Before you are able to enter the kitchens, there is a door in front of you. Walking towards the door you give two knocks, which makes the door open. Eight house elves appear in front of you, with their eyes wide. The one holding his broom steps in front of them all.
"We is cooking. Is you wanting anything?"
OOC  lease wait for the elves before continuing into the kitchen. | |

Walking down to the kitchens, Liz is hoping to get some tea, for her throat. She feels a cold coming on, and would like some tea.
Thinking back to her first year here, she sees the painting, and tickles the pear. Giggling at it's reaction she proceeds to the door, and knocks 2 times, and steps back to wait.

"I love house elves myself!" Liz exclaims, then ducks her head, down embarrassed. "Don't act so stupid around a boy!"she says angrily to herself.
"I mean, I like house elves too. We have one, Mika, and she's like one of the family." She says quietly again.

Molly made her way towards the kitchen door and knocked twice. When the door opened, there were several elves standing before her. She reached up and started twirling a strand of her hair around her index finger.
"Yes, would it be possible to get something to eat? I would love to have a piece of chocolate cake and a glass of pumpkin juice." Molly politely asked with a giant smile on her face. Her emerald green eyes sparkled from the light of the kitchen fire.

Rachel walked slowly towards the kitchens. She wasn't sure that she was supposed to be here, but ever since coming to Hogwart, she had been dying to see the house elves. She had never seen them before and was really curious.
Plus, she really felt like a chocolate cake, and she had heard that they were really good cooks.

"Yes, she's very sweet too! She doesn't do to much, because...! Oh, I mean, she does lovely work and all, but we do a lot of it ourselves. Like I said before she really is part of our family, and we don't know what we'd do without her. She gets paid a lot less than we think she should, but she won't take any more then she does..."
Liz smiles again. "She really is stubborn at times. We practically have to push her out the door, to take a day off!"
"I hope they can help me with some tea, and maybe a scone or two!"

Down from the North Tower, Professor Kapoor entered the Kitchen area carrying what was probably a pretty hungry kneazle. He waited patiently for the student who was with him to catch up as well as for a busy little house elves attention. Perhaps, one of them might know a thing or two about the diet of the kneazle.
