was exhausted and she was panting for her breathe as she grabbed a treat for herself. It was finished... no more dementors. She smiled. |
Lima stepped through the door and saw that there was nothing in there other than treats and other students. "Alright!" she said happily as she headed towards the table and grabbed herself some chocolate and cocoa. She immediately started to feel better as soon as she tasted the delicious chocolate. |

Then Vannie joined them, and she smiled wider at her Huffie friend. WEE! They had all survived the nasty dementor. |

"Yeah..especially for you younger students" She nodded, but at least they were all okay. She just hoped that Miles would be okay. "At least we did it right?" She nodded with a smile. Quote:

His head had cleared up enough that he had started to regain the majority of his senses now, and he could smell the icky stuff the falling things had spewed at him. His robes were dotted with it, and he was sure it was in his hair, too. He looked at one of the scratches on his arm and realized that there was a layer of it over the scratch. Wrinkling his nose, he rubbed it against his robes. "Ew..." he murmured. "I dunno... I drank that, and now I can smell this icky stuff..." He paused and looked up at the girls, taking another sip of the hot chocolate; it was half gone now. "Uhm... what's that cleany spell, to make this stuff go away? I forgot it." His arm was still bleeding; he could lick it, he mused, but it would probably taste like that stinky stuff. He didn't like the taste of blood, either... so he'd just leave it alone for now. It would stop on its own. He couldn't really remember many spells at the moment, frazzled as he was after the dementor... At least he was warm, though. Warmer than before, at least. "We did it," he said, in agreement with Vannie Corbette. And then he looked at the two girls again and frowned. "My Patronus... did something funny. I wasn't sure it was mine when it first came out. It didn't look like it did before." |
Prepared to take on a pogrebin, a boggart, or a lethifold, Anna proceeded into the next room with her wand at the ready. She was still as alert as humanly possible, just in case something darted out at her as soon as she stepped in. All of that, surprisingly, wasn't necessary at all. She'd completed the final exam and was now free to eat chocolate...and lots of it! Putting her wand into the pockets of her robes, Anna smiled and headed straight for the table of food. The best final exams everrrr were the ones that ended with sweets---especially chocolate. She helped herself to to a bag of chocolates and some cookies and cocoa. Ahhh, life was good! |
After shutting the door behind her, Elizabeth felt a pang of sympathy for her eagle, even though she knew it was fine. But as she looked around and saw everyone, Kayla, Raiden, Evangeline, Vannie, Lima, Anna . . . her face broke into a smile. She'd made it. In one piece, for what it was worth. Going over to the table, she took a bag of chocolate and a mug of cocoa. Taking a sip, she felt some of the residual coldness from the last room dissipate. Taking a relieved breath, she slid to the floor near Raiden, exhausted, before taking a bite of chocolate. At least DADA was over now, for this term at least. |
Cope emerged from the doorway in a cold sweat and with something rather gunky stuck in his hair. Best not to think about it, actually. He picked up one of the bags of chocolate and popped the bittersweet treat into his mouth. Immediately, he felt better. |
Lucy entered the next room. The sign said she was done. YES! She walked over to the table and grabbed a couple chocolate cookies, a mug of hot coco, and a bad of Honeydukes chocolate. She looked around the room and noticed Herminny. "Hey! Congrats on passing the practical!" Lucy said taking a sip of coco. |
She wanted to sigh in relief as it was just a regular room with some chocolate waiting for her. She collapsed into a chair and had to steady herself. She was shaking all over and her face was streaked with dried tears. She reached for a chocolate bar and broke off a piece and popped it into her mouth and chewed it slowly. |
William emerged, his face still beat red, his hands still shaking. He tensed, as if expecting another creature to jump out but instead saw the rest of his classmates eating chocolate and talking quietly. He had made it alive it seemed, and he sighed walking over to the cocoa and taking a cup and a bag of Honeydukes chocolate. Walking over to a chair he began crying, the memory of his father still in his mind. The tears weren't bad angry, scared tears - no they were happy, cheerful tears. He missed his father, the one that was proud of him. Sighing he wiped his tears lest someone see him and sipped his cocoa as he dug into the chocolate, feeling better as the treat worked its magic. |
After having opened the door, after chasing the dementor to the corner. Liz sprints through the door, ready for anything. I did it! I can take on anything, bring it on! she thinks excitedly. Looking around, she sees a table with bags of chocolates, cookies and cocoa on it. Smiling she relaxes, and grabs a cookie, taking a bite. She hooks the bag on her wrist, and grabs a cup of cocoa. Looking over she sees a younger boy, crying. "Hey, are you okay?" she asks gently going over to him. |
Cela let out a sigh as she stepped through the door and she took a moment to take a deep cleansing breath before turning around with her wand drawn as if she were expecting yet another challenge. But no... and there was chocolate! Cela shoved her wand into her hair, making it into a messy bun before immediately heading over to the table and scooping up some chocolate. Biting into it she relaxed slightly. But what she reaaally wanted was caramel, not chocolate. |
