Anna watched the professor change expressions quite a few times in a matter of a few seconds. Poor Professor Myers. No telling what was going through his mind. He probably thought Anna and Cale had done something wrong and were coming to him to try and get out of it. Or maybe he thought he had done something wrong, and Anna and Cale were here to call him on it? Hmm...who knew?

Anna followed Cale into the office, nearly choking due to the stuffiness. The professor wasn't kidding at all when he warned them of that. "Oh, it's all good," Anna said, coughing just a bit. "Thanks, Professor." Anna sat down right next to Cale and listened as he explained the first part of the whole story. She nodded in agreement to everything he was saying.

"It's true," Anna confirmed. "I saw Nico down on the grounds, at the lake as a matter of fact, and he gave me a chocolate frog. They're my favorite, as you very well know. Anyway, as soon as I pulled it out of the package, I smelled cake backing in the oven, freshly mown grass, and Won---, erm, yeah," Anna said. "Anyway, Nico had explanations for all the scents, so I ended up eating the frog."

Anna sighed, getting a little embarrassed at telling a professor all these things. "Anyway, it was like I was instantly in love with him. Only, I didn't realize that it was instant until I saw Cale in the corridors and he got very confused by my actions," Anna explained. "He figured out that I was under the effects of a love potion. We met Nico in the corridors shortly afterwards."

"A LOVE POTION," Caleum gasped loudly as he sat up in his chair. His fist hit the desk as a frown crossed his brow. He listened between Cale and Anna. There was so much but there were so many questions.

"Are...are you sure? And who in the world his this Nico kid?" It was almost as if steam was blowing from his ears as he was mad beyond belief. "Who would want to do this to you, Anna?" These were two of the best students in the school to him, nice, charming, perfect manners...who would want to harm them.

"If this is true, you know the first thing I need to do is take Anna to Ariana...I mean Nurse Nummel." There was no way he was taking Anna to see that wicked new intern. He valued Anna very much and that intern was not getting her hands on Anna by any means.

Cale nodded. "Yeah, Nicholai Toussiant gave it to her, and he practically admitted it to me too, but he refused to talk to a professor. I think he took some antidiote for Veritaserum or something. And, er...that's not it," he added, looking at his feet. How many times in Hogwarts history had a student squealed on a staff member? He was certain that it was not very many. "We have reason to believe Intern Trelawney is involved as well," he told him.

Anna nodded. "That's right, sir---a love potion. As in, Amotentia. It was laced in the chocolate frog I ate," Anna explained. "That's why I smelled those three random smells as soon as I opened the package. They're my three favorite smells in the whole world. That's why I'm also so pale and why...I'msuddenlyinlovewithNico," she said, rushing out the last few words. This was beyond embarrassing to explain.

"Nico is Nicholai Toussaint, the Slytherin you wrote that second Restricted Section pass for," Anna explained, looking over at Cale. That had happened when the two of them were broken up and not on speaking terms. Anna turned back to the professor. "That's the same student. He's a sixth year in Slytherin."

Anna looked at Cale once again when the professor mentioned going to Nurse Numel. "You...you won't take me to Miss Trelawney, will you?" Anna asked.

"Plus, he took some sort of other potion while we were standing around in the corridors. Cale thinks it may be a potion to resist the truth serum," Anna explained. "We have a witness...she should be here soon. She's going to back up what Cale just told you about Miss Trelawney."

"WHAT?" He suddenly stood up on his feet and rested his hands on the desk as he heard that little Ms. Intern might have something to do with this, but there was no way. She was a staff member now, someone to be trusted among the students, someone who should be acting professionally and not like a child. Oh! Now his blood was boiling over.

His hand broke off a piece of his desk bringing him back to reality for a moment. He was a little more mad that usual, more than he should be but these were the students and to him, they needed to be protected. He slowly sat back in his chair and took a deep breath to calm himself.

Nicholai Toussaint. That was a name he could not forget and would be a part of this as well. "A witness? Coming....here," he slowly said as every other time he was calm and cool but right now he was angry. Angry that someone would mess with the students and that a staff member could be involved.

Cale nearly jumped out of his chair as Caleum got so angry. He hadn't expected him to act this way at all! "Yes, well, we have someone from Gryffindor who was in the hospital wing and saw Nico go into Trelawney's office...not to mention, she called Anna down to her office to try and get her to...well, you tell him, Anna," Cale told her, slumping down in his chair. He didn't think he'd be able to retell the story...after all, Trelawney had told Anna to basically ruin Cale's life, and when she had failed, she got a little snake to do her dirty work.

