Steelsheen looked down unconsciously as she recalled the brouhaha that permanently ended HOM class "Well Professor Lainey was holding her class like always, but then Professor Melita decided to just walk in uninvited and started offering cookies to everybody in class, said she wanted to tell stories and sing. Professor Lainey asked her to leave but Professor Melita refused. So Professor Lainey dragged the Potions teacher out the door but then Ms Melita jammed herself at the doorway. And then.... I guess Professor Lainey lost her cool and she hit Ms Melita, right smack on the nose." she laughed but suddenly stopped, it was unbecoming for a student to laugh at Professors, no matter how much they deserved it. "Well after that, Ms Melita whispered something to Professor Lainey that got her all flustered and she started screaming, saying something about Ms Melita being a monster and that we should beware of her. Then, she ran away...." she said softly.

Sabrina put her hand up as she heard the Slytherin talking about that horrible lesson that everyone had wanted, but that had ended. "Professor Melita said something about Professor Lainley being mad in the head and not being a good enough auror," she said softly. It wasn't fully her fault that she was able to lip read, she had taught herself how tol.

Alex face hardened, reminicent of her idol, Minerva McGonagall, "She said what?" she whispered in a dangerously infuriated voice. She took a deep breath, "Well personally I agree with Lainey, hitting Melita probably wsnt the best idea, but that... woman should have left the classroom when told to." she said harshly. Another thought entered Alex's head, the Ravenclaws were now without a Head of House and without someone to watch out for them.

Adding watching out for the Ravenclaw to her mental list, Alex put the homework on the board. "Homework for today will be Transforming yourself into a boy and seeing how many people you can fool. Dont get caught by any Ministry professors, but the more people, the more points." she said with a wink. She needed to get back to her office.

Cora grinned as Professor Pierce set the homework. "Thanks for the lesson, Professor." She called, grabbing her things and stuffing them back into her bag. Pushing her hair out of her face, she stood up and made her way towards the door. Now. Time for getting in touch with her masculine side.

Sabrina froze as she saw the look that appeared on Professor Pierce's face and made a mental note not to anger the teacher while she attended school. She copied down the homework and then collected her books, "You won't tell Professor Melita that I told you that will you?" she asked Professor Pierce softly. She knew the professor probably wouldn't but she'd worry unless she knew.

Jezz took a look at her appearance in the mirror she had in her pocket and giggled. She actually did look kinda like a boy. Picking up her stuff, she headed toward the door. Peeking out to make sure none of the ministry Professors were around, she started to leave the classroom, but hearing that Professor Lainey had left, she stopped. "Wait, shes gone?!" Jezz was freaked out. "But she's my Head of House."

Alex gave a dry laugh, "Me tell any one of those Ministry baffoons anything? You underestimate me my dear." she said with a wink.
Alex gave the girl a compassionate look, "Dont worry, if anything happens and you need someone, or if you need advice, my office door is always open. I dont know if I can do as good a job and Lainey can, but I'll do my best to watch out for you girls."

She sighed, "Class is dismissed."

Steelsheen turned towards the Ravenclaw girl and nodded her head disconsolately.


Steelsheen copied the homework down as her mind raced on how to pull off this assignment. Transforming herself into a boy wasnt a problem, but she seriously had to work on her voice to be totally convincing. She stuffed her belongings back into her bookbag and bade goodbye to the Professor sadly "Thank you so much for the lesson Professor. It will surely come handy someday." Someday very soon perhaps. she thought then left the room.

Alex waved goodbye, "I will be in my office if anyone needs me." she said loudly as she gathered up her things and stalked out of the classroom and back to her office.

Chalice was sooooo excited that she had successfully transfigured herself and fixed herself after the lesson was done. She walked over to the professor and gave her a basket containing butterbeer, liccorice snaps, ginger newts, fizzing wizbees, and a piece of treacle fudge. She then traded her soft jaw line for a square and defined jaw, her violet eyes and flush cheeks for grey eyes and an even olive skin tone, and finally her favorite long blue and pink hair style for a crew cut of bristly dark brown hair. Looking in the mirror she left the room knowing that if she did see any of the Ministry loving teachers she could change her appearence back to what it usually is without difficulty, but she would have to be careful as nobody knows that she is a metamorphagus.
