Miranda listened to the teacher...back to C...hmmm...C...c...c...something with a c... Miranda eyebrows were furrowed as she tried to think of something that started with a c...

Allie thought for a moment.
"For C...there is a cough potion..oo another one I just thought of for A is asphodel..which is an ingrediant." she said.

And finally for C...."Professor, there is a Calming Draught" she answered.

"For B there is burn-healing paste." said Allie.

"For A, there is also the Aging Potion," Rachel said.

"Blood-Relenishing potion." said Allie, thinkin gof another one.

"We left off on X, class. I believe Y comes after that, not C or A," he chuckled. "I merely wanted us to keep going until we got back to C, not start all over again. So, what do we have for Y?"

Oh Miranda chuckled, she was a very confused student today... Now something with a Y... She looked up at the roof thinking, this was difficult...The only thing she could think of was... "Yew" she muttered...was that an ingredient? Maybe if you had a wooden yew spoon to stirr the potion!

Lucas had no idea but he was taking fast and furious note nonetheless.

Astrid raised her hand and said, "Professor, I wasn't able to find anything for X, Y or Z in the textbook. Sorry."

Y... Hmm. Is there something that starts with a Y? She couldn't recall anything that began with that letter. Oh well! Instead, she jotted down some of the potions and ingredients that she hadn't known.

"Ummm....I don't know....Yelling Potion?" she said making something up of the top of her head. It never hurt to try.

Jillian raised her hand "Professor, could there be some sort of Youth Potion?" she said, unsure. "I mean, I've heard of something called the Fountain of Youth so maybe a Youth potion?"

"Certainly you're reaching but, good enough. how about Z?" he laughed.

Livvy had no idea. Study Livvy... study! She instead scribbled down notes of potions or ingredients that she hadn't hear of, which was practically everything.

Z? Merlin! There was something with a z? Deciding to let someone else answer, she continued to scribble down the things she didn't know.

Z? How many words in the English language started with Z? Jillian pondered on this. Maybe Latin? But then she didn't really know Latin. Oh, Frog's legs!

Jillian raised her hand again. "Zany Potions? I mean, there are some pretty unconventional potions out there..." she said nodding.

There was nothing at all she come up with. Too hard of a letter, and there was nothing she could find in her bok.
"I honestly have no idea, Professor."

Z? Errr this was difficult Z...z...z...something with a z... "Sleeping potion, sir?" she asked eyebrows raised "you know like for when you write when someone's sleeping, you write lots of ZZZzzz's..." she trailed off

Mariel looked around. Did nobody have an answer for Z? Shrugging, she raised her hand again. "I've read that zebratailed lizard's blood is sometimes used in certain appearance-changing potions... Is that correct?" It was a pretty obscure Potions book that she read that ingredient in, but she was fairly certain it was correct.

Astrid raised her hand excitedly and said, "Professor! I found one for Y....Yarrow root! I still can't find anything for Z though." she frowned.

Seymour opened the door to the potions classroom with a loud bang and hurried into class, dragging his ridiculously large bookbag behind him. He skidded to a halt, sinking into a deep bow before the professor. "Professor! Sir, I greatly apologize for my somewhat late arrival, sir... I've only just started my magehood at Hogwarts, you see, and I... got...lost... on the way here... and the staircases weren't proving too helpful," he squeaked, straightening and glancing around the classroom. Hmm. Maybe, by a stroke of luck, they had just started. He just couldn't miss potions... how else would he restore his health points on a regular basis?

Rian kept silent, letting everyone else answer. She just started taking notes, writing down answers that came to her head that she was pretty sure would work. She sighed almost silently, and continued writing.
