Bree felt Daphne shift closer to her but she didn't look up. She was hoping that Jason might stop pointedly trying to embarrass her now that she had apologized and just forget about it.

She looked up shiftily at Jason, afraid to meet his eye. "You're Daphne, right?" she asked, trying to distract herself from the nervousness she was suffering from. The entire situation was getting out of hand. Daphne was much more firmly grounded than anyone she'd met at this table so far.

Sabrina walked into the Great Hall and smiled. Hogwarts was back, the school she should've gone to last year was finally here along with boys! Her hair turned silver with excitement and she smiled seeing the curls near her shoulder. She hurried to the Gryffindor table and sat down. "Hey Usa long time no see!" she exclaimed giving her a hug. "Hi Jason, hey Anna," she said greeting the other two people she knew with a smile.

"Sabrina, hello" Jason said to another friend of his. in Gryffindor. He has lots of freinds in the other houses, too. Jason glared at Bree. Jason believes to himself that Bree should have been sorted in Slytherin with her attitude. "Sabrian and Usagi, my back is hurting very bad" Jason told the girls. "OW!!! OW!!!" Jason screamed out.

Being very careful to not touch Daphne Hopton, Raiden sat down with a smile. She had shown in Diagon Alley that she seemed iffy on the whole touching thing... He tilted his head and looked at her, then at the other girl who he didn't know. He gave her a little wave, and then his attention was back on Daphne Hopton.

"I guess... I hope they get used to me, it would be sad if I didn't have friends in my own house to ta-"

He was rather rudely interrupted by the scary guy screaming 'OW OW'... Raiden leaned a bit closer to Daphne, trying to stay as far away from the guy as possible.

"What the heck is wrong with that guy?" Raiden whispered to her. "Why's he shouting like that?"

He cringed. The older student's shouting was going to give him a headache if he kept it up. Raiden resisted his natural urge to be kind and see if the boy was alright. He was odd, and odd in a way that worried the first-year.

"Why is your back hurting Jason?" Sabrina asked with some concern. She couldn't believe how much everyone had changed over the summer. "Don't you think you should go to the hospital wing?"
She saw Jason glaring at a girl who looked a little younger than her. "Hi I'm Sabrina, is this your first year at Hogwarts?" she asked kindly, making sure her hair didn't change. She had learnt in France that some people were scared of it and she wasn't going to scare the first years.

"Oh my."

The voice of Kingston Wendleworth appeared amongst the Gryffindor table. He stood with much confidence, leaning a little on his left leg, his brow raised in disbelief and both his hands in his pockets. His eyes looked down at Jason as the boy hollered about his back. Dear heavens, he shouldn't scream. A man never screams about in pain. Horribly improper and... wasn't the boy a Gryffindor? Merlin's, suck it up.

"My, oh my, " he mused, standing just above Daphne Hopton as though he was making sure the girl wouldn't get touched by these simpletons. Heavens no! "I suggest you go to the hospital instead of howling on the top of your lungs, Mr. Weasley. I practically heard you from the Hufflepuff's table." Kingston sighed, frowning a bit. "My, oh my..."

MJ ran to the Gryffindor table and went up to Jason. "Jason I think we should take you ot the staff table and get some help." she told him and looked at him. "I can take you there, or I can go and get the teachers and they can come and help." she told him

" I was doing excercises for Quidditch and hurt my back and that is why I was screaming OW" OW" Jason told her. Jason wonders why a few first year students like that boy from Slytherin are brats. This has never happened here at HogWarts during his five terms here. Older students do not have to be looked up to but they should be repected just like I repected the older students. Jason does not understand why someone would be mean to him just because he hurt himself. Rude boy- no wonder his own house does not like him or talk to him. "Well Kingston, the hospital is not open plus when someone hurts their back or any part of the body real bad, they scream since it is natural for a human to do it." Jason told Kingston. He does not like Kingston. " MJ, get Professor DuMont to help me, please" Jason said nicely to her. " the nurse

Kairi walked into the great hall, and found an empty seat by herself. She didn't recognise anybody here yet, so she began to eat some of the food that was spread along the table, having an odd need to talk to somebody.

MJ looked at Jason. "Back spasms are not a good thing." she told him. "Jason try to sit up straight if you slotch you will be in more pain." she told him and wondered why she was the only one concern. She didn't care at the momment when Jason told her to go and get help she right away ran towards the staff table.

She wasn't going to dump all her troubles on a person she'd only just met. "What about you?"

Okay, so it seemed like this wasn't the best time to come looking for her dear Gryffindor friend. Alyss flicked a piece of pink hair aside and glared at the older boy. Dang, why couldn't he just shut up. WHERE WAS SANDY? Ugh... She sniffed the air in disgust, taking in the red and yellow ties and the badges on the robes. It was an awful colour. Lounging on the side of the table, she continued to look for her friend.

Hayden walked up to the table. Finally she was at Hogwarts. She had dreamed of this day when she got her letter. Hayden sat down and looked around for someone she knew. Well she only knew maybe three possibly four people. So instead she pulled out her book and began reading.

