| | |  Muggle Studies Lesson 2 - Halloween
As you enter the Muggle Studies classroom, you notice that everything is decorated in a rather festive way. The walls are decorated with such items as spider webs and spiders, vampires, monsters, bats, skeletons, tombstones and other scary items. The desk itself is the centerpiece , with a large pumpkin sitting in the middle of it. The pumpkin has been carved out so that it reveals a scary face, and there is a candle inside it which provides illumination, the light flickering on and off in a rather mysterious way. On the floor beside the desk you notice lots of large grocery size paper bags, but the professor shies you away from these, pushing them aside as if they are a secret. There is also a small broomstick, a rather primitive looking black witches' hat (not the modern sort, but the somewhat old fashioned muggle concept of what a witches' hat should look like), and a picture magazine showing children and adults clad in lots of interesting and colorful costumes. There is also a stack of black and orange colored textbooks towards the front which Professor Dumont invites you to take one of - USA WEEKEND Magazine.

Kairi walked into Muggle Studies, and noticed that the room was decorated with spider, bats and many other scary items. The was a pumpkin on the proffessor's desk and some grocery bags that Professor Dumont nudged to one side as if secret. She walked to the front, "Hello, Professor," she said with a small smile, took on of the black and orange books and sat herself down on an empty chair, waiting for the lesson to begin.

Jessica hurried to the Muggle Studies class. When she entered, the girl was surprised by the scary decorations, but didn't say anything.
"Hello, Professor!" she greeted politely, walking closer to get a magazine. After taking it, she went to find a seat towards the middle of the class and waited for the lesson to begin.

Oh. Her eyes widened as she entered the classroom, "Halloween!" she exclaimed, all child-like. She'd always thought it was amusing how muggles celebrated it and what they felt about it, considering she had to listen to that from her muggle cousins.
"Hello Professor!" she said, slightly more calmed, as she noticed the paper bags the Professor sort of pulled away. She grinned, "Oooh, surprises" she thought, as she grabbed one of the books that were to take and took a seat...in the front. Where else?

Evangeline skipped into the classroom, swaying her bag on her hands and straightening up her uniform. Running down all the way from the library had left her rather flushed, not it was unusual. Unusual was for that girl's cheeks not to be tinged with pink. Eh.

The classroom was rather decorated, it was a little strange but still she looked at the Professor and smiled. "Hello Professor." She spoke as she took a textbook and looked around the classroom. She smiled at a few of the students and decided to sit down next to Evangeline.
