´"Kayla... I respect you and that's why I never asked before. Ypu said Jared could be useful. In what way? For what?" she asked. She had always give space to her friend; Kayla tell her what she wanted and knew where to find her in she wanted to talk. But Eva had to admit she was curious.

Confessions day!
"What?" Eva waited for Kayla to say something else.
She was really considering becoming a nun.

"Wereabouts" he asked wanting to know exactly were it was he was going as he wanted to stay away from the three broomsticks for the timebeing

"I was thinking the joke shop, maybe the candy shop. does that sound ok?"
lauren really wanted him to feel better

"ok..." he said as he got up to walk out of the door. atleast she was making an effort to make him feel better.

Lauren walked to the door also...She thought to herself where they were going to go first.."Lets go to the candy shop first"

Kayla sighed deeply, of course her friend would ask. "My grandmother is in Azkaban, facing a life sentence and she has left everything in my name. I am now running her businesses and well lets just say that they are not exactly your normal run of the mill types. She has some very unsavoury employees, who don't take too kindly taking orders from a fifteen year old" she chuckled darkly, that was rather an understatement. "I was kind of hoping to use Jared's talent to sway these people into working with me instead of against me."

Kayla looked at Eva and felt her face grow slightly warm. "When we were having our little spat before. He said that he thought I trusted him and I told him that I never did" she groaned softly and covered her face with her hands. "The truth is I trusted him more than anything in the world but he had hurt me and I wanted to hurt him back, so that's why I said it" Kayla took her hands away and looked at her friend. "Not a very mature thing to do right?'

"What have I been missing?!" Eva asked. She felt tempted to ask if Kayla's grandmother knew her aunts. Probably wasn't a good a idea. "Gee, you have employees...Feel like living a different life? I can trade with you." she teased with a smile; she was joking to lighten the environment. They needed it.

She listened to the other confession.
"Well... I wasn't a smart thing to say..." but I'd would have done the same in your situation, Or she liked to think that way.

"It's a really long story and one day I'll probably tell you all about it...but not today" Kayla leaned back in the chair and smiled at Eva's comment. "What? And let you have all the fun of getting to boss people around...nah that's what I'm looking forward to" she gave Eva, a mischevious look.

"No it wasn't" Kayla admitted. "But he should know that I trusted him, I told him when we spent the day together. I told him I trusted him as much as I trusted my own parents and that was a big deal for me" she ran her fingers through her hair in frustration. "And he told me that meant a lot to him...obviously not as much as I thought though" she said frowning.

"It's missing the beauty products, the popcorns and the drinks. Have you seen all the subjects we talked about?" she exclaimed.

"In a fight people say things they don't want to say. It's frequent to happen. I've seen it." she could remember when her father had discovered his daughters and his wife were wizards. It had been worse when his wife told him her sisters were... in a magical prision.
"I still think you should talk to him again." but first me and that slytherin are going to chat. "Where do you two usually go to be together?" she asked.

Kayla actually laughed. "I know it's got all the makings of a soap opera doesn't it."

The smile faded from her face in an instant. "I - I can't. I can't even bear to look at him at the moment, all I can see is him and those other girls and it just makes me grow cold inside" she whispered. "Well seeing how we didn't get much time together before..." Kayla trailed off, she couldn't finish the sentence..." the last place we met up was in the student gardens."

Hum. Interesting. If Nico liked Kayla like he had said he did, maybe he had return there. Probably there was only one way to know.
She already had a good idea of how to be a good matchmaker. That included... asking for some help. She smiled and chuckled.

"What's so funny?" Kayla asked suspiciously. "Eva, you're not thinking of talking to Nicholai are you?" she remembered the last time Eva had spoken to Nico back in Diagon Alley and she wasn't too sure whether she wanted her friend to do that again.

"Who, me?" Eva asked pointing at herself and trying to seem surprised. But she was a bad liar. "I wouldn't talk to him... well... I would, but I won't." she smiled; a characteristic smile of somebody that is lying.

Kayla raised an eyebrow at her and she was about to tell Eva not to go and speak to him and then decided against it. "If you want to talk to him, then knock yourself out. It's not going to change anything" she said firmly.

"Don0t be so naive, Kayla." she said with a mysterious wink. She wans't going to talk to Nico... direclty. She just had to convince someone.
"Kay... Do you know where Alyss uses to hang out?" It wouldn't be easy, but Eva saw that like a challenge.

Penny sat there and listened to MJ talk about her friend and her memories of her friends. She gave a small smile when she saw the tears. She knew what MJ was talking about it. She did miss her friends at Durmstrang. But she was also glad that she was back going to school with Mads.

Penny understood what MJ was talking about with Vince. She had one of those as well. She was still not able to say anything to anyone about it. Not even to her oldest and closest brother. She was still upset that he got himself into trouble and kicked out of school. All Pennys thoughts stopped when MJ said that her aunt attempted to kill her. “Your Aunt did what?!?” Exclaimed. How could someone do that to family.

