Anna sighed in frustration. What was up with this boy? Like she'd determined earlier---the one and only reason she was arguing with him was because he challenged her. Other than that, Dominic was actually a pretty nice person. Anna stared him down, debating on whether or not she should call an immediate truce. Her mind was made up, however, a second later when Dominic opened his big mouth.

"Yeah, but I didn't mean those kind of eyes," she said, a little softer than she'd intended. "Sorry, Dominic. Cale and I have had a rough term relationship wise, and I'm just a little sensitive to that kind of talk right now---no matter how it's intended." Anna blinked and then turned her eyes towards her boyfriend. He seemed to have picked up on Anna and Dominic's little argument, which couldn't be a good sign. "...and yeah, suspicious looking character. Okay, you know what...I just wantedtosayhello,okay?" she remarked, the last few words coming out all at once. "You, erm...just seem pretty cool, and I don't have many guy friends."

Anna had ben so focused on giving Dominic an explanation of her behavior, that she didn't seem to notice Cale standing up and walking over to them. When she suddenly heard his voice, she jumped a little, startled by how annoyed his voice sounded. Oops. Anna hated to disappoint Cale or get him upset. It was just like...ultimate failure to upset the one person who means more to you than life itself. Anna cringed a little and then turned to face Cale.

"I'm sorry, Cale," Anna replied, reaching over and grabbing her boyfriend's hand. "You're right. My apologies to you, too, Dominic." Anna sighed, smiled, and then turned towards the Hufflepuff boy once again. "Let's start over," she suggested. "I'm Anna Greingoth---now a sixth year Gryffindor."

" Hey, Diamond Haired Sweetie girl, how are you? biff asked Anna, "Have you met Isabella? he asked her. " Nice going on the house cup but Slytherin gave you a run for the money" Biff saids to Anna. " So what are you doing for the break?" Biff asked her.

"Ooh sounds like fun. Let me know when you make some new stuff and I'll show it to my uncle George. By the way I think he might want you to come visit his shop this summer."

Melinda looked at Cale, who had totally noticed all the situation around the school. It was sad, people, professors actually leaving. How would she tell them all, that coming back to Hogwarts was from then on an impossible thing to do? She sighed just by thinking about it.

"Thank me?" Melinda told Cale, really shocked. "For throwing you that piece...I mean, two pieces of cake...on your sweater?" She was speechless.
"Wow...then...You're welcome, Newell..." She told him and smiled.

Hannah was having a hard time believing that this term was over... it had gone by so quickly. She felt a tear welling up in her eyes and brushed it away. She was just going to miss everyone!

(OOC: Next term, I think I'm gonna RP Hannah's brother Zeke, because she talks about him, but he's yet to be seen. I'm not sure yet, though. Opinions?)

Dominic had been quite focused on why Anna seemed to think of him as 'suspicious', where he hardly even noticed Mr Egotistical Gryffindor Prefect come up to the two of them. Wow! Someone seemed a tad overprotective of their girlfriend... As a prefect - blah blah blah -- The fourth year rolled his eyes of boredom, glancing sideways at the staff table. "Well thank you captain obvious. A tough time right now? I had no idea ... You mean it's not everyday the headmistress of the school decides to leave?" he sighed sarcastically, before looking over at Anna.


Seem pretty cool and I don't have many guy friends... what on earth was this girl playing at!? Did she want his sympathy? Seriously, girls could be so confusing at times, which was why it was best he just avoided them.

But then she seemed to feel bad for their 'scene' in the Great Hall, as she apologized to Cale. Pfft. Go figure. Well he would not apologize - at least not in the same way that Anna did. Thoughts of how to reconcile his sarcasm with the older boy faded as Anna introduced herself to him the second time that evening. She seemed true enough in her intentions ...

"Sure," he replied, holding his hand out. "I'm Dominic Denton -- I suppose now a fifth year Hufflepuff" Dominic then looked back over towards the other prefect, given him almost an apologetic smile. "Er... And I should probably head up to the staff table." He half-smiled at the two of them, as his way of saying 'i'm sorry' before adding on, "You two want to come?"

Jayne ran over to the Gryffie table "Ross?!?!"

Via wanted to join the end of term feast banquet and as she reached the Gryffindor table she noticed a familiar face. The Hufflepuff girl was looking for a person named Ross. Via didn't know who that person was.

