The Ravenclaw common room is a wide, circular room at the top of the seventh floor. Graceful arched windows punctuate the walls, which are hung with blue-and-bronze silks. During the day, Ravenclaws have a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Overhead, the ceiling is domed and painted with stars, which are echoed in the midnight-blue carpet. There are tables, chairs, and bookcases, and in a niche opposite the door stands a tall statue of white marble: Rowena Ravenclaw. A delicate-looking circlet has been reproduced in marble on her head with the tiny words 'Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure' etched into the diadem. The statue stands beside a door that leads up to the dormitories above.

Come in, have a seat and make new friends. Welcome to Ravenclaw!

"No! No, no, no, no, no!" Laylee said, suddenly becoming anxious. "No, he is going to make the first move! I refuse to! Thats the boys job! At least for me it is!" Laylee said matter of factly as she sunk into her chair again.
"So... um... Maura," Laylee suddenly said, too calm to believ she was over what just happened. "How was class today?" She asked, giving her friend a smile.

Maura rolled her eyes. "Oh, you, you're so old-fashioned," she said. "Well, all right, if you want to sit and let him do all the work, that's fine with me." She giggled. "So...um....Laylee," she said, mimicking Laylee. she could tell that Laylee was still blushing. "Which class?"

Laylee roller her eyes, same as Maura. She didnt care if she was old fashioned.
Laylee was starting to fell more comfortable as the subject successfully changed. "Any class! How about Transfiguration?" She asked. That was Laylee's favorite class.

ooc-Improvise! By now the girls would have had like 20 classes already! lol

Janice silently entered the common room, trying to avoid eye contact with anyone. Not that she didn't want to make friend with anyone, she just didn't know who to talked to people. She felt that no one would be interested in her because she lived a, what she calls, a boring life and felt there are better people to talk to than her. She sat down on a chair near the fireplace and looked around her environment, wishing her sister was her here with her just so she can have someone to talk to. I bet Jessie's have better luck making friends...

Livvy walked into the common room. She smiled and waved at Maura and the girl she was talking to and sat down on a nearby couch, already having her nose stuck in the book. Livvy looked up to see a girl. She cocked her head. "Why looking so blue?" Livvy asked.

Jade entered the dormatory with three books in her hands. They were for the most part ancient looking falling apart a few places. She looked shyly around the room. Walking over to a blank wall she sat down spinning into an inbdian style position and leaned against the wall gently. She picked up one of the old books and turned to the first page. While reading she makes a few expressions out of reaction to the books, or she might even laugh every once in a while.

Walking into the dorm, she spots a boy about her age sitting on the floor in the corner as she is heading toward the dorms.

Turning toward him, she kneels down in front of him. "Is something wrong?" she asks, because he looks like trying not to cry.

Livvy smiled at the girl as she said nothing and stood up. And in came walked James who sat down. At least he wasn't crying this time. She smiled as Liz walked towards him. Livvy walked towards the two and bent down next to them. "Hey Liz. You okay James?" she asked softly.

Laylee smiled as Maura agreed with her, relieved. Then she started thinking about her friend. She had said lately, more than once, that she wanted a boy friend! And not one like Edward! Pft! She got the greatest idea just then. Laylee was going to find Maura an awesome boyfriend! Though, there may not be one good enough for her best friend....
She smirked at her and then giggled. She grabbed a book that was on the side table next to her and hid her face behind it. She was horrible about keeping secrets. Especially from Maura!

Maura raised an eyebrow at Laylee's fishy behavior. She decided she didn't want to know. But she knew something was up. Was it the fact that Laylee was holding the book upside-down? No, that couldn't be it. She sighed and rolled her eyes, and watched Laylee suspiciously. She wondered if she could sense Laylee's emotions better than other people simply because they were best friends. She could never tell when Phoebe was lying.

Rachel laughed. "Your secret's safe with me!" she said, and motioned locking her mouth and throwing away the key. "You know, I'm really clumsy too," she added. She parted her hair and showed him the huge scar on her head. "See that? I hit that exact spot over 6 times, in various different ways. And you tell me that you're clumsy?!"

He looked at the scar. "I´m sorry about that...how did you manage to hit that spot so many times?", he asked.
She really seems to be much more clumsy than I am...
