No trumpets called. No heralds announcing his presence. No flower petals at his feet. But there was a feast, and that was all that mattered to him.

He appeared as prince by blood only, his clothing dirty and small enough that they were much more comfortable last year when he bought them. Despite his unkempt appearence that golden hair which was tied back still appeared radiant.

Finding a place at the table with little regard to his surroundings, Helios used a wet napkin to slowly wipe away the dirt and what was possibly dried blood from his cheeks.

Misty continued to touch her left ear and then shook her head and just stayed letting Savannah hug her. She looked around. Her curious little eyes saw the suits and armor in the hall and she wanted to push them, like she had done a long time ago.

MJ was still wondering where Taylor could be. She wondered if she should send a letter with one of the school's owls to her home later at night once the feast was over. Things had changed and she knew it. It didn't bother her but it did make her a bit upset.

She began to wish she wouldn't have left to find her memories. She could just have made new ones, but she knew it wouldn't be right. She took in a deep breath and continued to space out.

MIsty heard MJ and she touched her nose but it seemed that her owner was day dreaming once more or even just deep in her own thought. Nathan's words ran through her head.

Don't let my sister think to much, it will hurt her...she buries herself in the past and it's not healthy for her.

Misty knew what to do. She jumped out of savannah's lap into MJ's head.

MJ quickly noticed when Misty landed on her head, she shook of her thoughts and saw Savannah looking at her concerned. "I'm sorry I was just..." she looked down. "Thinking." she told her.

Ella heard someone was called her when she was poking the chicken with a fork, absent mindedly. She looked around to see the person. It was Anna and just behind ..Zel, both were waving at her. She went on her feet, approached them. "Hey Zel, Anna..!!!" she cheerfully hugged them both, asked, "How was the journey?"

Doing her best to maintain a cool, sneaky, Slytherpuff exterior, Punzel had just picked up a roll and was buttering the top of it while secretly watching her housemates out of the corner of her eye. Eheeeeheeeheee, she cackled to herself as none of them noticed her badge. I cannot wait to get to that common room....

But alas, Rapunzel Ariel Black was notoriously terrible at behaving inconspicuously. And Kaika Lockhart had found her at last.

"Kaika! Thankyouuuu!" she giggled and hugged her Huffie team mate back, although it was a one-armed hug since she still had that buttery roll in her other hand. "Oh, and you are SO right about the winning thing," Punz added, releasing Kaika and setting the roll in the center of her plate. "Look at this roll - it represents allll the other little Hogwarts House Teams....but this," she pointed to the butter, "THIS yellow melty yummy goodness, which most people call butter, this represents Hufflepuff. Cuz we are SO AWESOME we always end up on top and this term especially....we are gonna be so unstoppable we'll be on. A. ROLL."

Penny walked in a looked around. She saw the Hufflepuff table and walked over. She saw Maddox and his girlfriend. She waved at Mads. Then she sat down.

Savannah's head shook slightly, after being asked if she had visited Romania before. She hadn't, but she did have plans to. "I haven't yet, but I have a brother out there" She said, matter-of-factly. "I think only the sane Hufflepuffs will get any sleep," the sixth year giggled. That eliminated just about everyone, no?

"I'm sorry to hear that, but it's great you got a new one!" Savannah glanced around, trying to lean forward a little so she could properly point Rapunzel out, letting out a small 'mmhhmm' as the hyperactive one went over to Pretzel, Savannah felt slight confusion as to why the girl was being congradulated but brushed it off, knowing she'd probably learn of whatever happened later.

Letting Misty go when she she got up to return to her owner, Savannah shifted in her seat, feeling something smack into her foot. It was Tiger, she already knew without even looking. The silly feline always claimed under the table, every opening and closing feast, and some inbetween whenever he felt like it. "You don't need to apologize," Savannah assured, uncertain of what MJ could be thinking about, she tried not letting that worry her. "Are you excited to be back?" She asked, knowing fully well it was a silly question, yet she was still going to ask it.
"It was nice, way more quiet than usual since it was just myself, Alexis and Curt in a compartment" Savannah said, shrugging slightly. That was minusing the pets, but that was really besides the point. "What about you, did you enjoy the ride here?" She asked, motioning for her take a seat with them.

"You're more than welcome" she smiled, "Such an honor, Captain" she said, all serious-like. Now, back to reality, "Of course, I've been very right lately, this is no exception. Nope" she said, shaking her head. They owed it to Mia to win the Cup now, well, if she made the team, of course; and if she didn't, well, the Huffies had to win anyway.

