Where to start? "Well, first off I had a mini argument with Kyler for laughing at him when a squirrel stole his hat. But we made up pretty soon afterwards. Then later on I was at the Lake and met with Hitachi, who I only just met then. Kyler was there too, but he was too busy with his friend, Bella so I just let them be. Anyway, Hitachi asked me to go swimming with him so I did. And then asked if I wanted to meet a friend of his. I agreed, thinking that he meant a student on the grounds. But I was wrong; for he muttered some foreign spell at me telling me that it would enable me to breathe underwater and then that I should follow him. So I did. And we swam deep down into the Lake until he finally stopped and rested on a rock. Then he told me that I would be able to speak and muttered something strange in mermish and a mermaid appeared. She was different than I had always imagined, but still charming. We started talking with Hitachi translating until a merman suddenly appeared and charged after us. And I tell you, he was a psycho. Like it looked like he was going to hurt r possibly kill us. So Hitachi grabbed me by the wrist and we swam for our lives." She paused for a sec to catch her breath from all the rapid talking she was doing before continuing. "As soon as I reached the shore I headed towards Kyler, who was still with Bella. When he noticed what happened he got all worried and comforted me, asking what was wrong. And his friend felt bad for me. When I told him what had just happened he got mad and Bella left. So we had a long talk and then made up again. But my parents must never know what happened. For they will kill me. And I will neveer get to go to Australia with Kyler then either. And I want to go there with him so badly. I love Australia."

Tia said "That is a lot but of course your parents will never find out unless they force it out of you but i haven't knowing you long so i will never tell anyone at all"

"Yeah, but that will never happen. I've told Vannah and she has promised not to tell anyone. And Kyler will never tell either because he wants to steal me to Australia." She then smiled at what Tia said next, "thank you."

Miles thought he'd been everywhere outside of the school. But no, he was wrong. It may have been full of flowers and stuff .. a lot of pink actually, but Miles still gave the excuse 'It's outside' to have a walk around.
Ok, so the Lake was the best place, but still. Miles walked down the path, careful not to tread on any flowers that students would of planted.

Tia smiled at Lima and said "No problem Lima anything for a friend"

Maya was bored now. She was done on the skateboard and she was not looking forwards to being indoors, or going to see people flying. She shuddered at the thought of flying - she didn't fly. Ever. She toed a couple pebbles - it was getting slightly warmer than before now, and she liked it - it wasn't dry enough for her taste but it would have to do. She was wearing normal clothes for herself - she was trying to stay inconspicuous. A blue t-shirt, black skinny jeans, nice sunglasses. And her shoelaces were undone. Before she knew it, she had tripped into some poor, unsuspecting third year boy. She was smaller than him though, so it was nicer. She grabbed onto support herself - the person's shoulders. She brought him down with her and they were both on a patch of rather dry grass.

Why did I just trip again...? "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry." She mumbled, flushing slightly. She was annoyed with herself right now. Stupid, stupid stupid!!!! She could have kicked herself.

Miles noticed and older, but smaller (As per usual) girl walk towards, and past him. He didn't know she was going to trip over and they would go tumbling.
"It's ok, I'm fine." Miles chuckled. He looked at her shoe laces. "But maybe you should tire your shoe laces." He nodded at them.

"Are you ok anyway?" He said, brushing himself off.

Maya suppressed a groan. Her sunglasses were knocked off, revealing much too blue eyes the color of the sky - a clear, light blueish sort of color. They were pretty, but this boy wouldn't really care. She nodded, and pulled out her wand. She tapped her shoe and the laces were tied up in a neat little knot. She also put the sunglasses - Gucci, black out aviators - away, using her wand. She tucked the wand away into a spare pocket - she'd use it later.

"I'm fine, but I think I might have damaged your shoulders." She was kidding - she was much too light to have done that.

Miles smiled and stood up. "Naah. They're fine." He said, checking them anyway. Like a small girl like this could harm him.
"I'm Miles, by the way." He said. "People have been falling into me a lot lately." Miles shrugged, hopefully it would stop soon.

Maya couldn't help but chuckle. Nice boy. He wasn't spazzing out like some people would have. "I'm Maya." She (thank god) did not think this boy would know her off of the tabloids. He didn't look like it. "People have been spazzing out over me tripping lately." She said, rolling her eyes slightly. It wasn't a statement - more like a fact.

She studied the boy carefully. Nice black hair, but she couldn't decide on the color of his eyes. Blackish-Brownish-Bluish. Definitely taller, well built.

"Hi Maya." He smiled. Suddenly, Miles thought how both his and her name began with M. Random ...
"So you trip over a lot then?" He chuckled. "Don't worry, you're not the first person to trip over and fall onto me." He said. "Atleast two other people have already done that. I'm starting to think Hogwarts is a school full of clumsy students."