Via walked towards the Gryffindor table, it's good to be back at magic school. She can still remember the first time she sat at the Gryffindor table that term she just had. New faces everywhere, this time she could really see the new faces from the school. Not to mention boy's and girl's school were now merged together. She went to join her old school pals and her new friends.

Jillian was relived and went back to slouching. "I dunno how you do it, Daphne." she said,still rubbing her back. "Doesn't your back hurt too?"

She watched as Daphne suddenly was interested in Goblets. "Well, it looks real and this is Hogwarts. Must be ancient!" she joked and giggled that girly giggle of hers that never really matched her boyish ways.

Jillian turned to Jason. "Oh, my summer was really great. Me brother, Chuck, came home to visit us. Really fun having him around." she replied.

"Well then, I guess we'll be having the first real year at Hogwarts together." Jillian said brightly. "This'll be loads of fun now that we got boys in here, won't it, Daphne?"

Then Cale knocked down aa goblet, making Jillian giggle. "Well, goblet's fine. Must be authentic. You okay there, Daphne?"

"Thug boy?" Jillian asked. You didn't tell me you had adventures!" any mention of a word related to mischief always sparked interest with Jillian. "You got to tell me all about him."

And back to Ms. Etiquette who was almost frozen when the goblet fell and juice was on the bench. Daphne was a very interesting person to observe.

Maggie finally walked into the Great Hall. She stopped as she entered, and was looking over the long 4 tables, on the walls, and finally, at the ceiling. It was dark, and stars were shining. She was amazed, she has never seen something that beautiful.

She was looking at the tables, but she didn't know at which she should be sitting.

Then she saw Jillian sitting at one table. She lead her way to her, and waved at her. "Hey, Jill! Can I ask you? Should I sit hear or,"she paused,"you know, I dunno what to do, cos I'm first year,"she ended, again little desperate.

Antonio walked over to the Gryffindor table, having been summoned there by MJ. "Jason, are you still having problems with your back? You need to sit as still as possible, not running around the place, that isn't going to help anything. Even though you're a wizard, the back can still be tricky." Antonio wished the nurse's station was open, this was a really bad time for something like this to happen. "I think it's a back sprain, but those can still be painful. Here, this should take care of it for the time being, but make sure you get it checked out later," he said. With that, he ran his wand down the boy's spine, checking that everything was intact. "I can help with the pain for right now," he said. "But I'm not a healer, so definitely get this checked out."

Nathaniel was happy to be in the Gryffindor house. He was surprised that Sophia was sorted into the same house. He was expecting her t end up in Ravenclaw. He felt overwhelmed and extremely shy at this point. He was super hungery and was slowing eating and enjoying his food. He sure hoped that his house mates would like him.

Maggie saw one boy coming to Gryffindor table, he was faintly familiar to her. Oh, I met him at the Leaky Cauldron, he is friends of Kairi, she remembered. She lead her way to him. "Hi, I'm Maggie, we met in the Leaky Cauldron, you remember me?"she said, smiling,"hmm, dont you know what are we supposed to do now?"she asked.

"Oh hey! said the boy talking with a full mouth. He ate the rest of his food and said. "Well it's the welcome back fest. Sit down and eat with your house!" he added with a smile as he looked at his fellow first year

Maggie smiled and took her seat next to the boy. "Thanks, anyway, I dunno if I don't remember that wrong, but, are you Nathaniel, right?"she asked, taking some potatoes, chicken and broccoli on her plate.

He smiled at her. "Yep, you got the name right.How was the train ride." It's raining a mess out there." he said thinking about the pouring rain outside. He loved the rain.

Somehow while getting off of the train Rosa completely lost everyone with all the hustle and bustle. There was way to many students walking and bumping that it took her longer to get to the feast. She stood just outside the great hall before walking in Luna a few steps a head of her. Having left Star with her things. Talk about being completely overwhelmed by all the noise because she was. Only because she couldn't see and she used her ears more than anything. It took her a moment to clear her mind and try to remember how her mom had described the great hall so it'll be easier to find her table.

Oh gawd. She thought, taking small step. She had this feeling she was going to bump someone or something and cause a big mess. Rosa slowly made her way over to the Gryffindor table to find a seat. Her head slightly lower as she tried to concentrate and sort through the different sound and hear Luna's meows which was higher than usual because of all the noise around them.

Kairi felt some familiar vibrations in the ground, it was Rosa, and Kairi couldn't be more happy to see her. She stood up and made her way over to her. "Hello, Rosa," she said softly, as not to startle her. "Do you need a hand?" She smiled, and rubbed her eyes, as if trying to make them see. She wanted to see what Rosa looked like, she wanted to see what the great hall looked like, she wanted to see what everything looked like. She sighed and ran her hand through her shoulder-length red hair.
She also spotted Nathaniel and Maggie a little way off, she smiled and waved at them.
