Madame Kohan, with Professor Clark in two, swung open the cuboard door and immediately stepped in to join the rest gathered there. It seemed as though the crowd had grown since she had been there, but she expected nothing less. After all, the students wanted to help stop whatever was causing their peers to disappear.

"Looks like the students did a great job." She commented, glancing around at the piles of ingredients that were scattered through the enlarged room.

Hermy smiled as she looked at the activity going on in the weirdly large cupboard, and sub consciously fingered her locket. It had become almost habit nowadays, especially when people mentioned the missing students. It made her stomach drop as she thought about where Finn could possibly be.

Frowning slightly, a thought popped into Hermy's head. "Professors, I don't mean to seem negative, but surely we need to find the students first? Maybe some of us could research a way of doing so whilst the potion is brewing." At that she fell silent, a look of concern flickering across her face.

Fabian followed Madame Kohan into the cupboard that was decidedly where the cure was being brewed. He still didn't rationalize the concept behind brewing a potion in a cupboard, what were they hiding from? Cupboard must have been Branxton's idea, he was always good with potions. Had to be.

"Good Evening" he greeted with a head nod towards attending Professors and students. "I believe so, so does that mean i can keep my leeches?" he teased waving the jar he carried.

Ewww Yuck, more leeches! She thought to herself, all this potion needed was acromantula venom and she would have lost her lunch...

"Hello Professor Clark," she said politely. "Diabolica brought the Leeches..." Apparently she carried them on her person.... she would do that. she thought to herself.

Lyra looked puzzled at Christian as she stood in front of...a broom cupboard? She looked back to the door and turned the knob, hearing voices from the beyond. "Tight spaces," she complained lowly to herself and turned back to Christian. "Fine! Just please let me talk to Fabian first, that is my only request from anyone. He said he wanted to have dinner and that is what we shall do after this...whatever is going on in here at the moment."

She looked around the room and everyone seemed to have a job to do, but was one thing she was not getting her hands on, the plucking of the eyeballs. "Nope, not my thing," she said as she passed over the two students who seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Eyeing Fabian, Lyra took hold of Christian's hand and made her way over towards him and stood. She didn't want Christian to get lost in the middle of the small room and was not about to loose sight of anyone at this point. "Man, those eyeballs are creepy-Whoa! What is that?" she pointed to the jar of leeches that her uncle held in his hand. Right at this point, placing Christian in between herself and those leeches looked like a pretty good idea.

"I did indeed, professor." Dia nodded, squeezing out another over the phial. The slimey skin of the slug slipped around in her hand, making a disgusting squelching noise.

Ick.

"Can't wait to work with the leeches" Jason Potter Weasley says.

Sana's sensitive ears caught the familiar voice behind her. Without looking, she knew who's voice it was. Smiled and before realised, she was standing in front of him. Looked at the Jar, "Professor, they seems so hungry, can I serve?" she asked, not knowing that she was babbling absolutely.

Rhiannon couldn't help but to roll her eyes as even more people filed into the cupboard. With everything going on in here, it was getting positively crowded. Slipping her sketchbook back into her bag, she works her way back over to where she had stashed the clams. She wasn't going to let anyone accidentally bump into the bowl and hurt them.

Standing so the bowl is directly behind her, she tries to shove it with one foot carefully deeper into the corner. No one had seemed to ask about them yet, but that didn't necessarily mean they were unnecessary.

Dia shot a look at the Gryffindor. "A bit too late for that. Leeches are already being worked with." she said in a clipped tone, wringing out another leech over the phial and turning back to her work.

"Hello Cassandra" Fabian murmured towards the Slytherin Prefect with curious eyes. Diabolica was always great with creatures, one of the best in his class. He only wished he saw her with his bare eyes, "she's a brave soul.. she is" he mused looking around the room for her.


His eyes squarely found her when she picked up from Cassandra's speech, "wouldn't have doubted" he smiled tenderly at her as she squished more slime. "I see your doing a very good job at it as well, had the pleasure of doing it before.. i take it?" he prodded her.


"Leeches" Fabian explained to Lyra with the same tender smile he held earlier, "they are required for this" he waved a hand at the room, or cupboard to be more specific "potion brewing.. and beetles as well. Oh say where did Ryder go?" he perked his head around the room in search of the seventeen year old Slytherin, but later caught Lyra's disgusted look, "blimey. You could learn a thing or two from Diabolica".


"I'm not sure" he raised a brow at Sana before, "better not i suppose. Since they are required for the potion. You can always feed the ones in my office and the parks" he smiled down at her before tilting his head around the room again in searched of Ryder.

"Ryder" he called out in search of the kid that carried his beetles jar.

The sixth year was a bit predisposed at the moment between her phial of extracted beetle eyes and the exquisite looks of the charms professor. In fact, she barely even noticed that Kohan had returned with Fabian and a handful of other students. Well, at least not until she heard the word 'beetles'.

"Over here, Professor Clark," Amelia called to the Creatures professor. "I've got a whole phial all extracted out." She grinned and held it out for him to see.

