She blinked. What? "What do you mean Clark got her?" She severely disliked Professor Clark and she didn't trust him. "Is he going to bring her down here then?"

Shaylee sat and waited with Lizzie in The waiting room. You feeling alright? She asked her friend. Im sure you'll get better. She said smiling at Lizzie.

It was clear that, whatever the reason was, Camira wasn't happy with what she had said. "Clark got there and took her away." She explained with a frown, not one bit satisfied. "And I very much doubt he'll bring her there - she wasn't too pleased with the idea of seeing the nurse." Macadrian was hidden something, she was super duper sure of that.

Camira raised an eyebrow. "And you think it wise to leave her in his care. He's not qualified, as far as I know, and she looked very bad." She knew she shouldn't be questioning a prefect, but something was amiss, that was for sure. "Not only that, the man is evil. He gave me a detention once because of an argument that I wasn't even a part of. He said it must of been my fault though because I'm a Slytherin and Slytherins are trouble-makers or whatever. Professor Erikson even talked to Forrester about it because of the unfairness." She frowned a bit at the memory. "I think perhaps I'll pay Professor Clark a visit." Probably not a good idea, but she didn't care. She wanted to make sure Professor Shakleton was alright.

Lizzie smiled at Shaylee. "Oh I'm not that bad, it's just that my dad's a muggledoctor, and he's always talking about different diseases and how dangerous they can be. And if I think about what he would say if he knew I'd not seen a doctor when my chest's aching... What if it's pneumonia for example? Better check." She looked around for the nurse, she still seemed to be busy with something. She coughed and turned to Shaylee again. "So what's your favourite lesson so far?" she asked curiously.

"No, I don't think it's wise." Evangeline replied, her frown deepening. Camira was absolutely right, Evangeline couldn't find one point wrong in her speech. "But what I was meant to do? Force a Professor to bring her here, when she didn't even want to come here in the first place?" Bah - that was exactly what she was supposed to do. Not force Clark, but try and get him to see Macadrian needed medical assistance. Oh well.

Camira's words about the Professor surprised her alot, she had to admit - Clark had never sounded to her like the unfair type. And what he did to Camira was really, really unfair. "I never knew that." She muttered, her frown still in place as she pondered what to do. "I don't think you going to see him, considering everything, will be good. We should send one of the nurses up there ... whether Shakleton wants it or not. She clearly needs it."

Hmmm. For some reason, Camira thought she would encounter a lot more resistance from Evangeline. "No, I guess you couldn't force him to do anything. He'd probably just give you detention", she said bitterly. She didn't understand why he would take her somewhere with out getting a medical opinion first. And wait, there was something else..."You know, she didn't look that sickly until she came back from talking to him. Do you think he could of done something to her and that's why he went and grabbed her? You know, to hide the evidence?" Oh God. The panic was resurfacing again.

Wow. That was a good idea. No wonder she was a prefect. "Yes, that's a great idea", she said, giving the girl a small smile. "They can check to make sure she's okay and he'd be more likely to explain himself to another staff member."

Detention? Evangeline shuddered slightly at the idea of getting detention for trying to help someone (though she'd hate getting in detention, whatever the reason was), but her attention was caught when she clearly saw panic growing on Camira's face. Oh no, what was wrong now? "Oh dear Merlin. That's - that's quite possible, I think! It makes total sense. He seemed to know what she had and all." She stated, recalling the moment Clark had taken Macadrian. "He walked in and didn't even ask what had happened. He just picked her up and took her to her office." Had Clark poisoned Shakleton?!

When the girl agreed with her, Evangeline tried her best to change her alarmed expressions into a smile and nodded her head. "Exactly. And the Nurses will know if what he gave her made her sick or something."

Oh goodness. She hadn't known all that. He'd just walked in, grabbed her without a word and left? This was definitely not good. But why didn't Professor Shakleton say anything? She hadn't wanted medical help? Could she have been confounded? She looked around again. Where were those healers?

"What if they're too late? He could be finishing the job right now. Or, he could take her anywhere. She was really weak and she seemed a bit...I don't know. It doesn't make sense that she wouldn't want medical care."

Too late? Finishing the job? Oh good God. "Relax, Camira. I'm sure he wouldn't. Not when so many people know he took her away from the students and into the office. Not when we all know she got worse after talking to him." She said, sounding as if she was trying to convince herself instead of the girl. Gah, but where were the Healers? "I do wonder what's wrong with her.."

She frowned, but nodded, hoping Evangeline was right. She needed to take her mind of something. She did have a question for the prefect, but was it really appropriate to ask under the circumstances. Ah well, it was better than sitting here and imagining all of the horrible things Clark could be doing right now. She shuddered a bit. Definitely better.

"So...you never liked me much. How come?" She'd always wondered about it, from the first time she had sat with Excelsior in the common room and her and that other boy looked at Ex like he'd been sitting with the devil. "And don't deny it. It was pretty obvious", she added.

