Alex unlocked her classroom door and walked through the door. As she went to sit at her desk, she pulled out her wand and conjured a chair right next to her own.

"Now, the wound is still open to the elements and it can become infected. Clean the wound using the Tergeo spell and then, instead of putting the ointment in your hand, put it directly on the wound." Cassandra tergeo-ed the affected area, then she twirled out her wand in a circle over the fake wound, "Antiarius Ontin!" She said and a clear gel like substance dribbled out of her wand, covering the gash and making it disappear.

"Now, the leg is immoble, the wound is cleaned and medicated, let's wrap the whole thing up." She said moving to the back of the cot, for a better angle. "When you conjure the bandages, you'll most likely have them in a pile on the ground, or on the stomach of the person... this is fine, the gauze remains sterile until in contact with the wound." She said and then looked at Toussaint, to acknoledge his question from earlier. "Pick it up and wrap it around tightly enough that two fingers can snuggley be tucked in. I on the other hand was trained by a St. Mungo's healer, and can wrap it around as I summon..." She said proudly.
She then proceeded to make a swoop with her wand, and saying "Inurio Bani!"

As the gauze came out of her wand she guided it around the girl's leg and wrapped it carefully. Once that was done, she tucked two fingers under the bandage, making sure it was tight enough. "Perfect." She looked out to the class. "Questions before I ask you to practice on each other? No wounds please... that was for display only."

Nico watched the demonstration and nodded when the Intern looked at him. He made notes throughout the demonstration and then stood up to find a partner to practice on.

Ooooh. Nico didn't have a partner yet. She practically bounded up to him. "Need a partner, Toussaint?" Please say yes, she thought to herself. Especially cause he was a genius and truth be told, she hadn't been paying as much attention as she should have been.

Camira had a very strong urge to roll her eyes and say "Yes Master". She suppressed it. After all, she had asked him. She took a seat and waited nervously. At least she'd know what to do after this.

She sniffed and then with another smirk pointed her wand at Mariel's arm again to mutter, "Antiarius Ontin!" Watching the gel-like substance run down Mariel's arm she hurried to put over the bandages as well so Mariel wouldn't have to "suffer" too long. Well, this was probably the reason why Nancy's "Inurio Bani" didn't work out too well. Oh, the bandages appeared without a problem but they didn't exactly come out of her wand slowly like they should have. Somehow Nancy'd managed to let the bandages shoot out of her wand and they sort of hit Mariel straight in the face. "Oh, I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" Nancy wasn't sure whether to laugh at the sight or whether she should actually feel concerned for Mariel's well-being. She might have been hit hard after all.

Mariel closed her eyes and cringed in anticipation of the ointment appearing on her arm. She unconciously shivered as the gel ran down her arm. Definitely colder than she had thought it would be, but not horrible as she slowly got used to the sensation.

After a little time in which Nancy just stood there staring at Mariel in shock she joined in and soon was giggling so hard she actually had to sit down on one of the nearby chairs. "I'm so sorry." She chuckled trying to speak properly again. "Yes, go ahead. Maybe you can do better than that." At least she hoped Mariel would be able to. Nancy wasn't too fond of having bandages thrown at her. Streching her left arm out towards Mariel she waited for her to start.

Kayla sat and watched as the others practiced on each other, she didn't have a partner and that was quite fine with her. She decided she would just simply practice on herself...really how hard could it be?

Going slightly against the intern's way of doing things, Kayla muttered the incantation, "Tergeo" and then with her wand traced a circle over her leg. "Antiarius Ontin" she said firmly and watched as the ointment spread over her leg.

Now that was done she pointed and flicked her wand "Aidonsi Traci" and a splint formed around her leg and now for the fun part. She gave her wand a swoop and said the final incantation, "Inurio Bani."

The bandages landed on the floor beside her and she picked them and proceeded to wrap them around her leg tightly but not too tight that they would cut the circulation off. And she sat back and admired her handywork...not bad Winters.

Cassandra pretended not to see the girl's eagerness to work with Toussaint... but she filed it in her brain for ammunition... if she ever needed it.

The students were doing well... she watched all of them and then her eyes fell on that snogglepuff...

Lisa looked around for a partner desperately, she didn't want to get in trouble with Ms.Trelawney again. She had a feeling that she wasn't exactly very fond of Lisa."Does anyone need a partner?"Lisa asked anyone who would listen.

