" I hope all of us can become friends" Jason told Patricia and Winter. |

" good, I will see you around HogWarts and if you ever need help finding anything, just aske me" Jason told Winter. "This goes for you, too Patricia" Jason said. |
Kay Gavin imitated the same eyebrow raise as Vindictus. No way. He was not going to be pushed around. Plus, it was definately Willow's fault. Gavin always seemed to get blamed for everything. Just because he was a male. Or that's what he convinced his stubborn self so. "No," he said flatly back. "If you want me to stop talking to her, fine," Gavin shrugged. He could live without. That's obviously what Willow wanted. He was starting to really hate her. But he didn't want to go back to his table. "I didn't know we were so segregated," he commented, with his other eyebrow raised - as in disbelief. Seriously - he couldn't sit where he wanted to? |

"And you?" She asked, here she goes. |
" Well except for my back hurting which it does not now , a row at the Gryffindor table and the food fight, it is just normal at HogWarts" Jason told Melinda. " I am happy we are talking" Jason told Melinda. "Chris and I are talking, too" Jason told Melinda. |

Evs and Kay Quote:
After eating some plum pudding, she looked around and saw Willow and remembered she needed to tell her the great news. Getting up, she walked toward the Ravenclaw table where Wollow was, but she wasn't alone and it looked like some commontion was going on. As she walked up, she flipped the pin straight hair that had pushed in front of her shoulder back behind her and saw who was making the commotion and who it brought over. It was Gavin of course. Callie knew he didn't like her much after their two encounters and one long summer at Issy's house because of Samson. She looked at him and then smiled at the Proffesor. She didn't really want to be associated with Gavin. It may give a reason for Vindictus to take away her badge. Doing the polite thing, "Hello Proffesor." she said ignoring Gavin for the time being. She wondered if interupting would make him even grumpier. Oh well. She tried to be nice. |
Great. Report to the infirmiry. To what? "What, I'm supposed to say what a headcase I am?" Gavin asked, unaware of what the heck 'wrackspurt' was. He skipped too many classes and now he was starting to regret not knowing anything. Deciding whether to go to the healer or not, Gavin shrugged. "Yeah, okay," he agreed with the professor. No detention? Nothing at all --- yet? "Yeah, yeah, argue on the grounds. Copy that," Gavin nodded, resisting the urge to salute. Even though he didn't get in trouble - only going to the stupid hospital wing - he still resented Willow right about now. Oh, how she was going to get it. But he didn't see Samson anywhere and he obviously didn't feel welcomed at the Ravenclaw table so that left him --- Callie! He didn't like her at Issy's house - sure, but people change. Right? "Callie!" What an excuse to get out of this danger zone. "Just the person I was looking for," he reached out and grasped her wrist - gently, of course. "See ya', Vinny," Gav said hastily to Vindictus, before moving off to the side with Callie. What a savior. "I owe you," Gavin mumbled, dropping his hand from her wrist. He grinned, bluntly ignoring Evolette and Willow. Hmmph. "How's your summer?" He added, just to make conversation. |

"Look, Jay...maybe what we needed was some time of our own..we've spent the last two years stuck...and that surely was stressing sometimes...too many fights, disagreements, etcetera..." She told Jason and sighed. |
" You are right Melinda and I am really soory about all or them" Jason told her. " Gee, I was hoping it would be the good old days when we were younger because I did not us drifting apart" Jason said. " It hurt me a lot when you had to leave like I lost my best freind/ cousin, playmate" Jason said to her. |

She wondered if Winter felt the same. But maybe she already had a bunch of friends from that other school. Quote:
occ that's cool, have a good evening. :hello:** |

"Remember Jay, I will leave in less than two years..." Melinda said, looking at Chris, then to Jason. "I can't stop that from happening..." She tol him. |

