Maura heard a voice saying her name. "Hmmm?" she asked dazedly. She stood up and stuck her head out into the corridor, looking for the source. Finally she found it: Lisa was a few compartments down. She smiled. "Oh. Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just...sort of happy and sad to be going home at the same time," she explained. "Yeah, I'm looking for her. Have you seen her?" she asked.

"No thanks, I'm really not hungry," said Maura. She smiled a friendly smile and sat back down and resumed staring out the window.

Biff asked Chris "What's shaking man?" "Well, I am glad you are going to Rian's house for the summer" Biff told Jennamura. Biff teased Rian " Oh only your friends get to go to your house" then he laughed hard. He had to laugh because Isabella was nowhere to be seen.Isabella had "White" the snake from the carnival he won for her. She has some company. "Anna, how are you?" Biff asked her. "Had Cale been busy with homework or pre occupied because everytime I talk yo him, he seems to daze and never answer" Biff told Anna. "Can't wait to see Cale here,too" Biff said to her.

Jenn grinned and waved at Chris. "Hey Chris!!"she said, smiling still. "Do you want to come with me and Rian, and maybe Lisa to get some snacks? Were starving!"she complained, giggling.

Jenn laughed with him. "Thanks. And yes, only friends come over."she giggling. "You know I'm kidding."she said, punching his arm playfully. When he started laughing she cocked her head. Was he going crazy or something? Or had Isabella put a love potion in his pumpkin juice? she wondered. Oh well. She smiled slightly and rolled her eyes. "Do you want to come with us to the food trolley? Or are you going to laugh and socialize?"she asked, slightly annoyed.

Rian murmured a "Hey," to Chris and turned away to hide her smirk at Jenn's attitude. When she turned back she was controlling laughter. Jenn really could have an attitude when she wanted.

"Yeah, we're just going to go load up on candy, so you're invited," she said, grinning. She dug into her pockets, making sure she had enough money.

Christine was a little shocked that someone actually referred to her as a midget. There was nothing midget about all of the 5 foot 10 inches of Christine. Christine turned back towards the moron, gave her a dirty look and said Midget?....... What are you blind or just that dumb? AND I would like to see someone like YOU Christine told her while looking her up and down TRY and teach me some manners. Christine knew she was being a tad bit mean, but she had been feeling completely miserable at the idea of having to leave Hogwarts for the summer that she was going to jump all over anyone who tried to bother her.

Jenn rolled her eyes at Rian's behavor, but said nothing.

Jenn laughed. "Oh ya, chocolate frogs, pumpkin pasties, fizzy wizzy bees. They better have enough."she said, rolling her eyes, her voice thick with sarcasim. Jenn put her hand in her little tote and nodded. "That should be plenty."she said, smilig.

Cale blinked as suddenly, tensions got ridiculously high and everyone was shouting at one another. Clearly, being sarcastically witty wasn't getting anywhere with these people. Everyone was going berserk, and the only person who was actually the least annoying out of all of them right now was Dominic. Whoa...who would have thought?

Standing up in the middle of the crowded compartment, he put his hands on his hips and tried to figure out where to start. Finally, after he decided it was best to tackle everything head on, he pushed back his hair and got ready to speak.

"OI! All of you stop talking NOW!" he demanded, glaring at each of them in turn. "You're lucky I don't recommend you all for detention the second we start next term. Now, first things first..." he muttered, turning to Dominic and pointing at him. "You, apologize for accidentally invading Fred's space here whenever he gets back." he said. Alexis had just dragged Fred off somewhere, but if they thought they were getting away from the Prefect like that they were veryyyyyy mistaken.

"And you two," he finished, turning to Sam and the Hufflepuff girl whose name he did not know, "Knock off all the rude comments and apologize to one another for being so nasty." he told them.

"Alright, now that everything is cleared up--show's over. Either sit in this compartment and learn to get along with each other, or leave if you can't fellow you can behave civilized anymore. Your choice," he added, looking at each of them in turn. Any more snappy back-sass remarks? He'd like to see them try. Hah!

"Nothing much,you?" Chris asked Biff.

"Umm no it's alright. Thanks aways." He told Jenn.

Chris heard Rian mumble to him. He then saw them walk off. He shrugged and walked into a compartment.

Anna laughed softly to herself. She knew how much Dominic and Cale hated one another, so she imagined Dominic was just oh-so-thrilled to see Anna's boyfriend enter the compartment right after her. The Hufflepuff boy looked really annoyed, and for some reason, that made Anna just want to smirk that much more. Why was she dead-set on putting Dominic Denton in his place? Oh, yeah. That's right. He challenged her.

Anna blinked and looked up towards the compartment door, where some Hufflepuff girl was very rudely asking Sam to move out of her way. Anna frowned in the girl's direction and made a move to get up and try and calm down yet another situation, but Cale beat her to it. He looked like he was doing a really nice job of smoothing things over, so Anna simply smiled at him and then turned back to Dominic.

Dominic still looked absolutely annoyed. If he wanted to bolt and go find another compartment, he was absolutely free to do so. All Anna wanted was to find some peace and quiet so she and Cale could return to their compartment in the back of the train. Meh. It was probably filled by now, though. They'd been up her in this new compartment for quite some time. Anna listened as Dominic described, in one little sentence, what he planned to do this summer. Ugh. Anna was through with this boy. "Well, whatever," she said. "Have a nice summer."

Anna looked up as someone suddenly yelled out Cale's name. Alexis was starting to look a little on the annoyed side, too, and this, of course, put Anna in a slightly bad mood. Everyone around her was getting so moody. They should be happy at a time like this. This was summer vacation, and this was the last time most of them would see one another until the new school year started up again. Suddenly, Alexis was yelling again, this time at Sam. Anna frowned, crossed her arms over her chests, and sighed. Ugh. She hated getting in bad moods.

