Magical Creatures Park #66 Welcome to Hogwart's Care of Magical Creatures Park. Right on one end of the Grounds there's a securely gated park, big enough to hold Hogwarts's Magical Creatures. This is the place where all magical creatures reside and are taken care off; feeding, cleaning, training.. etc etc. If you want to learn more about them in your spare time or lend an extra hand to take care of them with your CoMC Professor then this is your place to be. Extra credit points will be issued for dedicated students. Park #66: Contains all creatures with ratings XXXX - XXXXX, this area of the park is prohibited for students to carry chores on their own. Professor supervision is mandatory at all times. Only students who have an approved permission slip from Professor Clark will be able to work around these creatures. This area of the park is located on the very end of Park 61, securely protected by a magical gate that won't allow your entrance unless you give it the correct password. To receive the password, you need an approved permission slip. Please note that Hogwarts currently does not hold any XXXXX creatures for students protection, however, if it would gain any, this is where it will reside. Reminders: XXXXX - Known as a wizard killer, it is impossible to domesticate or train this type of creature. XXXX - Only should a skilled wizard handle this creature. Requires specialist knowledge, as this creature is still in its nature, very dangerous. |
Sana stood in front of the entrance after she got the Password from Prof. Fabian. She entered once she was getting permission and walking inside the area. There was no one inside other than the magical creatures. She wanted prof. Fabian by her side to guide, but she knew that he should be busy with his own stuffs. So she was walking alone and finally reached her fav. creature Unicorn. How awesome it was, a shiny white skin and a dazzling sword like horn, and hair. She stood there and stepped forward to touch the creature in immense curiosity. |
Gina walked up to the gate calmly. She said the password and walked in. She then saw a girl with a unicorn. She wanted to pet the unicorn to. She walked over and stood next to her clamly petting the unicorn quietly. She then wispered"My name's Gina."She was still slowly petting the unicorn, amazed with it's dazziling horn. |
Sana turned her head by the whisper. She flashed her usual smile at the new girl and nodded, "Nice to meet you Gina, I'm Sana" she said. "Do you interested in Unicorns?" she asked in low tone in order to not frighten the creatures. Slowly smoothing its neck and hair she looked so excited at the feel. She always wanted to have one in her home. But she knew it was not possible by the law and nature too. |
Ponessa took a deep-ish breath and walked up close to the gate. She said the password clearly and waited untill the gate was open just enough for her to get through before quickly steping in. There were two other girls there, she noticed first. She looked all around her, getting 'farmilliar to her surroundings', so to speak, but did not move for now. |
Heather walked up to the gates and mumbled the password. As the gates opend she stepped in and saw what she was looking forward to. I love this, she thought as she walked around looking at the diffrent animals. |
Cora walked up to the Magical Creature Park, waving her permission slip all over the place. Oooh. How exciting this all was. She mumbled the password under her breath, and the gate opened. HUZZAH! She was in. Oh. Wow. |
Dia carefully walked up to the gates, muttered the password, and entered. Passing by quite a few students, she went a bit deeper into the path and took a sharp right turn. There was the barn--the place she had memorized the path of last term. Slowly opening it ad stepping inside, she smiled as the slightly nightmare-ish looking, winged horses raised their heads to see who the newcomer was. Dia slowly made her way over to a large, powerful looking thestral and began feeding small scraps of raw meat to him. They really were amazing and beautiful creatures...what ever anyone else thought. |
Xana saw that familiar tiny girl with long, flowing jet black hair enter the park. She spoke the password and followed her into the thestral area. "Hey." she said softly. Her eyes were bloodshot with dark circles under them, her countenance tired and stressed. "Care to share?" she gestured to the meat, hoping to feed the thestrals while they talked. |

Jessy excitedly walked towards Park #66 with a rush of excitement. When he reached the gate, he muttered the password quietly then entered. When he got in, the gate behind him slammed back to be locked. Jessy jumped. He looked around to see the awesome creatures. He saw Dia and an unknown friend. "Hello there, Dia." He said as he approached her. |

Hitachi nodded curtly. Apparently she didn't take much interest in him. "I'm sorry to bother...I'm going to visit some Hippogriffs, until next time." He said while smiling his crooked smile. He left them to their selves and walked to see the Hippogriffs. |

