The Ravenclaw common room is a wide, circular room at the top of the seventh floor. Graceful arched windows punctuate the walls, which are hung with blue-and-bronze silks. During the day, Ravenclaws have a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Overhead, the ceiling is domed and painted with stars, which are echoed in the midnight-blue carpet. There are tables, chairs, and bookcases, and in a niche opposite the door stands a tall statue of white marble: Rowena Ravenclaw. A delicate-looking circlet has been reproduced in marble on her head with the tiny words 'Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure' etched into the diadem. The statue stands beside a door that leads up to the dormitories above.

Come in, have a seat and make new friends. Welcome to Ravenclaw!

"Oh my God!" she exclaimed softly, sat up and jerked away from Toshi's sleeping form, having just realised what had happened. She was about to run to her bed, when she noticed how peaceful he looked, sleeping softly. His fringe was askew, his hair in his eyes. Slowly and gently she reached over and moved it so that it stayed clear from his eyes. She smiled to herself, running her fingers down his face, savouring the feeling of his skin against her hands. Who knows if she's get another opportunity?
Once again, she was just about to leave when she realised she couldn't just leave him there. In the morning, he was going to be freezing. She crouched down in front of his sleeping form and as gently as possible, she shook him awake and whispered softly in his ear, "Toshi? Toshi wake up! You have to wake up, I'm sorry." She tried being as careful as she could so not to startle him.

Toshi woke up as someone shook him gently.
"Rachel?", he yawned. Then he noticed that they were still in the common room. The fire had died out and it was dark outside the windows.
"Sorry, I fell asleep....What`s the time?" He yawned again.
The room was empty, only the two of them were there.

"Listen, I really had fun tonight, but I have to go up to the dormitory, otherwise my friends will kill me in the morning," she said, shuddering slightly at their likely reaction.
She walked over to the steps, then stopped and turned back. "Bye Toshi," she said softly, and kissed him on the cheek. She turned and quickly ran up the steps, her face burning red.

He must still be sleeping. This couldn`t be true. He was still dreaming. It was a nice dream. He had dreamed that Rachel had just kissed him on the cheek.
He got up from the sofa and walked over to the boys dormitories. He tripped over and fell to the ground. He got up again and noticed that his knee was really hurting him. So this was true. It hadn`t been a dream.
His face beamed with happiness and he walked over to to the dormitories, opened the door and entered.

Laylee laughed. "I trust you!" She hugged her friend back and the smirked as she backed up to look at her. "But if you say anything... there will be trouble!" She said sarcastically with her eyebrows raised.

Maura nodded reverently. "It is amazing," she agreed. "We should definitely use it sometime!" She smiled and hugged Laylee back. "Oh, I won't say anything, I promise," she said. "I want to see just what it is about Chandan that has you drooling after him," she joked quietly.

"Well, good! I wouldnt want anyone to see me drooling!" Laylee said giving Maura a playful push. Then, amazingly, Maura read her mind. "My sketchbook isnt that full of him!" She said, grabbing tighter to the book full of sketches in her lap. "I mean... your in it too! And there's a ton of sketches of my family... and Hogwarts." Laylee said... knowing she was losing the battle. There was already a new one of Chandan since she had spoken to him! He was her favorite subject...

Maura giggled as Laylee pushed her playfully. "Yes, it is too full of him! You've got about two pictures of me, maybe five of Hogwarts, but mostly Chandan. Silly Laylee!" she grinned. "But I can't blame you, from what I've seen he's pretty handsome!" she giggled.

Laylee was definately going to defend herself now! She was still smiling of course, but she just wanted Maura to know!
"I have about 50 of just the Hogwarts Lake!" Laylee said smirking. "Plus, I have tons of you! You just... havent seen them." Laylee said, she had a bunch more that she had done after Maura's ballarina dance, and she had had a lot before that. Maybe people were going to think she was a stalker. Laylee actually had lots of sketches of tons of students at Hogwarts. She just sort of, gets a face or scene in her mind, and she sketches it... She hoped no one would see them now... what if they thought she was creep?

Maura grinned as Laylee defended herself. This was so fun. She hadn't even meant to start something like this, but oh well, this was much better. "Really? You draw me often? Well, I'm flattered," said Maura. She grinned. Laylee was such a good friend.

Laylee smiled when she didnt seem creeped out by that statement. She decided to turn this into somthing funny. "Do you see how big the sketchbook is?" She asked chuckling. She lifted it on its side. At that moment a few Chandan sketches tried to escape from the books grasp. Laylee straightened the papers and smiled nervously, putting the book safely back on her lap. "I really need to fix this thing!" Laylee said. Aout every month or say her sketchbook would start looking like this and she would have to fix it by magic. She brought out her wand and with a silent flick, her thick sketchbook was nice and neat.

