Jenn looked up as she saw the passage way. She shivvered slightly. "What in Merlin's Beard is this?"she thought aloud. "Lumos."she said quitely. She could hear voices up ahead. She walked silently forward. Was this the place that held the "School Treasure?" Or was it just a scary place to stick bad kids in. She walked somemore when her imagination started to go wild. She screamed and then her wand went out and she was left there in the dark. She finally sat down and started to cry. "help.....help...."she whispered to the darkness.

Karma whipped around as fast as she could when she heard crying. What was that spell the other girl had used? Oh yes... she thought. "Sinistra Lumina!" The light brightened the room and saw the girl sitting on the ground. "Oh dear, whats wrong?" she said, almost tripping over her feet to get to the girl.

Melinda saw as Jenn walked in. "Shh..." She shut her cries up and continued to walk.

Livvy turned and saw a girl vaguely familiar. Was that... Jenn? She hurried towards Jenn and Melinda and patted Jenn on the back. "Hey... it's okay," she said giving her a hug.

Jenn sighed in relief when someone found her. "Oh thank goodness. I'm so sorry....I just got.....scared...."she said, blushing. Thank goodness it was dark because her face was probably very red. Jenn stood up. "Um...can I come with you guys?"she asked quitely, which unusally for her.

Mari jumped slightly at the sound of a scream, quickly turning around and pointing her hand in the direction of the sound. She saw a girl, but she was alread being tended to by another one. " You almost scared me to death." She said, taking a breath to calm herself.

Jenn blushed again. "I'm so...so..so..sorry."she said, shivvering slightly.

Karma held out her hand. "Of course," she said, offering to help the girl up. "Before we get more into this, I'm Karma. We need as many people as possible." She continued to run her hand along the walls, and watching the floor at the same time.

Jenn smiled and took the girls hand. "Thanks. I just stumbled into here."she said smiling. Jenn grinned. "I'm Jenn. Well actually Jennumara Blood, but I prefer Jenn."she said giggling. Jenn glanced around. "So is this actually where the treasure is?"she asked, almost in a whisper. She said, "Lumos!"quickly and started to look around again. She started to check every crack and dent and so on, on the stones. "What are we looking for? It might help."she said.

Mari shrugged after she composed herself again. " It's alright, just...try not to scream again, unless you're going to warn me first." She said, her tone light to indicate she was joking. She lifted her hand up and moved into the room, watching the stone walls pass by. How far they were in the crevasse in the wall, Mariska had no clue.

Livvy just shrugged. "I'm not quite sure. Some type of treasure... and clues on weird looking parchments. I dunno. Mel's the expert on it here," she said, thinking thoughtfully as she walked forward into utter darkness.

Daphne stood at the entrance to some sort of cavernous passageway. Everything in her told her to go in the other direction, but then she heard faint noises, that sounded like crying. She quickly pulled out her wand and murmed, "Lumos," and started down. Within moments she was swallowed in the darkness, only saved by her small lit wand. The only things of notice were the stone walls and floor. Then she saw a faint glow up ahead. "Nox," she whispered, and felt her way down. If those were some malevolent forces, Daphne didn't want to be noticed. As she slinked closer, she saw they were just students, one of whom she knew. "Karma?" she asked in a hushed voice. Sure enough, it was the German Ravenclaw girl with a few others from her house. "What is going on?" she asked the group, having only entered upon hearing the noises.

Expert? Well...that may be true after two weird happenings just to find a clue.

"Be careful...and watch out in anything weird that might happen..." She suggested and continued walking.

Jenn smiled. "I'll try to remember that."she said, rolling her eyes, but the smile stayed on her face.

Jenn cocked her head. "You got an idea Mel?"she asked. Jenn continued to look around, skimming things with her hand. "Ugh! It's all slimy!"she said in disgust.

Jenn jumped at the voice of someone new intering. Jenn turned quickly with her wand pointed, ready. She sighed in relief. Just another student. Jenn shrugged. "I don't know. Ask Mel."she said casually. She turned back to her work.

"I know we have to find a clue, yet I'm not sure how we will do so..." Melinda quickly answered to Jenn.

"What do you mean, by...slimy?" She asked.

Daphne listened to what the first year said. "Erm... Mel?" she asked aloud to the group, not actually knowing who that was. "What's going on?" She held out her wand and said "Lumos." There was no sense having it out now that there wasn't a threat... yet.

Jenn nodded. "O.k. That's kinda helpful."she said.

Jenn shrugged. "Wet, cold, you know...slimy? Why do you ask?"she asked.

Jenn pointed to Mel. "That's her."she said. She shrugged. "I don't know exactically myself. I know there's a treasure somewhere in the school, and we are out to find it!!!"she said happily. She turned back to her examining. She felt like a teacher gradin papers. "Must be fun."she thought out loud sarcastically.

"Hello, Daphne.." Melinda greeted as she saw the girl ask about her.


"Clues show in many ways, sometimes, they are too easy, sometimes, confusing, it's just a weird thing around the school..." She mentioned and sighed. ´

"Umm...just some..question. I still have trouble...with English..." She mentioned and smirked in darkness.

Daphne turned to the older girl. "So Mel... We're in a dark tunnel... treasure hunting..." she said, trying to repeat any information she had. Observing what the others seemed to do, she started feeling around the cave, holding her wand close to the stone surface. It felt cold to the touch, not the most pleasant surface to be near.

Jenn nodded. "O.k. Thanks!"she said. Now that she had some what of a idea, she could look better.

Jenn smiled. "Oh. Really? Where are you from?"she asked, coriousity getting the best of her.

"Yes...some kinda treasure hunting, around the school, and weird passages, compartments like this..." Melinda answered and tried to smile. She was feeling sofocated.


"Yes...I come from Spain...lived and raised all my life there..." She answered quickly.

Daphne didn't know how she could have missed a treasure hunt! But the deeper they went into the tunnel, the more she wanted to bolt away. Holding her wand back up the passage, she had no desire to leave the little group. She returned to examining various stones near the ground. "So we're looking for something, but you have no idea what? Right?" she asked, more than a little frustrated at the complete lack of understanding. It didn't help that the passages were quite narrow and there were several of them crowded together.

"It might be jewels...maybe more clues to find those jewels, anything related to the treasure..." Melinda answered.

Daphne just nodded, continuing to feel for something of interest. Holding her wand up to the wall, she didn't see anything special, just stone after stone, on top of more stones. "How come I never noticed this before?" she asked, before remember this was Hogwarts, and there were always places unexplored in the castle. "Nevermind," she said to the group, returning to her task. The place seemed very dingy, good thing she was only wearing her school uniform. That could get ruined, but heaven forbid it were one of her many fashionable pieces. What a tragedy that would be.

Mari moved her hand around, the ball of light illuminating the walls as she did. " Maybe we should head to where the light seemed to be coming from. I think we'll find what we need there." She said, trying to remember that very direction now.