Anna jumped as well when she saw the professor's sudden reaction to the news. Anna just stared at the professor in shock for a moment, trying to calm down from the sound of...did he just break a portion of his desk off? Anna listened to what Cale had to say about Piper, and then she nodded when he asked her to explain what had happened with her in Miss Trelawney's office.

"Well, she requested that I come see her in her office," she explained. "So I went to see her, and she had quite a bit of...unusual things to say to me. First off, she insisted that I remain here at Hogwarts. You see, towards the beginning of this school year, I had decided to actually leave Hogwarts and attend school in America with my best friend, Emma. Nevermind why, that part is over and done with now anyway. So she tried to convince me to ditch this Hufflepuff I was sort-of dating and focus on dating Nico Toussaint, who, as I said before, is a member of her former house. Anyway, she wanted me to convince Cale to leave Hogwarts instead. That was back when...Cale and I were having problems, so I did agree to go on a date with Nico Toussaint. The picnic where I ate the laced chocolate frog was the date. Only, I actually showed up to tell him Cale and I were back together. I never got the chance to do that, though."

Piper slowly and hesitantly made her way toward the office Cale and Anna had said to meet them in. She was nervous, she hadn't met that many teachers besides Professor Dumont.. but then again He was special. She allowed a small smile to cross her face when she thought of him, before quickly reverting back to nervousness, and now to tell her story about something that had happened. Oh dear.. how did this ever happened to her. She quietly knocked on the door. "Hello?" She asked in a quivering voice.

If one thing was for certain, females were still complicated to him and Anna was one confusing girl. His eyes drifted to Cale for a moment as he felt sorry for the boy but he knew that Anna was a good girl, one full of excitement and reminded him of someone else. He blinked his eyes a couple of times trying to get the story right in his head. "I see you have several boys after you," he couldn't help but chuckle, most of it was to help calm him down to where he should be.

And then another student knocked on the door. His eyes looked up to see another Gryffindor student. Maybe this was the one they were speaking of. "Yes, may I help you," he said in a soothing voice as he noticed the student seemed a bit nervous.

Piper nervously cleared her throat as she teacher talked to her, and she prayed that she wouldn't stutter. "Um, yes sir. Anna and Cale asked me to meet th..them here, as I was a witness to something that has happened." She said in a soft, nervous little voice as she looked up at Professor Meyers.

Caleum for one noticed that the student was extremely nervous and wanted to calm her in some way. Now why was the word 'calm' showing up so frequently at the moment. Oh yes! Trel's name was involved in this.

"A witness," he asked with a nod of his head. "Yes, yes. Anna and Cale both stated there was a witness and that must be you. Do come in and...well...I have apparently ran out of chairs for the moment." He smiled hoping that the student would see that he was nothing to be scared of at all. "But if you don't mind standing and telling me what you saw, I would be more than happy to hear your side of things."

Piper nodded and she was still very nervous as she entered the room and stood by Cale's chair. "No I don't mind." She said as she cleared her throat, she was shaking slightly, she had never done this before, and she knew she could get someone in trouble, even if it was a good thing. "I was in the Hospital wing, right after dueling club, as I got stunned very badly by the dueling dummy." She said her voice still shaking. "I was focusing on the room not spinning when I saw Nico go into Professor Trelawney's office." She said still shaking a bit.

Oh dear. He needed to keep a closer eye on the Dueling Arena more than anything as this seemed to be another problem that happened in there but at least she was fine and no one was seriously hurt. He listened to her story as he was very intrigued by what she was stating. "Please go on," he said as he wished he could make her more comfortable but he would also be nervous as well if he was doing what she was doing.

Piper cleared her throat again, and took a deep breath, "Nico did not look hurt sir. And he was in there for as long as I was in the waiting room." She said nervously, "And I was going into the Hospital wing proper when he came out, smiling, and he left. After that Trelawney also came out, and was helping me in the Hospital wing to try and stay awake. I am not sure what went on in the office, I could only guess..so I will not say more than I know. " Piper took a deep,breath and tried not to shake more than she already was. She was about to get a nurse and a fellow student possibly in trouble. Sure what they did was wrong maybe, who knew what they were doing in there.. it could have been the monster mash for all she knew, but what if she got into trouble for this? Oh Guhhhh... Piper was shaking even more, and her hand that had been gripping the back of Cale's chair was now white.