Evangeline knew that it was best not to think about Clark and Macadrian and what could possibly be happening there, but she certainly hadn't been expecting that. She had no illusion that perhaps Camira hadn't noticed how she had disliked her, truly she didn't. It wasn't like she disguised it. But she wasn't expecting the girl to come out and mention it here, at a time like that.

But perhaps it was for the best.

"Err ... it was complicated." She started, her frown almost disappeared as she tugged at her lower lip with her teeth. "It just made me uncomfortable how close you were to Excelsior. You see, Sarah is my best friend. And you just don't like a girl if you think she's hitting on your best friend's boyfriend." She explained with an apologetic smile at Camira. It was long over now, now she recognised how much of a valuable student Camira was.

Hmm. That made sense. And she was in fact hitting on Excelsior. And she did in a sense "steal" him away from Sarah. Though really, it's not like she could be blamed for having irresistible charm.

"Fair enough. I am happy to say that I am no longer in the business of stealing boyfriends...at least I don't think so. Will isn't attached, is he?" Okay, yes, it was strange to ask, but they were both prefects so they must do prefect stuff together...alone. Surely she must know things about him. Besides, it kept her distracted.

It was all that Dominic Denton’s fault that he, Seth Paton, was here in the hospital wing in the first place! Yeah, he might’ve deserved getting pelted by acorns just a little bit, but he did nothing to deserve this. Placing a hand over his left eye, the fifth year prefect made his way to the waiting room. At least the place was acorn free and, more importantly, Dominic Denton free. Hopefully.

Walking past the people that were already in the waiting room and taking a seat, he wrapped his free arm around himself and waiting for someone to come and tend to him. Whether it was the school nurse or Trelawney, he did not care. All he cared about was getting rid of that cursed black eye before the whole school came to investigate.

”Stupid Denton. Stupid acorns,” Seth muttered under his breath. “Stupid, stupid, stupid!”

Why muse these things always happen to him? First Rapunzel with the unconscious book incident, now Seth Paton with the black eye from acorns. Dominic was just a haven for mayhem this term or something... But honestly, you'd think one injury was enough! But nooooooo... go and smack the prefect with acorns.

How on Earth ACORNS gave Seth a black eye was beyond him, as they seemed so innocent. But meh. That boy was just weak. Then again, he spun him around like crazy in the air; made him nauseous. The boy deserved every acorn.

Entering the all-to-familiar waiting room, Dominic saw him immediately sitting down and waiting for attention. "Paton. I'm... Merlin... I had no idea," he started quietly, taking a careful step towards the Prefect. "It wasn't meant to be like that. I'm... Well, sorry." He bit his lower lip lamely, waiting for some sort of response.

Seth closed his blue eyes … eye as he slouched down on the seat he had made his own. Seeming there were probably ‘more important’ students needing to be seen first, the Hufflepuff prefect was probably going to be waiting some time before he was tended to. He sighed softly and tried to ignore the fact that his left eye was tingling pain every few seconds and the huge deal that his eye was black.

It was all Denton’s fault! Denton and his acorn levitation was all that kid’s fault. Surely, a black eye was much worse than ending up throwing up by a tree due to dizziness and having a weak stomach. He was clearly the victim of a revenge-loving Dominic Denton. He most likely was not the first either.

The male then heard his last name. Was it time for him to get rid of this black eye? Opening the one useful eye he had, he noticed that no nurse was there to take care of him. It was Denton. What in Merlin’s beard was he doing here? Was he going to make his normal eye black too? Did he plan to make Seth Paton a raccoon look-a-like?

Closing his blue eyes once again, he vaguely listened to what Denton had to say. Overall, the prefect did not care. The deed was done and there was no turning back now. Sure, he could use a time turner to go back and change everything. Did it look like anyone had a turner on them though? Nope. Not a single one.

“Denton, just go away,” Seth said almost at a whisper. “I really don’t want to hear anything you have to say, whether it’s an apology or not, right now. Just – just leave me alone.”

Following Seth to the Hospital Wing was a huge mistake; Dominic was quite certain of that anyway. But regardless of how much the Prefect probably wanted to kick his guts right now, he had to be here. Seth needed to know that he truly meant no harm.

Ugh. Why did he close his eyes the moment he saw me? Oh duh; he doesn't want to see your face! This was just terrible; perhaps leaving would be the best solution. Make a run for it and don't look back. Though cowardly running never got one anyway, as far as the fourth year was concerned. And persistent he would remain.

"Paton," he started, but then thought why not use first names? They were meant to do that anyway. "Seth. Please - I can't - I won't leave you. Not until you understand that I meant no harm. Really."

Dominic was not going anywhere.

