Drago made his way to the Potions office with a rather large box. It was many potions ingredients that would most likely go bad before he could use them, or he simply had a surplus of. Being an herbologist, after all, many of his ingredients continued to grow back before he used the old. And the hemlock was due to be trimmed back anyhow. He set the box down and decided to wait a short time to see if the professor would come to his office. How long had it taken him to gather this box and return? He wasn't sure, and really wasn't sure anyhow what sort of wait he would be in for.

MJ was still shivering from her nightmare and knew that she had to find a way to deal with them, her brother had told her that a potion would help but she did not know if he had taken her serious about what was occurring with her nightmares. Nightmares were a normal part of her life, but lately since she had gained all off her memories and she was back in perfect health, every single injury that she had in nightmare's were coming true.

At first her experienced had began with small bruises, cuts on her face and hands but now those injuries no longer existed because lately it was getting more and more dangerous to go back to sleep. The small injuries had healed and fadded but now her injuries were getting more fatal with each passing night and she did not know why. At first she thought it was because she was clumsy and she was hurting herself when she was awake and her nightmares were just ways of making her remember, but now she doubted that was true.

She was a clutz, but since she had woken up with very deep cut in her left arm three nights before train had left the station for Hogwarts she decided it was not normal. Of course she didn't show her arm to anyone, and long sleeves were a good way to hide the terrible injuries she had, she began to question things.


As she began to think I if those injuries had occured during the day when she was awake she would have surely felt the pain right away especially with her. Every single injury she was caused whether it be by an accident or by her clumsiness was noticed right away by someone in the manor. Everyone was over protective of her since her aunt had tried to kill her.

She stopped at Potion's Office knowing that it would be a good place to look first for the Potion's Professor.

She made sure that her arms and hands were covered then she knocked.

"Excuse me professor but could I speak to you please?"

Diana had come to take her Potions classes.There she saw a 7th year girl,standing,with a bruise on her arm.She knocked at the door,and then said to the girl,"Are you hurt?"

Star peeked inside the potions master's office, and seeing that no one was there, proceeded to take a quill and parchment from her bag to leave a note. The note read:

"Sir,
I am keen to advance in potions as efficiently as I can. It being a subject of fascination for me. I know that we have a list of books advised by yourself for us to read and learn from. However, I wondered if there were any others which you would recommend to a first year wishing to make potions her predominant focus.
Yours sincerely,
Astara (Star) Roth, Slytherin House."

Leaving the note on the desk, she headed out of the door towards the library. She wasn't kidding when she said potions was the subject she was most looking forward to. Even as a child, she would steal elements from her mothers potion kits, to see what she could create.

Liz walks up to Professor Bontecou's door, and peaks into the office. Seeing no one around. She takes a parchment and quill from her bag, she writes


Opening her bag, she takes out a butterfly she drew, and taps it with her wand, to make it flutter around. Taking out an envelope she places the butterfly in the note and places the note in the envelope.

Liz places the note on the desk, and walks out of the room.

She knocked on the door and noticed that it wasn't locked. Kaika stepped in and, well, besides the messy desk and room, there was no new Potions Professor to be seen anywhere.

She grabbed her quill and a piece of parchment and started to write a little note, considering she was in a bit of a hurry and didn't know how much she had to wait.

She chuckled as she watched the note, she thought about making reference to the cookie class Melita gave them, simply because she didn't like cookies.

Kaika left the note on top of the chocolates box, and stick it with some tape. Muggle stuff was handy from time to time. She exited the office glancing once more over the table she'd left the box.

Drago watched as students came and went. Well, it seemed he wouldn't be in any time soon. He created a little mailbox on the potion professor's desk and stuck everyone else's notes in it. Following, he wrote out his own note for the professor to come see him at earliest convenience, and that there were several notes and packages waiting for him at his office, then magically sent it to the man. "Really... students." He lifted his box and brought it back out to this store room.

As soon as MJ saw that other students were coming, and they as well were looking for the professor she got scared and decided to talk to him later. Before leaving she heard someone talk and she nodded. "I am fine thank you for asking." she told her and gave her a bright smile then with Misty in her arms she said good bye and left without leaving a note. All she had to do was to make sure she did not go to sleep.

As Demetria walked in, she watched a seventh year walk out looking emotionally harmed. "Hello" she said to her, but wasn't quite sure if the girl heard her. For a second Demetria forgot why she walked in her in the first place. She wanted to introduce herslef to the potions master and let him know just how excited she was for his class. A voice inside of her whispered "Teachers Pet." but she ignored it. She couldnt wait for potions to begin and wanted to jump into it as soon as possible. Dem looked around the room. There were many students coming in and out but no teacher to be found. Along the wall she saw many brightly colored liquids, all of them just screaming her name. She was so tempted to walk over there and start creating concoctions, but knew that would definatly get her points taken away. She walked out before she lost her self-control and hoped the teacher would be back later.

Xehanna walked into the potions room and noticed her best friend Demetria sitting all alone reading the potions book already and without her. before she walked over she went to the professor to formerly introduce herself. "Hello." she said with a sweet smile. "My name is Xehanna Tifadoresly. I just wanted to say hello in person before classes began. you know... formerly introduce myself." She smiled brightly, her white teeth as straight as can be.

Diana saw the Professor,make a little mailbox.So,she too wrote a note and pushed it down the mailbox.It had the following message:-

Professor Bontecou,
I'm Diana....Diana Lynton,a first year,Hufflepuff.I'm very much eager to attend the Potons classes.Being a first year,I thought I should meet you.But I could'nt find you at the office.

