Amanda pulled out the chair and sat down, setting the butterbeer that she was holding, down on the table. "I'm pretty good, thank you for asking. I've just been busy with my band practice and classes" She said and smiled sweetly.

Robert nodded, still slightly distracted, "You're in band? What do you play?" He glanced toward the door and sighed, Where is she? His nerves were set slightly on edge by the situation that had occurred before, even if the kid didn't have any evidence there was a nagging feeling in the back of his mind that he might be telling the truth. He chewed his lip worriedly and looked at Amanda, "Umm...you haven't seen Sabrina anywhere have you? There's something weird happening outside and I'm slightly worried."

"Yeah, I have a band called Fallen Angel, I'm the lead singer. My friends, Alex, Rogue and Sam are my bandmates." She said, tapping her fingers on the table. She listened to what Robert was saying and she worried herself. "Um..no I haven't seen Sabrina anywhere, oh I've heard rumours of what's being happening but I don't believe it one bit" She said and shook her head.

She couldn't help but giggle as she heard Vannah , "Oh please." she waved her hand offhandedly, her smirk growing wild on her face. "Yes, it seems she's only a few weeks until the kittens arrive so... now I have a conundrum. what to do with the kittens." she giggled again and sipped her drink, feeling the liquid pour down her throat. Controlling her giggling she grinned instead, "You want a kitten when they're ready to leave home?" She asked, eyes twinkling, "There's no way I can have the amount she's bound to have, but I can give them to loving homes." she nodded, thinking out loud again. "I wonder if any professors would want one...professor Brooks at least should.." she mused, quirking an eyebrow.

Krissy wandered into the pub with a bright smile on her face. she had successfully made Taylie happy without it biting her in the butt. finding a nearby table she sat quietly and ordered a butterbeer. Where were all of her friends?
Reaching into her bag she pulled out her wire-rimmed glasses and a well worn journal. Pulling a muggle pen out of her pocket she sighed wistfully as she began to write.

Kayla walked into the ever crowded pub and headed straight to the bar and ordered herself a gillywater. While waiting for her drink she scanned the room and her eyes fell upon her cousin and she smiled softly. They didn't get to talk much in Divination. Kayla paid for her drink and made her way over to Kirssy's table, she leaned over and spoke quietly. "Such deep thoughts for a young lion" she placed her drink on the table and sat herself down into the opposite chair.

Only a few weeks? My that was soon! Oh how exciting. Savannah shifted in her seat, crossing her feet out infront of her under the table and her arms folding on the edge of the table. She was going to stay calm, rather than jumping around like she was already on the inside. "Can I?" Savannah asked, eagerly to the question of keeping one of the kittens. "I would love to help if you need any, Ar" She volunteered, adding excitedly "And I definitely want to keep atleast one of them!"

Krissy nearly jumped out of her skin. In her hurry to cover the journal pages she nearly knocked over her butterbeer. "Oh `tis jest yeh. I wouldn't expect a puffy such as yerself to understand the complex thoughts of a lioness." Sticking out her tongue Krissy giggled. She may suddenly look like a young woman, but she was still the same country girl she had always been. Hoping Kayla hadn't seen that Krissy was writing about Helios seeing her cry, she closed the book as innocently as possible. "So tell me lass, how was yer summer? `tis a mighty shame yeh couldn't visit me in Ireland. I was terribly bored what with all the weddings in town, and obligations with the festivals." Krissy sighed deeply. She wasn't very fond of being such a well known figure in her small village.

Kayla chuckled quietly as she took a sip of her drink. "Jumpy little thing aren't you" she leaned forward so that only Krissy could hear her. "I promise I'm not going to tell anyone" she moved back and gave her cousin a small wink.

She opened her mouth to speak and then closed it again. How does one go about telling someone else that she had spent most of her summer and the first couple of months of the school term in jail? "I wish I could have been there" Kayla replied wistfully. "Sounds like it was kind of fun and I missed out on meeting my grandfather" yes that's it Winters, just avoid the question altogether and maybe Krissy won't notice...yeah ri-ight!!

Krissy looked at her cousin from the corner of her eye. "We share the same genetics lass,I know when yeh are hidin' something. I'll explain what yeh read if yeh tell me why yeh are avoiding me question." she took a deep swig of her butterbeer and winked at Kayla. Having spent the summer dancing with handsome young men from the village had finally brought Krissy out of her shell.

Ari laughed, trying hard not to bounce out of her chair with excitement. "Awesome, you get the cutest one!" she giggled, then added more seriously, or as seriously as she could "Well, there is one thing you can do. I owl'd mum if she could buy me some cat stuff, you know special food and such. You think you could help out with that?" she asked, knowing Vannah would if she could. She knew she could count on her for anything and that's what Ari loved about her. She was her best friend after all. "And you can come and visit her in Professor brooks hut anytime, I'm sure she'll allow it." she nodded happily, her cheeks warm.

Kayla let out an exasperated noise from the back of her throat, she should have known. "Remember that little Jace problem last year, well that came back and bit me. I spent a few months...away" she looked at Krissy pointedly. "You get my drift, right?"

She leaned back in her chair and placed her hands behind her head and a smug smile tugged at her mouth. "It was a small price to pay, for you see Kristyn Moon, I have managed to get my grandmother out of my life and have also inherited everything she owns."