"Fine," Anna said to her, waving her arm in the direction of the door. "Take him away to wherever. I'm about to head back to the back of the train again and see if my former compartment is still available. "I need peace and quiet," she mumbled to herself.

...and now Sam was yelling. What in Merlin's name? Anna closed her eyes and rubbed her forehead. She could feel a headache coming on. At the word hex, Anna's eyes shot open again, and she sat straight up. This was starting to get ugly. Seriously, come on. What was it about the train ride home that always brough along an unbearable amount of drama? "It's a good thing we've already won the house cup. If not, I could just see the house points dimenishing away." Had all of Gryffindor gone mad? They were fighting, yelling, threatening hexes. Anna sighed and looked up at Cale, hoping he would realize she was trying to silently ask him to leave with her and return to their former compartment.

...and then, suddenly, from what seemed to be out of nowhere, CALE was yelling. At least this was a good type of yelling, though. He was, very firmly, telling everyone to pretty much chill out. Anna's eyes widened a little and she just stared at her boyfriend, who'd gone completely, totally prefect on everyone. Well, there was pretty much nothing else left to say now. Cale had said it all...and then some. The only thing to do now was to sit back and make sure everyone settled down. Anna really, really hoped they would. She was in an extrememly bad mood now, and the headache that was coming on was now completely on. "Thanks, Cale," Anna managed to mumble, still rubbing her forehead a little.

"Oh, hey, Biff," Anna replied, greeting the Slytherin boy who'd come out of nowhere. "I think Cale might just have a lot to deal with. He's really a nice guy, though." Anna raised her hand and pointed in her boyfriend's direction. "...and there he is. He's currently attempting to settle down a compartment full of arguments."

As Ella was drawing, something occurred to her. Why wasn't anyone sitting with her? Ella didn't mind being alone sometimes, but she had friends, too. She got up and walked out of the compartment, looking for some of her friends and still clutching her sketch pad.

Laylee walked through the train hallway like a zombie. She did not want to leave. It was already summer holiday. Hogwarts was the only place she could truely be herself. Be with Maura, even have a shot of seeing Chandans face one last time. There were only two years left of her Hogwarts education. What if Chandan decided never to come around again?
Laylee spotted Maura and smiled birghtly, instantly feeling better. Her best friend had a way of doing that for her. Laylee was walking toward her compartment when she spotted familiar eyes.
"Chandan?" She asked turning around...

And it was Chandan with Pheonix of course! Laylee smiled and leaned on the compartments open door. "Hello." She said simply. She just couldnt freak out every time she saw him, it was embarrasing, but inside she was screaming with joy. She suddenly remembered when Chandan had invited her over for the Holiday, but she didnt bring it up. She sat opposite him and just stared at him. She couldnt get enough. His eyes were closed, as if he was dreaming. Laylee waited.

Laylee heard her friend and hoped she would come over. She had to meet Chandan! She had been begging too for such a long time, and the school year was over.

"Well Sweet Diamond Haired girl, maybe Cale could use my snake 'White", sorry Isabella has him- won it for her at the Carnival" Biff told Anna. " i am glad I saw you because you are nice to talk to young lady" Biff said to her.
"Jennamura and Rian, I will come a little later and eat food but I will be there to eat with both of you" Biff said to the girls. " Chris, I am doing pretty good except for that yelling in the other compartment" Biff told him. "Cale, you are nice, so just relax and let someone else get a headache with the HufflePuff students plus should that not be their prefects job?" Biff told and asked Cale.
If thry do not do their job, then they prpbably would not have one at the beggining of the term" Biff said to Cale.

Cale turned around and saw Biff, the Slytherin he had meet a while ago. "Oh, hey Biff! Well, you know, if Huffie prefects aren't around then someone else should step in," he said with a smile. "Not to mention we had some Gryffies involved as well. It's done and taken care of now, though," he told him with a head nodd. "So how have you been?"

Maura, looking up by chance, suddenly spotted Laylee in the corridor outside. She smiled and waved brightly, but even as she did so, she saw Laylee turning. She frowned, hurt, but then she heard the word that came out of Laylee's mouth. Oh. She sat back and decided to leave them alone.

Maura waited patiently at first, but after awhile she got curious. She stood up and put her bag gently on the train floor. Moon poked her head out. "Stay here," Maura told the cat. Moon yawned and nestled back inside the bag. Maura pushed open the compartment door and stuck her head out. The rest of her followed and she walked a few steps, then stopped. She wasn't sure whether or not Laylee and Chandan wanted to be alone. As far as Maura knew, they had only seen each other once all year. she stood there, undecided.

Laylee looked over to see Maura in the hall. She smiled even brighter. She couldnt be more excited right now. "Come in!" She said softly to her friend. She didnt want to frighten Chandan, but his eyes were still closed as if he was trying to think of something else. She was beginning to feel like maybe he was trying to not picture her there. It made her frown slightly. As Maura walked in she grabbed her arm and had her sit next to her. She smiled and motioned who was across from them. Laylee curled her knees to her chest and stared at him.

"Well, I have been pretty good" Biff told Cale. " you guys sure took to us at the end of the year for the House Cup" Biff said to Cale. "Well, I hope you have an easier time next term with all the troublemakers" Biff told him. " How are you and your cute girlfriend Anna doing?" Biff asked him.
Biff sees "drawing girl". "Well, Miss laylee, nice to wsee you" Biff told her. "Ready for the break?" he asked her.