Well, it certainly took him a while, but it was worth the few hours of wandering around trying to find his office in the end because he'd met up with an

old professor he'd remembered fondly as his house's resident ghost and a charming first year with a Dora complex who was going to collaborate with him on

making a map. And it seemed he was in demand. It really was a pity that there was no apparition allowed within Hogwarts or he might've been able to

greet the fine people who had left him an assortment of notes and surprises. At least Professor Carracio had been kind enough to send him an owl

indicating that he had visitors awaiting him as well as several tokens. He'd have to search out the Herbology office soon.

The first thing he noticed was the mailbox on his desk. It was very peculiar so, he sat down and opened it up, to find it stuffed with letters and

whatnot. The first letter he received was from a first year:

He did enjoy a student eager to learn and he made note to mention further texts to each of his classes should the students wish to learn more. Smiling,

he set this letter aside and moved onto the next one. This was from a third year and he chuckled as a butterfly flew out upon opening the envelope.

Quite clever, though he wouldn't have expected less from a member of his former house.

How lovely. It was nice to know that there were students who were actually excited to learn potions. He had to admit that he'd certainly developed

quite the interest in the subject through the efforts of two of his predecessors, Professors Draconia and Airlia. And here was another welcome, albeit

unusual, from a fourth year Hufflepuff.

He laughed out loud at this letter. Cookies? After a moment he remembered that the Ministry had been interfering at Hogwarts again and supposed that

the bouncy Sophie Melita had come to teach potions once again. Well, he could assure them that he would not be teaching any cooking techniques in his

classes.

And another eager student. This was really lovely. Rey stretched back in his chair, hands over his head, and smiled. Just a moment to reflect on the well wishes before he started in on reviewing his lesson plans.

Freya walked down to the potions office, she had not met some of her professors yet, and was making the rounds to introduce herself. She noticed Xehanna in the doorway of the office. Freya knocked on the frame before peeking her head in as well, "Hello, Sir." Freya said in the most polite voice she could muster. "I'm Freya Skyler, sixth year, I'm making the rounds introducing myself to the staff, I thought it would be the proper thing to do. I'm looking forward to class as well I might add, I've had a bit of exprience." She gave a smile to rival Xehanna's, it must have been amusing to see two students in the doorway grinning widely, Freya laughed slightly at the thought.

"Hello, Freya! It's wonderful to meet you. And a sixth year so, you'll be in my NEWT level classes, will you? What are you expecting to get out of this term, if I might ask?" Professor Bontecou asked and started to mentally laugh at himself at his barrage of questions and over-enthusiasm.

Camira knocked on the door. She had heard from a lot of students that the professor was never in his office, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Potions was her favorite subject, after all. She wanted to find out what careers were available to her. She was thinking of something along the lines of experimental potions.

"Come on in!" he shouted around the sixth year at the knock at his door. He could multitask and better do so while he was actually in his office. He was still having issues getting around.

Camira entered the office, relieved that the professor was actually there. "Hello, I'm Camira Yaxley. I just thought I'd come by and say hello, since potions is my favorite subject. I hope to do something involving the brewing of experimental potions or alchemy, perhaps", she said enthusiastically. Hopefully this professor would be able to tell her what she needed to focus on in order to do that.

She finally noticed another girl in the room. Oh, it was Freya. "Hey", she said simply, giving her a small smile. She still didn't know her that well, but she seemed nice.

"That's great. I'm really glad to see so many excited students. Potions is a pretty nifty subject, if I do say so myself. I haven't gotten to use much recently but, I had a great time in school," he grinned, remembering fun times.

Hmm. I wonder why he hasn't been using it recently, she thought to herself. "Professor, what type of potions will we be learning about in our OWL level classes", she asked excitedly. She hoped they would learn about Hate Potion and Wit-Sharpening Potion.

"Well, I'm not decided quite yet but, it should be fun. You have any requests? I'm always up for suggestions. I think class goes better when students have input and are actually interested in what they're supposed to be learning."

Requests? He was letting her make requests? Oh, she liked him already. "Well, I would really like to learn more about Hate Potion." She'd heard only a few things about it and they had all been interesting. "Oh, if you ever need help cleaning or relabeling the potions storeroom, please let me know. I'd love to have a chance to look at all the different potion ingredients." She hated cleaning, but that she would do it for. It was bound to help her future career somehow.

That was it. He'd gone through both his potions kits and come up short. Nicholai knocked on the door at a loss. He knew what he needed since he'd had some success in the past with brewing what he had in mind for others. But now, he was going to try to fix things for himself the only way he knew how.

But first he had to introduce himself to the Professor.

"Ah, well that one might come up," he winked at her through his rather smudged glasses (quite unlike the pristine Branxton). "And the former potions master seems to have left the storeroom in absolutely immaculate condition. I daresay he was a bit obsessive compulsive, as the muggle saying goes. But, thank you for your offer. Perhaps I'll need assistance later on in the term once I've had a change to muck it up a bit," he laughed.

"Yes, Sir. It's nice to meet you as well. Hmm, I'm really just hoping to learn more, that's what I enjoy most, and that's what I'm here for after all. More experience wouldn't hurt either I suppose." She continued to smile, she'd always liked potions. "I'm expecting a lot of hands-on learning too. I've worked with potions a bit while learning elsewhere, but 'formal education' is what I really need." Her eyes glanced to a large number of letters on his desk, and then back to him. "I suppose you expect me to be a well behaved student then?" She added with a fake frown, before breaking into a grin again. 'Where's the fun in that?!'