Kaika looked at the roll, so focused on it you could've swear Rapunzel was explaining something amazingly important to the fourth year. She listened carefully and her face was serious, although, she almost chuckled when she said 'little Hogwarts House Teams'. So, to sum up, Hufflepuff was bigger. "Ooooooohhhhh, but I don't like butter" she said, oblivious to the fact that it didn't truly mattered, "But, yeah, the example works for anything!" she exclaimed this time, trying to let the previous 'butter' statement past her,"On top! At everything! Yes, yes!" she grinned evilly.

Captain? Where?! Rapunzel almost whipped her head around to see who Kaika was talking to - for yes, she still wasn't used to being addressed by that title. Heck, for a second she'd almost thought Amelia Rose had popped up at the Huffie table.

"Aye aye, it's a great honor but it would be an even better honor for me if you tried out for the team," Punz replied sternly, raising one blond eyebrow as she suggested this. Why were they so serious all of a sudden? Quidditch. That's why. Some serious strategical planning was going on here.

If only Kaika liked butter better....

"The butter - ah, it may be bitter to some, to others it is an acquired taste," Punz stated a bit airily, waving her hand around, "but it shall be the taste of victory to us HuffieMcPuffers who KNOW the true meaning of this golden condiment. TO HUFFLEPUFF! TO BUTTER!"

Rapunzel shouted the last line as if she were making an rallying the troops before war, then she picked up the roll and held it high between her two fingers as if it were a tiny little trophy to be admired from afar. Now if only winning the Quidditch cup was as easy as buttering a roll.....

Dominic was still watching the blond girl in confusion as to what all the commotion was about when he noticed her looking back at him. Hoping to be somewhat inconspicuous about it, the third year quick looked away and back at the brunette. She was clearly thinking into his people-watcherness too much, judging from her strained facial expressions.

"Thank you, but I've grown quite accustomed," he explained, when she said it would make him dizzy. He highly doubted that even when another girl was chatting with the brunette and agreed that he'd get dizzy. And chuckled at him! Frowning slightly, he didn't think that was very funny.

"I can handle dizziness."

"Are you kidding me??" she said, quite shocked and mouth-opened, "Of course I'll try out!" she'd been doing so since her first year, and she wasn't going to quit the habit so fast. It was Quidditch, that was very, very, very hard to quit.

Oh, okay. Punz really liked butter. Seriously liked it. Weird, though, the way the conversation had led them. Mentioning butter and Quidditch-related things on the same sentence wasn't exactly pretty sane at all. But that was the bliss of being a Hufflepuff, being able to express themselves the way they felt was necessary, and in this case, entirely related.

She raised her empty hand, silly Kaika, she hadn't even taken anything to drink yet. The excitement on being back in Hogwarts was more than anything else. "TO HUFFLEPUFF!" she exclaimed,"And...well...butterbeer, since I'm not a mayor fan of butter" she giggled.

Zeph took a seat and looked around with an awkward expression on his face. He placed his new toad Prince, carefully on the table right next to his plate.
"Stay there, Prince." Zeph took a bread roll and buttered it, preparing himself to take a bite when something terrible caught his eye; or rather someone. He squeezed the bread roll a little bit too hard and it went flying in the air. Zeph continued to stare at the Slytherin table in despair.

Ella shook her head firmly as she sat next to Anna, "Not at all.." she said and chuckled, rubbing her aching back. "Well...there was a minor collision in teh train...and it breaks my back nearly." she couldnt help this time but laugh.

Diana walked in.She was in her first-year and did'nt know anyone.She sat down,beside a sixth-year girl,whose name was Ella,as she had heard her friends calling her.She tapped her at her shoulder,and said,"Hi!Has'nt the speech begun yet?I thought I was late."

MJ took Misty of her head and put her on her lap. Misty touched her left ear and looked up at her. MJ's eyes saddened. "No Misty, he's not talking to me." she told her and looked at Savannah.

MJ nodded and a smile spread on her lips "Very." she said and laughed. "Actually I had to fight with Nathan to come back. He thought it would end up hurting me especially since everything that I have been through but I won." she said and smiled.

As Savannah went back to talking to her friends she just sat watched everyone else she waved at a couple of people from the other tables and began to think even more

" MJ. thanks for taking me to the nurse when she gets here" Jason called out to her."Diana, I am sorry I newver had a chance to say Hi to you on the train, that was not nice of me" Jason called out to Diana." You know I can only call across the table because my back is really hurting me" Jason told Diana. "OW" OW" Jason cried out.

Ella's head turned around when someone was tapped her shoulder. There was a cute young girl sitting next to her asked about the speech. She smiled warmly and said, "No..deary. You're very much in time."