Erica entered the great hall to join in the end of term feast at the Gryffindor table. She had heard in the hallway that more people than Professor Dainsie were leaving their jobs at Hogwarts. Apparently also the headmisstress, deputy headmistress and herbology professor were leaving after terms end. Erica slumped down in an open seat feeling out of place. Maybe if she was lucky someone would strike up a conversation with. She should be joyful since Gryffindor had won the house cup and she had scored over 200 points for her house, but she wasn't. Sad things made her think about her mother at St Mungos.

Kairi couldn't help but notice that Erica seemed down, very down. She wasn't feeling too good herself, but that didn't stop her from feeling the need to cheer her friend up. "Hey, Erica, why the long face?"

Looking up at Kairi she said giving her a weak smile "I'm sad that so many good professors are leaving after this term. I thought it was only Professor Dainsie, but it turns out that the headmistress, deputy headmisstress and herbology professor also are leaving." She paused for a moment and then continued "All these sad news makes me think about my mother whom i now haven't seen for over a year."

"I didn't know all of them were leaving too, I knew about Dainsie, but not all the others," She paused before continuing, "I'm sorry about your mum Erica," she said sincerely. Her own mum was dead, but she pushed the thought from her mind. Being an over-curious person, she couldn't stop herself from asking, "Where is your mum, anyway?"

Jayne smiled "Hey, I know you" she walked over "Thanks for saving me from that Slythie" she giggled

Smiling at Kairi she said "Thanks, Kairi!" Erica paused and then quietly so that not the whole table would hear the whole story and spread rumours. "My mum is in St Mungos hospital, because she had a mental and physical breakdown, about a year ago after our fathers death.""Since then i have lived with my aunt Angelica and not seen my mother since the healers doesn't think it will do us or my mother any good." she stopped talking letting Kairi take it all in. Kairi was the only one she had told so far about her mother.

Kairi listened in silence. It took her a moment to take it all in. Wow, Erica had it bad, she was technically an orphan! At least I still have my dad, although that's not always a good thing... "I'm sorry...about everything, it must be hard for you," she said earnestly.

Via's faced lit up as the girl talked to her. She's the girl she had saved at the grove area. "Hi. It was nice to see you here and i'm glad you're alright now." She didn't know if she had introduced herself to her before, "I'm Via."

Jayne grinned "I'm Jayne" she held her hand out to shake Via's hand

Smilling at Kairi she said "Thanks! Sometimes when i'm unhappy i think that i'm an orphan even though i'm not. My auntie Angelica has taken over as our legal guardian and takes good care of me and my siblings, but she can never really replace mum and dad." Looking up the table she said thoughtfully "The hardest in all this is knowing that dad is never coming back. and that mum needs care which we can't give her." Trying to cheer up she said "So enough talk of sad things. What are you going to do during the summer holidays, anything fun?"

Via gladly shook Jayne's hand. "i never knew what had happened at the hospital wing then, i left without further word." Via remembered the reason why she was wounded then, "ARe all things between you and the girl alright now?"

"well, I haven't encountered her since" Jayne said honestly "Trelawny healed me" she smiled

"I'm going over to Lizzie's house for the holidays, and then I think I'm going to take a long trip around the world. Sometimes you just get a feeling that you want to travel, y'know?" She smiled slightly at the thought, which unfortuneately was replace with a much sadder one, "I'm not coming back next year, but I will come back when we're all third years, promise,"

Erica smiled "Going to Lizzie for the holidays sound fun. I'm going to visit my grandparents who live in Madrid. It will be a nice change to, spend time with my extended family and siblings." What Kairi said next made Erica stunned and speechless. Getting a grip on herself after several minutes she asked "Why arn't you coming back next year? You know that we all miss you deeply."The last was true atleast for her.

"Madrid, that's in Spain, right?" she asked with a small grin. She wasn't too good at geography, being blind and all. "I'll miss you too, and all my friends. There is a reason why I'm not coming back next year, but it's complicated, and now's not really the right time to be discussing it," she said sadly.

"That would be an honor, Demetria. I'm going to be at my workshop most of the time, so..." Sneeze couldn't think of anything more to say, so he did the "howling trick" around Demetria to confuse her.

"I see," Via nodded. "You were looking for someone here at the Gryffindor table i guess." She glanced around at the people sitted at the table busy chatting with their friends and there she had spotted KAiri talking to Erica.