Krissy's eyes widened. "Ah yes lass, away... I understand." she fiddled with her bottle and looked at her cousin pointedly. "So with Rosa gone yeh can come visit right?" Krissy giggled, she had a one track mind.

Savannah giggled at the response. She was sure all the kittens would be equally super cute; this was coming from a girl who loved animals as much as her friends and family, animals of which were usually strangers to her but nonetheless.. "I'll send my grandma a letter, she'll be able to help us as well" Savannah nodded, happily. "Okay!" Grinning, Vannah was silent for a moment. Then asked, "Does William like cats?" as a thought struck her.

"With Rosa gone I can do a lot of things" Kayla replied mischeviously, except visit her parents which was the one drawback of this whole situation.

"Now tell me..." she said as she propped her elbows on the table..."what has been going in your world?"

Ari smiled at the mention of Vannahs' grandmother, such a sweet woman she thought smiling as she nodded, finishing her drink. "Oh William, I never thought to think of him!" she exclaimed brightening up. "I'm sure he'd love a kitten as well, he's turning out to be an animal lover like someone else I know." she grinned at her companion and looked around.

Shifting in her seat her stomach rumbled and she sighed, "I wonder if they sell poutine here." she mused, looking over to the bar and glancing at the shopkeep.

Krissy rolled her eyes at her cousin. "Aye but yeh have always been one to do what yeh like anyhow." She pushed her ridiculously long hair out of her face.
"I've been dancing with boys, and been made a bloody spectacle... I've been missing me mum, which is how what you read happened...though he probably thought it was because of him. The git." twisting her hair around her long pale fingers she added, "I've been sticking me nose where it doesn't belong and playing matchmaker." She giggled and put her journal and pen back in her bag.

Kayla nodded at her cousin. "And it's about time you let that hair down and had yourself a little fun. It's what I've been telling you for the past three years now" she laughed.

She took a sip of her water and almost inhaled it up her nose. "You're always sticking your nose in where it doesn't belong" Kayla wiped her mouth with her hand. "Let me guess Liam and Taylie right?" she said grinning. Well she could honestly say that she hoped they were happy as she sure they would be.

Savannah was beaming, enjoying their visit into the town vey much today. Tomorrow, she already had planned for the usual things but extra homework ontop. She was going to get everything done at once, no distractions. "Is he? That's great!" She said with much surprise. Danny and William would get along amazingly, she imagined.

"Poutine?" Following her gaze, Savannah's head turned back towards the table remembering the menu she had noticed when they sat down. Grabbing it, she automatically handed it over to Ar. Admitting, "I've never heard of poutine before."

Krissy giggled. "Well yes, but it was jest so easy to make it happen. I sent Liam a letter Taylie had already written. He knew it was me but yeah..." She shrugged. "He's in Italy now, we're not really sure if he'll even be back this term." taking a sip of her butterbeer she chuckled.
"Ah lass, yeh know me better than that. I had to dance with all those young men. I didn't want anything to do with the bloody thing, but as a member of the Moon family I had appearances to keep up. There was one young man who I jest adored. His name is Cale..." Her blue eyes sparkled. "on me last night in Ireland we walked on the beach and he held me hand. He told me that if me betrothed never claims me, he'd gladly make me his wife." Krissy rolled her eyes. "Though the well being of me people apparently depends on me marrying me betrothed.I guess I should be rooting for the faceless fiance' " she sighed.

Ari blinked, her eyes wide with mock shock, "You've never heard ... what!?! It's wonderful! Cheese, french fries with gravey poured on top." her mouth watered at the thought and she picked up a menu, reading it thoroughly, "I don't see it on here though." she mused, pouting slightly, "Hmm perhaps the house elves will help out." she shuddered slightly at the thought then placed the menu down.

"So, how are you doing? I feel like we haven't had a nice talk in a long time." what with summer break then a whole new school term they hadn't had the time yet.

"Oh you are very sneaky Miss Moon" Kayla said giving her a sideways glance. "But if it's worked out for the best who cares how they got together, right?"

Kayla rolled her eyes at Krissy. "And like I've told you a hundred times before, who says you can't have a little fun first before that happens." It kind of struck Kayla as ironic then, that she could say that to Kristyn when it seems all this time with Nico and that's what he had probably been doing with her. The cheerfulness she had been feeling a moment ago slipped slightly but she kept her facial expression the same.

"Yeah get out those pom-pom sand show us your best cheer" she said laughing lightly.

Krissy giggled. "No need for fun, come me 17th birthday I'll be a bride...in the middle of the bloody school year." krissy pretended to look around "Now where are those bloody pom poms?"

Robert looked at Amanda and smiled, "Really? That's cool! I don't think I know them. Well that's an understatement I don't really know anyone around here." He glanced toward the door and nodded with a worried expression, "I'm inclined to agree with you. But there's just something odd.... Right before you came in there was this guy who came in acting weird and Antwone thought he'd smelled fish...or something. It's just weird." He looked at his watch and took another sip of butterbeer, letting his eyes glance toward the door once more.

Kayla looked at Krissy with envy, she had never wanted to get married herself that was until she met him. And of course she had been fantasising about nothing else since...well now that they have split she guessed she could back to her original thinking...no husband fo her!!


Kayla giggled. "I've got some out the back" she pointed her thumb in the direction outside. "I can go get them if you like..."