Yes, she was! Whew! One down. "GOOD! I'm glad to hear that," Punz said slowly as a grin spread across her face. "We had some very, very good players graduate last term you know - but I have full faith that this year's team will step up to the plate." She winked confidently, hoping that That Boy down the table would overhear. He had the lean, mean look of a Quidditch player to him, oh yes he did.

"YEAH!" Punzel would have toasted her buttery roll to Kaika's if the, er, girl had something to toast with. Alas, her hand was empty, and so Punz handed her a random banana that happened to be lying on the table. So what if it was decorative fruit, the point was that Hufflepuff would ruuuule the world and all the yellow foodstuffs in it! this term. "Butterbeer can be our beverage of choice, since it's gold AND contains the word butter...." Rapunzel muttered as an aside to Kaika. "Huzzzzah!"

Flying rolls were a more frequent problem than one would expect. The word prince used as a name and not a title, had distracted the Greek heir to the throne, when the offending baked good descended upon him. "What?" assuming the boy wanted the princes attention, he now had it with a cold stare.

Diana smiled to herself and replied,"It's alright!I can understand.We'll talk later after the speech.Now turn the right way,or else your neck's going to crack." Diana smiled back at the reply and said,"I'm new.Could you introduce me to someone else?"She took some sausages and french fries on her plate and started eating them,looking at Ella for some reply.

MJ stood up when he heard Jason was in pain and went over to the Gryffindor table. I think someone at the staff table will be able to help

Good. "That's right, I've been meaning to tell you something" she said, she'd forgotten that's why she came to Rapunzel in first place. No, wait, in first place was the whole 'Congratulate the Captain' thing, so, this was second, then. "My broom was broken by a cousin this summer..." she started to say, suspense was good in a way, which is why she paused, "...which totally sucks, right?..." there was no hint of sadness in her face, "...but, my uncle bought me a new one!" she finally ended, "So, I have a new firebolt, yes" she grinned, she'd finally acquired the broom she'd wanted since...well, ever.

"Hey! It matches!" she said, as she took the fake banana in her hand, not like she had the choice to refuse it, since it was being handed to her, "Yes! I accept butterbeer, because that one I do like" actually, she loves it. She eyed the boy from before. Yep. The kid will be having a hard time with the Huffies.

Zeph turned to the other boy in consternation; not even noticing his appearance. "I...what?" Zeph cringed slightly under the stare; realising the bread roll had found a target. "Sorry?"His toad croaked slightly and Zeph reached forward and stroked his belly. "I'm Zeph?" he managed, awkwardly, assuming he should introduce himself or something. He couldn't help turn and stare at the Slytherin table again.

"Sure, sure.." Ella patted gently on her arm. She looked at Anna and Zel who were now engaged with her other friends and food. She turned again, "They're bit busy right now. so we can chat if you like.." she paused before asked, "Tell me..about you first."

"Oh? Something good I hope?" Rapunzel's blond eyebrows shot into her hair as she waited to hear. "Uh huh, silly cousin, uh uh," she mumbled in all the right places, and then gasped at the end when Kaika dropped the BEST news ever.

"WHOOO! A real, live firebolt! Trying out for MY team!" Punz would have clapped her hands right then and there had she not been holding the buttered roll still. "Congrats to you, missy! Merlin knows I only have a nimbus...and it's probably outdated by now..." she bit her lip as she thought about it. But hey, Ne-yo-yo was a good little broom and she kept him in excellent shape with all the time she spent in the broomshed. Still...she'd bought that broom before her second year....

"Well. Now we can really toast to Hufflepuff," Rapunzel continued, bouncing her buttery roll against Kaika's fake banana. "To Huffie victory and an AWESOME new broom!" She grinned and finally took a bit of her Huffie symbol for awesomeness. Ahha. Victory tasted delicious indeed.

"Eh, Ella! Vannah!" she shouted down the table, waving her roll as she spoke. "Come celebrate Hufflepufferness with us!" Yeah, she was no longer even remotely pretending to be a sneaky, quiet little Slytherpuff. She was Huffie all the way...and that reminded her: she owed El a hug.

The young Gryffindor flipped her long black and blue hair over her shoulder as she entered the great hall. Carrying a small package she headed over to the Hufflepuff table she took a deep breath. " `ello Helios" she whispered more timidly than she had intended. "I've got some clothes here for yeh, the rest have been taken to yer dorm. I jest figured it would be the same deal as the last few years..." Krissy shrugged and hoped she hadn't been too presumptuous. she stood there stupidly trying to keep eye contact with the young prince and ignore those stupid pangs she felt in her gut.