As if it wasn't awkward enough, Gavin made it even more so. As he grabbed her wrist to get away and who was he kidding that she was person he was looking for. He was being nice? Did everyone change of the summer? Probably not. She gave weary eyes to Proffesor as if acting like this boy was crazy and she didn't know him. "Good day Proffesor," she said over her shoulder as Gavin started to pull her to the side. She obviously now couldn't play this off since Gavin was doing very well at convincing that Callie was his friend. And as she guessed it was a hoax to get Vindictus away. "Next time he is going to have you for supper," she replied and then added. "No problem. I always like to help people in need." These words weren't usually lies anymore unless it was for someone she knew didn't like her and she figured that was the case with Gavin and he was just using her. "My summer was..interesting." she replied to him and asked the same question back. "How about yours?" She had gotten easier at this conversing nicely with people over the summer. Practice makes perfect right? |
Listening to Jason and Melinda talking, Liz is happy that they are at least able to talk some now. It hasn't been easy the last few months, she knows for either of them. It's hard to see that in family...thinks Liz as she pours herself some more pumpkin juice. |

Mariel rested her head in her hands and tried unsuccessfully to stifle another yawn. "I think it must be past my bedtime." She looked at her watch. Definitely past her bedtime. |
Ludo smiled at Liz's cat story. Don't worry. I'm sure your cat's fine with the caretaker...though, I've never seen the man?...woman? man-woman? before." he joked. The girls talked about chess. "Yes my set is getting restless. Hope the queen doesn't jab my finger like last time." Ludo listened to Asteira's talk of Slytherin and House Points. "Congrats. Slytherin will do well with you, I can feel it." "Now if there are no wagers, I don't see why a little competition would hurt. I'm in." he said. "Better work hard this term." he thought. Liz talked about Flourish & Blotts and Ludo blushed a bit when she called his clumsiness cute. "Thanks," he said, grinning as he hid his face behind his goblet. "I'm glad I could meet the two of you before we arrived here." He yawned. "Though, I am ready to get to the Common Room." |

Forcing herself to pay attention to the other people around her, Willow tried to focused now on Issy and Terry. Mind you, it was not an easy thing to do; the smell of pudding had completely entered her system through her nostrils, and kept forcing her to look back the dish. Uh. Great. Back to the pudding, Willow. . . . But why was Issy looking so, er, weird? The fourteen year old ignored Terry and gave her friend her complete attention. Her cheeks were pink, and her lips were sporting that same smile the petite girl had used when Willow first introduced her to Nikola. Hmm. That was indeed strange. Actually, it wasn't, for now that Willow was looking at Issy closely, she could tell what was wrong with the girl. Batting lashes, shy but at the same time not so shy smiles, pink spots on her cheeks. . . Issy was flirting. Or at least she was clearly trying to. Willow could not tell which one of these was, seeing that flirting was something she did not do. Forest green eyes opened wide as soon as the young Ravenclaw realized what this meant. Issy had flirted with Nikola, too! Her own brother! Ewww. Everything sort of clicked inside her mind. No wonder why Issy thought Nikola was gorgeous. Of course she did. Of course. Willow had just been too blind to notice. And just for the record, Nikola was not gorgeous. He was just a tall, dark haired boy with deep ocean blue eyes, that happened to be very polite. Big deal! Snapping back to reality as soon as she heard Issy introducing herself to Terry, Willow's eyes --if possible-- opened even wider. "Isabella? That's your real name?" No. Way. "Then why Juniper Goodwin told me your name was Issy when she introduced us?" Urgh. Trust nature freak to do such a thing. Wonderful. Just wonderful. Willow, the girl that disliked nicknames, had been calling a very good friend of hers by one, for over a year now. How wonderful. Now. Too busy mentally kicking herself for this, the exchange between Gavin, Vindictus and Callie had gone oblivious for her. Who cared about this when you had just realized that you didn't know the real name of a friend? |
" I guess talking sometimes or a little is better than nothing Melinda" jason told her. Jason is hurt that Melinda does not want to talk to him everyday. There goes the family. Jason walks away sad but understands. Jason remembers talking to Edie- saying hello but he guesses she did not hear him or is upset with him. Jason thinks to himself, this is going to be a bad term for him. |