Xana continued to feed the thestral, in something of a fugue state, clearly exhausted and preoccupied. She didn't notice Dia's friend -- what did she say his name was? -- go. |

Joe walked up to the gate. She looked around from outside before mumbling the password. As she walked by each person she smiled gently, not talking to anyone- for the all seemed quite busy with whatever they were doing. As the seventh year walked throughout the park she looked at each creature. A High pitched cackle made her jump and turn behind her. There was a small gnome like creature standing behind a fence. God I hate Erklings She thought as she continued to walk. She walked passed Kelpies, Kappas, Sphinx and Unicorns. She was amazed by all the creatures that the school had stowed away in this park. The park was not full, but it had is vast amount of creatures. Jocasta stopped in her tracks when she saw a griffin. She didn't go near it, she didn't want to approach the beast without knowing how and get foolishly harmed. |
"Was I? I don't recall..." Xana looked troubled, a she continued to feed the thestrals. |

"Reece...?"Xana thought back to seeing the girl dash into the potions lab. "Neat... Please say hellow to me...What has he been saying?" she smirked. |
Quote:
"Yes, Reese. Do you know anything about it?" she asked. "Erm...you know, just the regular type of stuff. As we only see each other during summer and occasionally winter breaks...we just owl to see how each other is doing, what they've been up to lately...what it's like currently at each others' schools...I mean, I'm sure you do that with friends in other countries too...if I were in another country, I'm sure I would owl you once in a while..." the seventh year rambled, noticing she was doing so and stopping herself, quickly turning back to the impatient thestral who was now right next to her and feeding it a piece of meat. |

"Very true, very true," Dia nodded. "I don't see the appeal of Australia. Sure, to visit...get sweaty and then go for a swim--but I don't know why anyone would really choose to live in the blazing heat like that." she shook her head, grinning. "I'll be tucked away in a library by the window while it's snowing, reading by the candlelight, thanks." she tried to keep a straight face...but failed and cracked up. |

Xana raised an eyebrow and said nothing, merely smiled. Taking a piece of meat from her friend's hand, she fed it to the thestral stallion that loomed above the girls' heads. |

Alex walked towards the gate, he smiled and and muttered the password, he walked briskly down the path, passing Dia and Xana, he smiled and nodded at them. He met them from the train, he waved to the third year, he always seemed to forget his name, so in the end he decided to call him 'Wiz'. He smiled at the thestrals, just looking at one wanted to make he feed one and stroke it. He smiled, he found a rock, soon enough. It was quite distanced from the path, no matter, he sat on it, in front of him was no doubt a thestral. He chucked some meat at the fully grown thestral, he new the rules of those creatures as he had studied them previously, he played amongst those rules, feeding it and feeding it, untillit came closer and closer at its own acord. The closer a thestral got, well, it might like you, or decide to eat you. |
Matt walked up to the magical creature parks gate and muttered the password and walked in. He walked past all the animal enclosures and went really deep into the place until he reached an enclosure which was empty. He found that odd since there were fresh carcasses lying in the feed box and yet there was nothing inside. He suddenly thought that maybe the animal is injured or wounded so he walked into the enclosure, unafraid of anything. He looked behind the bushes and trees, trying to spot an animal until he felt something bite his hand really hard and blood began to gush out of it. "Aaaa" he yelled, falling backwards and crawling out of the enclosure. He realized that it was the thestral enclosure and crawling to his feet and moaning, he began to make his way out of the park to go to the hospital wing. |
Thestrals! Shel loved them, and he loved them, and he loved them. He was sometimes glad he had seen death up close. Not glad in a wrong way, of course. He was just glad he could see Thestrals. And so here he was, today. Having been granted permission to enter, earlier, he stated the password and found his way within the Park, protective gloves on, just in case. The air was fresh, and signs of the recent downpour still prevailed; the air was thick with the scent of wet-through mud, and it felt nice to be there, washing in the rather weak sunlight. He spotted Xana on his way to see a Thestral, or two, and smiled slightly at her by way of greeting. He had felt sleepy, too sleepy, earlier, but now he felt wide awake. It was just as good, because the creatures around him were not exactly too tame. |
After whispering the password at the entrance, Jessica was free to go inside and admire the magical creatures about which she had been very curious. It was great that she was a third year student and she could enter this park... The girl looked around and waited to see the professor. Maybe there was something she could help with. |
Marco muttered the password. That Fabian was a genius, coming up with something like that. He almost skipped down the path. He would be safe like Fabian had said. If he kept to this path. he had been scared last time. But not his one. He was invincible. Nothing could hurt him. He spotted Dia and Xana, "Hey my favourite Slytherins. How are you two girlies?" |
Cora burst out laughing at the sight of Marco skipping around like a prize idiot. She frowned as he mentioned two of his 'favourite' Slytherins. She swaggered up to them and grinned. "Aaaand, here's your third. Well. Maybe not. But there's always hope." She winked, before turning to the two girls she'd heard so much about. "Hey! I'm Cora. I don't know how many times I've heard your names, and it seems a bit stupid that we haven't met. I mean...we're both in Slytherin!" |
Marco laughed as he heard the over-exuberant voice of Cora. "Maybe my 5th," he smiled, "There is Cassandra and Claudian in there somewhere." |

