All aboard the carriages leading up to the castle. But wait... if these carriages full of boys are leading to Hogwarts, where are the girls going?

Antwone got in the carriage followed by a black-haired boy whose name he had not yet found out.

"Whew ... okay. Crazy outside isn't it?" Antwone said to the whole carriage, trying not to look too guilty of anything.

Hitachi found his way into the boy's carriage and sighed. He did NOT feel like waiting for so long as he wanted to be in the feast. He closed his eyes and believed that maybe it would be worth waiting if he met someone his age.

Jezz followed Antwone, purposly keeping a small distance. "Hello," she said, sticking her hand out to shake and deepening her voice, "My name is Jeremiah Hilton." She thought it sounded like a good made up boy name.

"Hello ... Jeremiah," Antwone said, taking the soft hand. "Name's Antwone Thomas. That crowd out there is crazy isn't it?"

Her voice was convincing enough. The cover story could be that she ... he ... had not had a voice change yet.

Zander twirled his wand as Jeremiah climbed aboard. "Never knew this many went to Hogy-Warty Hogwarts," he spoke to them.

Jezz/Jeremiah nodded. "It sure is." She said, keeping up the facade and trying hard not to laugh. "I wonder why they are seperating everyone this term. Must be horrible for people who had to leave friends behind." Then for good measuere she said. "Like that little red head that you are with all the time. This terms gonna be weird without her huh?"

A voice came from somewhere near by so she turned. "Yeah there are a lot of people."

Hitachi arched his eyebrow as he saw a girlboy talk. "Er.. arenn't you supposed to be in the girl's carriage?" he looked at the boy with three long scars down his face and waited for what he had to say.

" Jezz, as much as I like your idea, do not get into trouble" Jason told her. " Just be part of my team that want's girls and boys back together at HogWarts" Jason told her. " Please go into your carriage" Jason told her. Jason is calmed down now for the time being.

Will stepped in, speaking to Jezzabell softly. "Excuse me... But I'm Will Jones; I'm the Slytherin Prefect. I don't think I've seen you around here before... " he eyed her suspiciously. Was it his imagination or did she smell of the same light, floral fragrance his sisters wore? He smiled at Jezzabell with compassion. "Come on now... I know it's hard to say goodbye to your guy friend, but you don't want to be getting yourself-- or him-- in trouble, do you?" He looked her in the eyes kindly.

"I did," Zander spoke. "And I miss her already."

Zander stood at the prefect's banter. "Does it matter who is in here? I could be your aunt murial, and you wouldn't even know." He said, slipping his wand loosely into his hand. He didn't understand the separation rule, and was tired of prefects breathing down other's necks. Especially a Slytherin.

Jeremiah turned away from Will and back to Twone. He nodded. "I might as well be. I've seen everyone around, but I never felt like talking to anybody. You may remember me a little. I tend to sit in the corner of the common room with my homework and avoid people."

"Squeak?" Aiden asked, not realizing that Clifford was giving him a nickname.

Agreeing that it COULD be good, being separated from the girls, Aiden mimicked Cliff's belch. It was followed by a wide, proud grin.

I have a friend like that. She never came out of her corner. Her name is Ponessa. Did you know her? I'm surprised you guys didn't see each other in your respective corners.

Will contemplated this... torn between duty and honor. He wasn't going to call this girl out as a liar and embarrass her -- wouldn't be gentlemanly. However... he was a Prefect. Hm. All right, fair enough then. he thought. If she really wants to be here, let her be here until the staff find her and she suffers the consequences. He smiled warmly, "My apologies... Terrible of me, really. I am a bit bookish myself and so there are a lot of faces I don't know, especially, to my great regret, Ravenclaws." He took her hand and shook it heartily. "Pleasure to meetcha, Jeremiah-- may I call you Jeremiah?" He asked, fishing around in his pocket. "Here-- let me offer you a peace offering, I've got some candy..." he pulled out Freddy, his monstrous, four-eyed toad, from his pocket. "Here, hold this, would'ja? There's a good lad." He plopped Freddy into her lap and dug out some Every Flavour Beans, offering them to her... pausing to pick some lint out of them. "Care for a sweet?"

Jeremiah shrugged, maintaining all seriousness. "If we spoke to each other, it would have defeated the purpose of avoiding everybody."

Why did his mother have to send him there? He could've changed into a bird and flew away. That would've solved all her problems. "I did hear about what happened, though. He then glanced over his shoulder. Some old man was yelling at the boys that still had to get on the carriages. He was half tempted to jump off the carriage and tell this old man that if they knew what was happening thing would go a lot faster. "Maybe if you told us what was going on thigns would go a lot quicker," he muttered under his breath just enough so that Cale might be the only person that would've heard him.

"Yeah, I wasn't here either last term, I was homeschooled, but I got the general understanding of what happened from my cousin Emma," Cale explained. "But I don't see how that ties into splitting the school..."

"I don't like that guy...he isn't a professor, is he?" Cale asked, turning in his seat to look at the guy Tancred had just mumbled something about. He just kept eating...which made Cale even hungrier. What about the feast? He was starving!

Funny how the one thing he was worrying about at the moment was food, and he still hadn't seen Cora. He'd have to find a way to see her, he'd just HAVE to.