"That's ... err, good to know." Evangeline stated with a single, rather nervous chuckle when Camira claimed that she was no longer in the stealing boyfriends business. Eh. Well, at least they had that figured out. Camira's next words, however, brought a smile to Evangeline's lip and she relaxed. Will, eh? Truth was, she still didn't know the boy that well, but she didn't think he was attached. "I don't think he is. But I can try and find out if you want to." Hehe.

"Yeh," She said quickly scanning his wrist. "It's healed the wrong way... I will need to re-break it and then you'll need some skelegrow to heal it right. Tell your mother she should never try something she's obviously not good at." Stupid Muggleborns...

Pretentious Gryffindor... She thought to herself.

"Winters. I swear, if you anger me one more time, your house will be in last place, AND I will put you in detention with your friend Amanda." she warned the girl. She quickly summoned a vial of headache remedy and shoved it to her. "Take that."

"I need to know what you are high strung about, to give you the correct calming draft..." she said rolling her eyes.

Cassandra didn't have patience for this... there were too many kids in the waiting room! She pointed her finger towards the Hospital Ward. "In there, lay on a bed and Nurse Numel will help you."

She re-checked the scans... his heart was at a calmer rate. She summoned a calming draught, and handed it to the kid. "Alright you may stop caughing. Take this, it's a calming draught. Come back in a week, I want to see how you are doing." She folded the letter and gave it back to him.

Cassandra rolled her eyes. She scanned Tasha's wrist. "It's sprained." She immobilized it with a petrificus charm, and then gave the girl some pain potion. "Take this tonight, it should last the week, as the immobilization charm on your wrist."

One of these girls was dripping on her Waiting Room floor. "Will one of you tell me what happened?" She asked.

ooc: Hi! So the NO CHATTING thing... Let's revisit that. Trel is NOT going to be happy if she's all distracted from healing by chatting... and contrary to popular belief... she WILL take points off of Slytherin. You've been warned.

"If neither of you is hurt, get out! You are bothering people who are trying to heal." She said and glared at the prefect especially. "I'll go visit with Professor Shackleton and make sure she's alright.

She turned around and saw the black eye. She summoned a frozen steak from the ice box and gave it to the Puff Prefect and before she could get a word in, the other puff was taking.

"Out! Too many people in here... you go out. Wait for him in the corridor." She said to the kid who obviously had punched the prefect. She had to speak to the Puff Head of house about this kid... who was the puff head of house... ?

Lizzie looked up at the nurse. She coughed again and said "Oh it was an accident, I was diving to save Kairi who was unconscious and sinking and when we got back to the surface we were in the middle of the lake, and I was kinda tired from diving for her. So I swallowed a lot of water before we finally reached the shore. And I blacked out on the way and Kairi had to help me to get out fo the water, cause I couldn't breath cause of all the water in my mouth." She took a short pause to catch her breath, and tried not to think about how it still ached when she was breathing. "So my dad's a muggledoctor, and he's taught me some stuff about diseases. I think I have pneumonia or something. Anyway it hurts when I breath and even more when I cough, which I do a lot since it feels like I still have water in my mouth and throat." She kept looking at the nurse while speaking, and only looked away for a second as she coughed again. "I just want to check if it's something serious or not." she said, adding "Please?" She was polite by nature, and even though she had some bad memories from her waiting time with Erica, she decided to be nice and smiled at the nurse.

oh. Im not sure... I really liked charms. That was fun.

Then why didn't she just ask her father to come get her! She scanned her lungs and said "You've got water in your lungs. Stay still." She pointed her wand to her chest and evaporated the water out of it. She then summonned a pepper up potion. "Here, the water is gone, but this is a precaution against cold and flu symptoms."

Lizzie gave the nurse a wide smile and said thank you. She took the Pepper up potion and left the hospital wing with Shaylee.

Shaylee smiled at Lizzie and then walked out of the Hospital Wing and headed towrd the Dorms.

Seth sighed with relief when Trelawney came through and started fixing everyone up. She seemed to going this rather quickly, which was a good thing. She would be able to help him get rid of this dreaded black eye and get rid of Denton. Denton was the last thing he wanted to see right now and possibly for a few weeks at the least.

Watching her summon a frozen steak and handing it over to him, she immediately placed it over his and eye and twitched a bit. God that hurt! Pressing onto the streak a little harder, he simply nodded his head in thanks and closed his good eye once again. This was so embarrassing!

However, when Trelawney told Denton to go away, just like he had done before, he could not help but sigh again with relief and let a small smile appear on this face. He had told Denton to go in the first place, now he had to listen. Hallelujah! But that whole ‘wait for him in the corridor’ thing was a problem….

“I don’t mean to interrupt, Miss Trelawney,” Seth said, opening his blue eye that wasn’t covered with steak and moving his head slightly so that he was looking at her. “But I’d feel much better about this if Mr. Denton here didn’t wait for me at all. I might get pelted with acorns again for all I know.”
