The items here include funnel cake, caramel apples, soda, hotdogs, corn doogs, chili dogs, gyros, hamburgers, smoothies, cheese curds, chocolate covered furits, chocolate covered candy bars, chocolate covered cheesecake, cotton candy, turkey legs, slushies, alligator, steak sandwiches, and shrimp on a steak. Enjoy the treats but remember, these are not the healthiest of items and should not, definitely not, be a daily part of your diet!

Okay - maybe Evangeline should reconsider her decision of not eating any of the food they had talked about. She clearly needed to put on some weight if Clifford could drag her that easily ... to the food part of the carnival.

Caaaaaaaaaaaaaandyfloss! This was truly a great lesson. Meredith had hurried to the food first, wanting to get some candyfloss before everything would be gone, eaten by the other studens who'd off course also love it..
She got her candyfloss and stood there a moment, prefectly happy, eating some of it slowly.

"Well, if that's what it's screaming, we'd be fools not do what it says!" Clifford exclaimed, grabbing a fistful of whatever was within his reach. MmmmMmm. HOT DOGS! "Here.. haff abite off thiish.." He just about managed through his mouthful, shoving half a hot dog under Evangeline's nose.

Honestly, Evangeline should've known better than attempt at being sarcastic around Clifford ... and food. When there was food around, especially this amount of FREE, UNHEALTHY food ... he went mad. Of course that, judging by the way Miles was staring at the food, it seemed it was a boy thing.
Girls fangirled over boys, boys fanboyed over food. Woohoo.
Ooooh .. but hot dogs. She quite liked hot dogs! And, to be honest, no matter how disgusting she found talking with a mouthful, she couldn't help her lips from curling up in a smile. Oh goodness. Shaking her head amused, she took a rather large bite of the hot dog. "Happeh now?" She asked, poking her tongue out in his direction. | |

Still bouncing, he looked around the place. There was too much food to choose from! It was Heaven, yet torture! "I think you're meant to wash it down with some of this stuff." He beamed, grabbing one of the soda thingies and two straws. SQUEEEE!

It was in times like these that Evangeline realised Clifford was still very much an ickle boy. Either that, or he was seriously in touch with his inner child. Which, most likely, meant the same thing. But, whereas had it been anyone else she would've been annoyed, it didn't annoy her. In fact, she found it simply adorable.
She munched down her part of the hot dog and looked questioningly at him as he looked around ... probably looking for more food. Oooh. Drinks! "I don't like sodas, Cliffie." She said, a bit sheepishly. Eh. She just didnt like spoiling his fun. He had gotten two straws and all. "There must be some lemonade around here.." She muttered, looking around. | |

Was Clifford embarrassing himself? Heh. Most probably. And did he care? NUUU! How could he possibly care when there was all. this. FOOOD! This was without a doubt, the bestest Muggle Studies - No.. the bestest class EVAAH!
But Evangeline didn't like soda? Pouting sadly, Clifford looked down at the soda and two straws he'd gotten. Sniffle. "Is - Is it just 'cause you dun wanna shaaare?" He mumbled, tips of his ears turning pink. "I'm - I'm embarrassing you, aren't I?" EEP! Maybe she didn't want the others to know she was with him. He was so stoopid.

Clifford shuffled his feet sheepishly when Evangeline began running her fingers soothingly through his hair. Siiiigh. Why was he such a silly bum? He was meant to be a big, macho man! Not wanting to squeal like a pansy girl. It wouldn't surprise him if he was embarrassing her ...
... even if she did say he wasn't.

Which, most certainly, he was. Glad to have actually found something Evangeline liked, Clifford gave yet another excited bounce. He tried his hardest not to drink it all, but it wasn't easy. Honestly, this smoothie was DEEE-LISH. Hehehe. He had no choice but to stop drinking it though, when he felt her wiping at his chin with a napkin.
Feeling like an ickle baby and wrinkled his nose a little embarrassed. He knew she was only trying to help, and he was grateful she hadn't let him walk around with smoothie dripping off his chin but EEEE! "Oooh, thanks." He mumbled again, setting the smoothie to one side. "But that's what sleeves were invented for, silly." And he wiped at his chin with the sleeves of his robes in demonstration. That was better!

Antonio stopped at one of the booths and got a hot buttered corn on the cob. It wasn't the greatest thing in the world, but he figured it was more nutritious than some of the other offerings here, at least it was an actual vegetable, albeit a starchy one. He groaned at the displays of different colored cotton candy, there was no nutritive value to that stuff at all, and yet the kids loved it.
He shook his head and continued walking.