" I will help anyway you want Professor Clark" Jason told him. Jason just listening to these Slytherin students make him gag. He can't wait to find those students and he knows all about what to do with his Wild "Boars. No Slytherin in this grup, they say thay are smart, I think scared and chicken.

Lyra turned her nose up as Fabian spoke of the nasty little creatures he held in the jar. "Whatever you say, I just don't want to touch them please, unless it comes down between squeezing the eyeballs out," -points to the students who were poking...ewww...eyeballs of course- "then I would definately pick the leeches, but only because you are holding them. No other reason."

Her head began to look around the room as he spoke of Ryder. "Oh was the the guy who was so nicely watching the cages for you, dear uncle?" she asked with a lame smile on her face. "I have to say that Christian and I walked as slow as we could but never saw him. I'm sure he is around here somewhere." But then came the screetching of his voice when he pulled those weird words from nowhere...or thin air...a word such as "Blimey". "Dia-who?" she asked with a puzzled look on her face as she turned to face Fabian now, still keeping her distance from the leeches of course.

And then of all things, she heard that voice. A voice that could only mean the Hufflepuff Prefect, Mia. Oh goodie. Thank goodness Josh was not here otherwise she would have a good hold of him at the moment. Laps were off limits to her. "Oh look, she brought her own leeches," she said in disgust as she wrinkled her nose and pulled out another nasty little creature. "Keep it over there! We have plenty!"

That definitely was not a voice she was in the mood to hear at the moment; that of the Hufflepuff fourth year and Josh's 'girlfriend', Lyra. Amelia turned around to face the girl, who never seemed pleased to see her anymore. Understandable, but Josh had said they were allowed to flirt with who they wanted. She rolled her eyes, "They're beetles, Lyra. And just the eyes, actually because they have already been extracted." She reached in and plucked one out to hold it up to Lyra's face. "See, not nasty at all!"

Lima headed into the broom cupboard to brew a potion to help. Upon entering the room she looked around to see if she could find someone she knew: Kyler, Vannah, Suzy, Sam. But none of those people were there. Just then she spotted Sana and started to head over to her. But right as she was approaching her friend, she tripped, knocking Sana forward.

When Ari and Josh headed towards the broom cubbard it was already bustling around with loads of people. She leaned and tried to see if she saw Fabi and then gave a grin when she did. Ari tried to catch his eye and motion him over towards them. This would probably be a conversation away from nosy ears of students.

Oh snap...there was the evil man of cageness. He was in trouble.. oh he was excited. yeah knowing ari she was a softy so he would probably talk her out of being upset.. but oh well. What was everyone doing in here? " what do you think they are doing? Is that a jar of leeches he is holding?" he asked curiously. " you want me to get him? but he'll probably try to kill me." he told her.

Ariana looked. "Um yeah it is actually. They're great in potions. Once you get past the weird feeling of handleing them." She said with a slight chuckle. Ari leaned against the wall comfortably. "Actually I was just going to wait, but if you'd like you can get him. Considering you think he's likely to try to kill you, I would think you'd be less eager to get his attention."

Well if she was going to wait for him he might as well do the same. He didnt want to die.. at least not yet.he leaned against the wall next to her as he asked." dont they use leeches for medical stuff?" he looked around to see mia and lyra with beetles.. he wasnt about to ask anything. he stood next to ari as he gave her a smile and waited. he hummed moon dance to himself.

"Leeches have many purposes, that's for sure. Loads of medical uses." She grinned at him as he started humming. "I haven't listened to that song in ages. I'm surprised someone your age actually knows it." She said with a smile refraining from humming along with him. Ari had a decent voice and could actually sing alright but she was self consious about it.

He smiled at her as he shrugged." i like the sort of jazz. frank Sinatra, he is good." he said to her as he added," Remember i like music. Im in a band." even though she decided not to show up." i'll play it for you.If your lucky i might sing it." he teased with her."you do anything like that?" he asked meaning playing music or singing.

Lyra rolled her eyes as Mia made her way over to where she stood. "Eww ewww ewwwwww," she wrinkled her nose, waving her hands in front of her face. "Get it away and over to where it needs to be, Mia. This is no time for playing." She meant business at this point and was in no mood to mess with the girl.

"I do remember that you're in a band. And one of these days I will actually be around to be able to watch you play." She promised. "Actually I played piano for a few years. Haven't played since I graduated Beauxbatons though." She did miss it occasionally but loved her potions and healing more. "As for singing.....only in like the shower and in non public places away from eavesdroppers." Ari said with a chuckle.

Sana watched him, smiling, "Oh..well, Then I'll not disturb them" she said, "Sure, I love to feed them always" but muttered "YOU, morethan those" chuckled slightly.


But she got a heavy jerk behind her and unbalanced, she fell forward very right up on Professor Fabian as her jar flew out of her hand. Geeez!! What was going on? It took few seconds for her to realise that she knocked him down accidentaly and her lips were on his cheeks for a fraction of second. She looked down at him, gazed deeply into his eyes before she got up, blushing.

"Sorry....Pro...fess...or" she mumbled,smiling under her breath. It was totally a surprise package.

She turned to Lima, "Oh, Hi Lima...Thanks for that" she winked secretly at her instead of getting mad at her.
