Jack was stuck by himself. He did all that was needed, and since none of them seemed like they were dying, he waited.

"So far", she said, 'I'm in my first year"
Lillianna continued. She was doing really well.
"I'm from forks all the way in america"

''Navajo reservation'' Miranda said in awe ''wow that is so cool'' she smiled but then dropping it she said ''im sorry to hear about your dad''

''my Dad is a wizard, mum is a muggle. She knew about it before they got married i think. They were in love mum told me, and she was more than happy that my dad could magic away the dirty dishes'' Miranda chuckled ''My older brother, he's 27 now, he's also a wizard but he's living with his girlfriend in Paris...'' she smiled

''Ah!'' she shrieked ''there's a big spider on the table!'' Miranda hurriedly backed away getting a big space inbetween her and the table

"It's my first year as well. I'm from England though." Isabella said as she looked over the work they had done. "I don't believe I've ever heard of Forks. Where is it located?" She asked out of curiosity.

Qaz hated spiders. 'Please get that disgusting thing away from me.' she said as she backed off.' She had shivers running up and dosn her spine...how she hated spiders...

Deep Breath...

'Yes, the reservation is cool...figuratively.....Literally, it's very hot in the summer, but if I can't be at Hogwarts, that's where I want to be....'

"Washington.", Lillianna said. "You would know if you read twilight. I lived my whole life there"

''ooh um...'' Miranda looked around for something to poke the spider away. She looked behind her and saw a pair of ear muffs. Reaching out and taking one she concentrated and aimed for the spider. With a shriek she threw it and looked frantically if the spider scurried away ''Is it gone?'' she asked hoping she hadnt gotten it angry making it come after the two of them

Isabella smiled to herself. Her mother had recently bought her that book. "I actually have that book in my trunk. My mother bought it for me before I left. She knows I'm an avid reader and thought I would enjoy it. So how are you liking England than?"

"It feels strange", Liolianna said. "If the plant is okay just take away the bad leaves and throw them in the compost pile"
"Ive read them all"

'Okay...earmuffs for spider killers....well..NOT!' Qaz chuckled as she rebuked the younster. 'As much as I dislike spiders, the idea is to move them outside....not bombard them.'
Seeing the panic in the girls eyes, she patted her on the shoulder and sais, 'It'a okay...there'll be many more where they came from...'

Pulling gently on the rest of the twisted part of the drooping plant that wrapped itself around another, she finally frees it. Tossing that one to the side. She looks for any more yellowed leaves.

"Do you see any more Barry?" Liz asks. "I'm not really seeing much more..."

Anna did as she was told and started with the smallest, undergrown plants. She made sure to find the plants with that were drooping and had yellowed leaves. She started to pull them from the soil, taking care yo not disrupt the other plants.

Isabella nodded and did as Lillianna instructed. "Did you get a chance to see any sites before coming to school?" She asked as she trimmed a few bad leaves. "I read the summary of Twilight. I'll have to start reading tonight."

Pulling up the last of the sickly plants, Qaz turned to Miranda and siad 'It looks good to me...how about you?'

Gwen shrugged, dumping the dead plant on the compost heap. "I'd much prefer to have gloves on. This isn't the most fun part of Herbology. I guess it's really the necessary part."

Miranda's eyes almost popped out at her comment. Ofcourse she knew there would be spiders...in the world, but it made her shudder at the thought of more spiders.
''well i didnt really want to kill it'' Miranda smiled apologetically

''yes i agree!'' Miranda let out a sigh of relief and smiled ''um im just going to wash my hands'' she made a face when she saw how much dirt she had under her fingernails

'Yeah, I know...can't stand spiders, but they are one of the good critters...no matter how discusting they are....' Qaz said in shat whe hoped was a sympathetic tone...

"just diagon alley", lillianna said trimmimng dead leaves off a good plant.

"Well hopefully you'll get a chance to see more of it at some point. Have you met many people?" She inquired as she plucked leaves and surveyed her work. "Looks like we've gotten almost all of it. Don't you think?"

"I've met a few. I went out with Jason potter weasley before he left", Lillianna said casually.

I think we got it all.", she said.

Miranda nodded, it was true, no matter how creepy it was its mother probably thought it was very cute
''hmmm i wonder when the professor is going to go trough our work''

"hey" Miranda said watching the Rawenclaw boy waiting by his desk ''this was fun wasnt it? Although the dirt under your nails is a pain...'' she smiled

Helena looked up from her notebook, which was now brimming with notes. She looked at the professor and shuddered involuntarily. She gulped, keeping her mouth closed as she looked around the room. There weren't too many familiar faces. Helena's bright blue eyes glanced back to the professor before staring back down at her work.

"Did he graduate or just transfer?" Isabella asked as she admirred their hard work. "So what do we do now that we've finished?"

Miranda noticed the girl scribbling down in her book, she got a little closer and noticed, even though she couldnt read what it said, that it was full of notes.
''oh, were we supposed to write this down?'' she asked her worried '' i forgot to do that...'' a mixture of a grimace and a smile on her face

"Not sure but he was a fifth year", lIliana said