"Sure." Maya said, toeing a bunch of flowers. She wasn't much for flowers - she was slightly allergic to pollen, and she sneezed. This kind didn't make her sneeze though - maybe it was just during the summer. She didn't know.

She chuckled. "Yeah, a lot of the lot around here are... Clumsy. Maybe it's because they're nervous." she said, smirking a little.

Diabolica raised an eyebrow at the prefect as she smirked, as if to say, 'Is there a problem, Trelawney?'

"Thank you my lady, though there was no harm done and little need for apologize. You were stating you mind without villainous intent; but, with such things it is always better to err on the side of caution." Apedemak hand sought out Diabolica's again, he was speak of decorum only and meant no rebuke.

In that moment Cassandra suddenly reminded him of Professor Erickson, raising to the bait of a student in class. Teacher and student were similar in many respects. He sighed inwardly wondering why some people found simple courtesy so difficult at times. "Prefect Trelawney, I am unaware of what has passed between Diabolica, Xana, and yourself; but, I would humbly suggest that it would be more befitting of your station better if you treated them with courteous etiquette regardless of your views towards them. It would also speak better of you as a person if you see the injuries received as particularly grievous."

Cassandra turned to the boy. "Well, I'm glad you feel you're such a close friend to me that you can tell me what to do and how to act." She looked at the other two... really she thought Apedemak would have better manners and take her aside to say that to her. "Thank you for your suggestion, and I will treat it as such."

heather walked into the student gardens. It was as beautiful and amazing as her friend had said. She walked around looking at the plants her mind roaming off yet again. A strange sad look swept her face as she stopped in front of one plant.

"You may of course take offense if you wish Prefect. Though none was meant. I would hope that what has passed between us before would be enough to assure you of that. As you said, it was merely a humble suggestion; though, I would submit: At my old school it was the role of the Prefect to set an example of behavior for all other students. A role model, if you will. The duties and responsibilities of their position made their lives open for public scrutiny. Responsibility being the balance to power. Perhaps it is fortunate that things are not the same here."

Xana overhead Apedemak, Dia and Trelawney and was impressed by Diabolica and Apedemak's words. Oooh-- touche! she thought, listening for Prefect Trelawney's response. What Apedemak said echoed something she had said to the girl before and she was curious to see if the message was better received by Prefect Trelawney from Apedemak than it had been from her. She returned to the group, motioning Marco to come with her.

"Very true, luv." Diabolica nodded her head once, smiling slightly once more. The Sudanese boy could rarely fail to bring a smile to her lips, somehow.


Damn....touche. she thought, stifling a grin. His words were quite true. She silently listened to the two go back and forth. How exceedingly rude of the prefect to talk to a fellow student like that... Trelawney certainly wasn't setting a good example for the younger students today. Deciding it was best to keep quiet for a moment, she continued to listen to them, rather enjoying it.

"I see," She said swallowing. "I take no offence, however if you feel I am inadequate in my role as prefect, Apedemak, you are free to your own opinion and you may think of approaching Professor Forrester about it, as I will be prefect next year as well." She smiled. "And disappointed as I am, I am not offended by your opinion." Mostly because it was Forrester's opinion that mattered. Boy he must have never met Juno!

"Prefect Trelawney, would I pay you the honor of your title if I did not think you worthy of it? Though further I would assert that there are none of us that can improve in our individual character. As steel sharpens steel is it not so that we as Slytherin's should not also seek to sharpen one another?"

Heather walked around and looked at some more plants. She stopped at another and looked at the color."I wish I could grow something like that,"she mumbled to herself.

"Very well," she said waving it off, the boy had no idea. They were obviously better behaved in his mind. She'd never turned Black into an insect, not embarrassed Xana in front of a room filled with housemates nor had she ever told her how to behave. She debated whether or not to leave.

"Excuse me, Prefect, but I must ask, out of curiousity... what did Apedemak do to deserve such rude behaviour from you? He has been nothing but kind to you today.... if anything, I would understand more if you were upset and being unmannerly to me currently....but I have seen no reason for you to be upset at Apedemak. Is there a reason, if you do not mind telling? Perhaps that would relieve a bit of stress you may carry?" Diabolica asked softly.

Cassandra turned to Diabolica and frowned... How was she being rude now?! Did Apedemak bring her here under false pretenses? Did he really only want to have Dia and himself attack her character?! Xana hadn't yet, but it was sure to happen soon... "Thank you for pointing out something I was not aware of, and before I say something to offend the three of you, I believe it will be better if I leave. I obviously cannot control my own rudeness." Her heart was beating a mile a minute. "Apedemak, my intention was not rudeness... and I mean when I say I was honored that you felt I was close to you, however I do not wish to offend further."
