As you enter the office you are struck by its elegance. The desk, which has a permanently stuck nameplate on the front, is littered with drawings obviously done by young children as well as various moving photographs of a beautiful young woman and identical twin girls. The man behind the desk is tall, middle aged, wizard with salt-n-pepper hair and glasses which often takes out and cleans. He is impeccably dressed in his dark suit and robes, shiny shoes, and not a wrinkle, crease, or speck of dust to be seen, even his hair is precisely placed to perfection.