Kayla looked at the Intern serenely. "I know what 'Pair up' means thank you Intern Trelawney but as you can plainly see, everyone else has a partner. So I merely took the liberty of practicing on myself" she smiled at the Intern, although she was fuming on the inside.

Kayla could hear the words Nico was saying and when he emphasised the word trust it took all her self restraint not to turn towards him and scream, that she had trusted him more than anything...and look where it had gotten her.

But she kept calm and didn't look his way in fact she didn't acknowledge him at all and kept her gaze on the Intern in front of her. Oh I am so going to get you back for this Trel.

Cassandra sighed, there weren't many partners open... and she didn't want to pair up with her herself... Camira had been so eager to pair up with Nico... Cassandra wanted to observe that. "Miss Yaxley... come practice on me. Mr. Toussaint, pair up with Winters. And don't help her." She said calling Camira over.

Oh joy. Nicholai did not move from his seat, merely raising his head and directing a surprisingly steady gaze at Kayla and lazily gesturing for her to join him.
"Go ahead," Nicholai kicked his feet up on the desk so that she could practice on his leg, "And don't worry- I trust you." Almost as if he was proving a point but actually so that he didn't have to look at her, Nicholai closed his eyes, leaning back in the chair with his booted feet still up in front of him.

Mariel watched with amusement as Nancy laughed herself into hysteria. She didn't think it was that funny, but Nancy's laughter was quite contagious and she found herself starting to laugh again as well. Gaining her composure quickly as she was sure excessive laughter would be frowned upon in class, Mariel pulled out her wand and pointed it at Nancy's arm.

First the splint."Aidonsi Traci!" Mariel stared blankly as the too large splint she conjured fell off Nancy's arm and clattered onto the floor. "Um, I don't think that's what was supposed to happen." Concentrate! She had done this before on herself, certainly she could do it again on someone else. Mariel took a deep breath and again commanded, "Aidonsi Traci!" while pointing and flicking her wand at Nancy's arm. She smiled in satisfaction as the spell was successful this time. She "tergeo-ed" the 'wound' and then it was time for the ointment. "Your favorite part, Nancy," Mariel said with a devious grin as she twirled her wand in a circle over Nancy's arm.

Not waiting for Nancy's reaction to the cold ointment, Mariel thought she'd try to conjure the bandages as quickly as possible, but then a devious thought came to her mind as an evil grin crept over her face. Maybe she should purposely shoot the bandages at Nancy the way she did to her. Glancing up at the professor and intern at the front of the class, Mariel rethought her plan. It might be kinda funny, but probably not the best idea to do in class. Nevermind.

Mariel then swooped her wand over Nancy's arm to conjure the bandage, but it was way too small to wrap around her arm. Bigger swooping movement maybe. Mariel was starting to get a bit frustrated as she had been able to do it earlier. After a deep sigh, she tried again to much better results. Wrpping the bandage around Nancy's arm and tucking in the end, she stepped back to assess her work.

Kayla rolled her eyes at him as she moved over to him, her wand clenched tightly in her hand. If he threw that comment at her one more time she was going to physically punch his lights out.

As Nicholai closed his eyes, Kayla had to restrain herself from not using the reducto spell on the chair so that she could watch his two timing butt hit the floor. "I promise not to try and hurt you then" she replied sarcastically.

Pointing her wand at his leg, "Tergeo" she murmured. Then tracing a circle over his leg, with a confident voice she said, "Antarius Ontin" Kayla watched as the ointment smeared across his leg and she bit her lip to stop herself from giggling. Oops a little bit too much there, might take a while to clean that off.

"Are you sure?" She asked, she had been under a lot of pressure nowadays, but sure Melinda could do it, if she had enough concentration on school rather on her life outside Hogwarts. "Alright..." She agreed and took her wand once again.

"Aidonsi Traci" Melinda casted the spell, towards Lisa's arm, and with perfection, a splint was created around the girl's arm. She smiled, happy of the way all this seemed to work out for her now.

Eeep. The antiseptic was cold...and overall quite...unpleasant. Her leg twitched involuntarily. And now there were bandages. And...they had to be wrapped? Manually? How uncomfortable. She looked around the room until Nico was done.

She looked down at her splinted, bandaged antiseptic-riddled leg and shrugged. Whatever. She'd leave it for now.

She was about to start on Nico when Cassandra told her to come over. They were switching partners? Why? She gave a little huff and hobbled over to Cassandra. She really wanted to ask why she had to switch, but said nothing. She didn't want to lose points for Slytherin. "Eh, do I start practicing now?"
