Barry was so happy to be back he slumped into his chair and closed his eyes and thought about happy memorys

Maura finally found her way to the Ravenclaw common room. Man, Hogwarts was just so cool! Belle's had been a disaster. She gasped as she looked around the room. She saw that it was empty but for one boy who had his eyes shut. Deciding it was best to get to know as many people a possible, she went over to him.

"Hi, I'm Maura, second year," she said. "Who are you?" she asked in a friendly tone.

The door to the common room opened once more, revealing a purple and silver-haired Ponessa!

She was wearing a black silk skirt that reached her ankles, and two smooth leather high-heeled, close-toed shoes. The long-sleeved Ravenclaw top was rolled up to her elbows, but other than that, the white shirt, tie, and jacket were pressed and clean.

Her beige shoulder bag looked lighter than usual, and it set easily on her right shoulder. Two cats raced in behind her, just as she was shutting the door--One of them was a longhair, gray and white, the other was considerably smaller with no tail, this one black and white.

She laughed as the small one tried to wrestle with the larger one, and the moved in small circles. Locating her favorite armchair, she set the bag beside of it and settled down, crossing one leg over the other at the knee, waiting for her friends to arrive.

"Maura! Hi!" Mel called. "The common room is awesome!" Mel slide down the barrister into the big wide room. "And we get to answer a question! I hope I'll always be able to answer!"

Jenn walks in slowly. She looks around and sees that the common room isn't to full she slumps into a squishy coach. Jenn sighed. She looks around and smiles at a girl next to her. "Hi! My name is Jennumara Blood, but call me Jenn." Jenn says smiling at the girl. Jenn giggles as her black kitten, Luna came up onto her lap and starts purring instantly.

Livvy bounced into the Common Room... exhausted... lonely... and bored. She picked a spot next to a nearby window and sat down, bringing her legs up to her chest as she pulled out her book to read. Amazing how many times Livvy had to resort to reading all in one night.

Jenn looks around. She sees Livvy and waves at her then pats the seat next to her. "Why don't you come over?" Jenn says smiling.

Ponessa looked up from her cats and smiled at her, "Hey! I'm Ponessa, but most of my friends just call me Nessa."

"Are you new here? I'm not sure if we've met before, but you seem kinda farmilliar..." She trailed off slightly as she noticed the small kitten hop up into her lap.

Livvy smiled at the girl and sat down next to her. "Hi. I'm Livvy," she said. Livvy glanced over at the girl with the cats and smiled. Oh... she just adored that Ponessa girl's cats.

"Hi Nessa." Jenn said smiling. "Ya. I'm new here. I like your cats!"Jenn said smiling at them as they play fighted. Jenn saw Nessa look at Luna. "Oh. This is Luna." Jenn said as Luna looks at Nessa then goes back at curling up in Jenn's lap.


Jenn smiled at Livvy. "Well I'm Jenn silly. I met you before...right?" Jenn said thoughtfully.

Livvy thought for a while and then she remembered why Jenn had somehow seemed familiar. She slapped her forehead and laughed. "Heh heh. Right... Sorry... you're talking to someone with terrible memory here..."

Nodding her 'Hello', to the other girl, she jumped, startled, as the larger cat, the long-hair, jumped up into her lap to get away from the smaller one. The smaller one then proceeded to jump up to the back of the chair, chasing the larger one, then back to the floor.

"They've just got too much energy...", she laughed, shaking her head...

Nodding to Jenn's cat, "I've only got...three that are as quiet as Luna, there. The rest are all crazy..."

Jenn laughed. "That's O.k."Jenn said still laughing. Luna gave her a glare then nuged her to pet her some more.

Livvy picked one cat up that had ventured somewhat near her and set it in her lap. "Okay if I pet 'em?" she asked Ponessa, though she was already petting the cat's soft furt.

Ponessa looked up at Livvy, who had picked up the smaller one, "Oh, yeah."

The smaller cat, with no tail, had large, yellow eyes, and a thin frame. "His name's un-officially 'Taco'...no idea why..."

Livvy smiled and chuckled softly. "Taco," she said, softly. "That's a nice name. Suits him well. For a name that was randomly thought of," Livvy said cheerfully as her small hand smoothed the small cat's fur.

Aurora entered the Common Room and to her Surprise It Was Just As She Had Pictured It From Her Mother's Stories! She was So Excited to Finally Be All Settled In. Now Aurora was Focusing On Finding Some Classmates to Chat With. She sat Herself Down in a Comfy Chair and Began To look Around to see If There Was AnyOne There Who Seemed Like They Could Use a New Friend!

The larger, fuzzier cat hopped back up into Nessa's lap, and bumped his head into her chin, "Op.", se laughed, petting him.

"And this is Peeg!" At the sound of his name, his ears perked, and he looked at her. "Who's a peeg? You's a Peeg!" She began noming on his ears gently, kissing his fuzzy fur.

Livvy laughed loudly as she watched that cute adorable cat perk of his ears. "Hello-o... Peeg," she said, leaning forward to scruffle the cat's fur. The young girl glanced around and saw another girl her age walk in. "Hey!" Livvy said, waving and motioned for her to join them.

"Honk!"

Bam!

Boom!

In came a few floating flower pots, a small aquarium full of pond water (from the lake), and soon after that came Cale, the Ravenclaw's boy prefect, rune-inscribed juniper wand out and pointing at the floating herbology hardware. "Excuse me! Coming through - watch your cat because I will step on it!"

As Cale was walking into the common room with his floating arrangement of stuff- Valentine was walking out of the girls dormitories. A black hard cover book was in her hand, and a blue pencil in between her teeth as he hazel eyes looked at the pages- wondering what to draw next. She had gotten so caught up in her drawing she was yet to even explore hogwarts!

But as she wasn't paying attention to her surroundings- once again, she knocked into something- once again. A flower pot seemed to hit her in the head. "Awh Bloody-!" She turned around holding her nose now with one of her hands. "Oh Cale." She said.

Livvy's eyes widened and laughed. She quickly made sure that the cats were free from getting stepped on by the older boy. Livvy continued on petting Taco as she let her eyes wander around.

"Watch-oops. You alright Valey?" He asked motioning the pot out of the way. It swung over towards the younger girl's head who was sitting on the sofa nearby. "That looks like its going to bruise. You might end up with a concussion. Quick!" He motioned with his left hand, holding up all his fingers. "How many fingers do you see?"

"What I?!" Valentine looked at the hand that Cale was stuffing in front of her face. She laughed, grabbing his fore arm and pulling the hand out of her face. "Cale it's five. I am find- I just got a bit of a bump." She said letting go of the boys arm. "I just..." She bent down to pick up the pencil that dropped out of her mouth. "I need to watch where I am going that is all." Valentine said with a bit of a nervous laugh as she stuffed the pencil into her robe pocket.