"Which means you can draw even more pictures of me and Chandan!" she laughed. "Well, anyway, I'm sorry I said you drooled over him. it was meant to be a joke." She kept studying the thickness of Laylee's sketchpad.

Laylee laughed, yes it was. She gave a heavy dramatic sigh as Maura talked more of Chandan. Then she smiled. "Oh, I knew it was a joke! Dont worry!" Laylee said grinning. She stuffed her sketchbook in her bag and set her wand in her pocket. "Umm, do you want to go to the lake?" Laylee asked, deciding now was a better tima than any to start on her new project for Maura...

Maura sighed, relieved. The last thing she wanted was to have another fight with Laylee. Once was plenty enough thank you very much. "The lake? Yeah, sure, why not?" she asked. "There's nothing else to do today anyway." Was Maura imagining it, or did it seem like Laylee had a specific reason to go down to a part of the castle that everyone else went to? Maura decided she was being stupid. She was way too paranoid.

Jade finally closed the book she had been eagerly reading. She glanced around the room, wondering what time it may be. She went through her pockets and pulled out a small pocket watch. The watch was her fathers. Her mother and father always give her a small gift each year before returning to Hogwarts.
Jade stood up streching a bit. She walked slowly to the staircase to the dormatory, and went up.

Theresa entered the cummon room and took a seat near the fireplace. She looked around , to see if some of her friends where there, but she couldn't see any of them , so, she took a book out of her bag and begunn to read.
From time to time she stopped to see if someone else came in.

Ludo strolled down the stairs from the dormitories and made his way across the room. He paused by the fire, warming up a bit. The winter weather did not set well with him. He found himself constantly adjusting his scarf or robes.

He left the fire and sat in a high-backed chair by a window. A single candle stood unused on the sidetable beside him. He took out his wand and held the tip to the wick. "Incendio...," he muttered, and a flame danced into life.
Ludo unrolled his star chart and got to work.

"This cluster goes here...adjacent to Saturn...or is it Pluto...wait is Pluto a planet? Of course it is! Those muggles don't know what they're talking about." he thought, scribbling fiercely with his quill.
He sighed. "This would be so much easier first-hand. Maybe I can use a telescope in the observatory..."

Making up his mind, he rolled up his chart and tucked it into his robes. He left the candle flame alone; he hated ending a charm he'd just done.
Ludo stood up and left the common room, heading across the tower.

Rian walked into the common room, stifling a yawn. She smiled as she realized it wasn't that full, and she sat down on an armchair in front of the fire. She dropped her school bag on the floor and pulled out her book. it was a muggle fiction book, but it was quite interesting. The way muggles thought about wizards was funny.

As she read, her eyes started drooping, and she was soon fast asleep right there in the common room.

Toshi entered the common room, which was nearly empty.
He stumbled towards a sofa and sat down on it.
He put the Green Day poster, which he had brought from home, he had been holding in his hand, onto the table.
He had bought it in a muggle shop, so the band members of Green Day weren`t moving.
He had been doing a bit of research in the library and actually found a spell with which he could - if it worked - make the people on the poster moving.

He waved his wand, saying the magic words aloud and pointed it on the poster.
The poster rose high up into the air and turned green.
It fell down back onto the table and suddenly it started shouting incomprehensive words.
The spell didn`t seem to have worked.
The voice became even louder, and he didn`t know what to do against it...

Jumping up from her spot at the fire, Liz heads toward the poster, that was shouting really loud. "Do you need help?" Liz asks, the young boy.

Seeing that he couldn't barely hear her, Liz taps the poster and says "Silencio".

"What are you trying to do?" Liz asks with a smile. "Very nice poster! Who are these people?"

Jenn walked slowly from the dorm to the common room. It was empty. Jenn smiled. 'Good. Now I can think in peace and quite.'she thought. Jenn opened one of the huge windows and jumped up onto the ledge. She sat down and wraped her arms around her knees. She smiled at the falling snowflakes as if to say, "Welcome to the world little flakes." Jenn giggled slightly. She sighed and put her head in her knees. Part of her felt happy, while another part felt..well bad for Isabella. Jenn was happy that Biff loved her, but she wondered what Isabella did when he told her he wanted to only have a sister and brother lovewith her. Jenn looked out the window and stuck her hand out and smiled. Flakes started to gather on her hand. She blew and they each blew of into the wind. Jenn shivvered slightly and pulled her robe closer to her. She watched the wind play with the snow and she smiled. She could see people in the drifting snow. Her brother chasing her. She thought she could almost her herself and him laughing. Then she saw all of her friends laughing as they walked. Jenn then saw Biff and her sitting talking. She could almost smell the smells she smelt when he was with her. Jenn laughed. Boy she must be tired.