Caleum noticed her shaking and there was one thing that he had to say. "You are fine and you are not going to get into trouble," he stated as he looked sympathetic towards the girl. He really wanted her to know that everything was going to be fine. "Trust me. Everyone will be fine..." except for that little Intern...oh I'll get her for hurting my Anna Banana He smiled a forced smile to finish his sentence. "Everyone will be just fine. Trust me."

Piper gave a slight sigh of relief at Mr.Meyers words, and she relaxed albeit slightly. " Thank you sir, that is a great relief to my mind." Her hand on the back of Cale's chair was still white, but her shaking had decreased. " I am sorry sir, I forgot to say my name. I am Piper Snow.." She said softly, as she looked at Anna and Cale.

"Very nice to meet you Piper," Caleum said with a nod of his head. "I'm Mr. Myers." That was just in case she didn't know him or heard of him. -snorts- He scratched his head for a bit thinking of what all was said.

"Well, right now we need to get Anna to see Nurse Nummel so she can determine just what is going on. If it is indeed a love potion that has been given to Anna then so help me, I will find out who did it. But with Ms. Snow's testimony, she is only speculating at what happened and we have to have proof." He shook his head hoping that what Piper stated was only a nice conversation between the two but that intern woman was evil.

"Anna can you walk okay?" He wanted to make sure that she was okay to walk and wasn't going to faint in case she saw Nico along the way. He had no idea what this boy looked like but he wouldn't be hard to spot if he did come in contact with Anna.

"Thank you, Piper," Anna said, smiling at her fellow Gryffindor. "I appreciate you trying to help me." Anna turned back to Professor Myers and nodded when he mentioned bringing her to Nurse Numel. "It's indeed a love potion, sir. There's no doubt about it. All of the signs are there, and there's no way I would ever, erm, love someone else besides Cale. I know that---love potion or no love potion. Sir, there is a cure for this, right? I mean, I won't be stuck like this forever, will I?" Anna asked.

"...and yes, I can walk okay. I'm a little disoriented, and some things are a little foggy, but Cale will help me if I have trouble," Anna explained. "No need to worry about me. If I see Nico, the love potion will make me think I love him, but I won't act out of the ordinary in any way. I heard Nico confess to this with my own ears, so I know everything that I'm feeling is fake."

Caleum sighed and nodded his head. "I will walk with you as well," he said as he stood up from his desk and squeeeezed by once more. "There is a cure. No need to worry dear Anna but first thing is first. We need to get you to Ari-I mean Nurse Nummel as quickly as possible." He gave a nod of his head towards the door for all of them to exit.

Piper sighed slightly as she looked at Anna and Mr Meyers. "You are very welcome I only hope I helped a little bit." She said softly as she looked at the older Gryffindor Girl. "I hope you feel, well back to normal Anna." She said as she quickly gave the older girl a hug to show that she cared. She then gave a slight curtsy to Mr Meyer and Cale. " I hope I helped. I was nice to meet you Professor, I wish it could have been under better circumstanced though." She said softly as she gave them a smile, and then walked out of there, wanting her bed so she could freak out properly.

Cale stood up and nodded. "Yeah, I'll help guide her just in case she gets a little dizzy," he told the professor, turning to Anna and giving her a reassuring smile. "I just want this whole mess taken care of as soon as possible," he said with a sigh.

"You know, I don't like to hear of people messing with students," Caleum began as he walked out of his office but waited for Anna and Cale to exit before shutting the door. He gave a wave towards Piper as she left and might need her assistance later if it came up. "Last year I heard of a couple of Ministry staff hitting a couple of students over the head. I don't like to hear of things like that." His blood began to boil beneath his skin at the thought.

"The students are here because their families want them to succeed in all things magical and they trust us. There was no trust in those con artists from last year." If there was one thing, he was going to make sure to get to the bottom of this one way or another.

Sneeze waited outside the door of the office. He took a deep breath, and was about to knock but heard some speaking already from inside. He then forced himself to knock, and see what he was to do next.

Anna approached the door to Professor Myers office, getting ready to knock on it and hope that he was inside. However, when she reached it, she noticed that the door had already been propped open, so she stuck her head in and called out the the professor. "Professor Myers! Professor Myers!" she exclaimed. "I'm sorry for the interruption, but this is quite important! It's about that treasure I came and talked to you about earlier in the term! May Cale, Allie, and I come in please?"

Cale walked slowly up to the door as Anna began banging on it relentlessly. He had been to this office once already this term and it had not turned out very well the last time they were there, and he really wasn't in the mood to be there today. Especially when they were supposed to be looking for some stupid mythical treasure that was probably nowhere to be found. Hmpf. He crossed his arms moodily and watched as Anna knocked on the door.