Penny let MJ talk somemore about her friends and she listened. When MJ commented on missing her old friends Penny had to agree. “You are right. It is odd in a way and yes it is very hard. I am still trying to accept that he has a girlfriend.” She said quietly. Penny gave MJ a smile. “Everyone is entitled to have their depressing moments and we are sharing ours.” She said.

Penny watched at MJ wiped at the blood away. She felt a little dizzy. Blood was one thing in this world that she could not stand. Penny nodded a little when MJ threw the tissue away. Thank goodness there was not a lot of blood. Penny would have ended up on the floor passed out. Penny looked around the room and saw Misty. She smiled at the panda. Then she giggled at the noise that MJ made. “She sure is.” Penny agreed.

Kayla shook her head and suppressed a smile. "No, I don't. The last time I saw Alyss it was in the Room of Requirement." Yeah let Alyss talk to Nico, the girl hates him, she'll probably punch his lights out Kayla giggled at the thought.

Now she hated herself. Just by mentioning his name her heart had stopped for a bit then accelerated once more, and now she was back in square one. It was hurting. Her heart ached with grief and she had no idea how to get rid of it. Her brother had warned her about Vince, but she thought he was just being an older brother, now she realized her brother had been right all along. She tried to shake her thoughts of him but had no luck.

Suddenly when Penny exclaimed something about her aunt MJ looked down. “She wanted money and the inheritance that was left to me and brother by our parents was the perfect thing she wanted and I guess….” She sighed and put her legs up to her chest and hugged them “She was the one that was in charge of it. She also wanted our family power, if anything were to happen to me and brother. It would go to her. The last of the bloodline.” She said and sighed. “Father was a prince of an old Korean small village called Puyo.” She smiled. “Mom was English, but by father’s side they had a rare ability that would make her all powerful.” she said and shook her head. “My family is wicked and not in a good way….”

As Penny understood her pain MJ smiled at her. “Thank you Penny, it has been a while since I last spoke to someone like this.” She said and gave her a side hug then yawned. She really was tired and she knew if she had more sugar her brother would freak in a week when she had to have her physical for health issues. “I’m sleepy, but I’m afraid to go to bed, there not that many seventh years this year so it’s very lonely in the girls dorm..” she said. "If I fall asleep here, will you wake me up if I begin to bleed, or move around or even scream?" she asked her. Then smiled. "Or maybe we could go to Hogsmead"

Penny sat and listened to what MJ had to say. When MJ was done Penny sat there in shock. “You aunt was really that bad?” she asked. She just could not understand that. She had a huge family, but there was no one that bad. “Wow.” She said and sat back. She could not find anything to say.

Penny smiled and hugged her back. “Your welcome. Hey just let me know when you need to talk and I am there for you.” She told her friend. Penny noticed her friend yawning. “I have an idea. I have some more work I have to do. Why don’t you lay down on the couch and get a nap. I will wake you up if something happens.” She said. Penny wanted her friend to get some rest. She needs it.

MJ smiled at Penny. "Oh thank you." she told her and then took off her sweater folding it to be a pillow. She settled it down and then found a comfortable position on her side. "You are a hero today." she told her with a smile and yawned once more.

So tired, hopefully this won't be a bad thing.

As soon as her head hit her sweater MJ began to sleep.

Misty suddenly jerked up from were she was and looked at MJ who looked like she had fallen asleep. She quickly went to her side and sat down looking at her. If any nightmare were to come to MJ she would imideatly begin to feed on it, making it less real that way if MJ was in trouble she would be able to wake herself up no matter what.

Penny smiled at MJ. "You are so welcome." she told MJ. She watched her friend fold her shirt. "I am not a hero." Penny said with a blush. She watched at her friend fell asleep. Good, hopefully she will sleep awhile. She started to do her work. Then out of the corner of her eye, she saw Misty get up, walk over and sit down next to MJ. Penny smiled at Misty. It was good from MJ to have her.

Maddox walked into the common room and sat down at a table near the back of the room. He saw penny and waved but wanted to get his homework done as soon as possible. He pulled out his notes, book, quill, and a bit of parchment and got to work.

Lima entered the Common Room and smiled as she saw he person that she wanted to talk to. Walking over to Mads she took a seat right across from him and said, "you know that Nico's been causing trouble." She shook her head.

Penny was studying hard when movement out of the corner of her eye caught her attention. She saw Mads walk over to a back table. She gave him a small smile when he waved at her. Then she saw Lima walk in. Penny shook her head, ignoring Lima, she went right back to work.

Maddox glanced up from his homework, "No whats wrong? What happened?" He was puzzled. Nico was his friend, sortof, and whatever was happening he would be on his side.