Strange. |

"Claudian is my best male friend, he has to be there. He is going to be my best man," Marco smiled. He laughed, as he remembered that he had told Cora that he was in love with Claudian, which would never happen, because the dufus was in love with Xana. "I am fantastic thank you Xana," he beamed to her, wrapping a hand around her shoulders, "How are you on this brilliant day?" |

She chuckled as Marco wrapped his arm around Xana. She wiggled her eyebrows at him. "Such a lady's man." She joked. |

"So...what's a piece of bloody meat, when it can easily be cleaned, in such a world," Marco grinned, "I'll clean it off later. Just as long as it is a baby that tries to eat me I shall be fine." He eyed the larger thestrals, watching them get closer. He was weary of them. |

Ariana walked towards the park a slight yawn escaping her lips. For the second night in a row she had had no sleep and she was tired of it. Not knowing why she was feeling so bulky and tired she stopped at the gate and muttered the password, stepping back to allow it to open. She than yawned again and shook her head to clear it. Something was happening with her ees, she could see a bit better. Not much though, but the blurriness around the edges had faded to a small flicker. Shrugging at the weirdness she walked in. Upon arriving at the park she had given up the search for the elusive brown mouse. Perhaps she had imagined it, though she knew she hadn't. She wasn't loosing her mind, though perhaps it was all the silly studying she was doing. Studying and worrying about her grades. Yup, that's it. There was no mouse and there never was either. But why did she keep seeing it in the corner of her eye. Was it perhaps because not only was she worrying about something she couldn't stop, but because she also was worrying about something she could? Scrubbing was helping, now that she knew how to do it properly, but still there were times when someones' emotions would overwhelm her and she would end up crying in the bathroom. Of course now that she could control it she know understood how her great- times- how -ever- many grandmother had went insane due to the ability. Causing ones emotions to stop was tough. There, there it was, hiding among the Unicorns. Strange, why would a brown mouse be hiding near a dangerous creature like that. Not that a unicorn was dangerous but it was still classified as such. Shaking off the absurdity of her emotions she closed her eyes, willing the illiusion of the mouse to vanish. Sure enough when she opened her eyes, which seemed to be a bit more clearer, there was no mouse. Forgetting her troubles and blinking away a sudden pain in her eye she sighed and smiled as she crossed the threshold into Unicorn territory. Knowing they preffered girls over boys, she didn't hesitate before walking up to one, which looked like a year old female and began to calmly stroke its mane. "Hey there, how are you doing?" She asked it, taking a look at its eyes. Such a gorgeous color she though before bending down to pick up a brush. "You want a brushing?" She asked, smiling slightly. |

But at the informations he gave, she listened him intensely. "Oh, yeah, I know them partly, but you're giving a valuable informations...Josh..Nice to meet you" she paused "No..not at all, acutally I need some help to study about the Unicorns" she looked up and introdueced herself, "Oh, I forgot. I'm Sana Jason of 6th year" she held out a hand to him. |

She turned to him and smiled, "and tell me how did you get near to the Unicorn? Is not that true that they prefer gals than boys?" she asked in amusement. Her dark brown eyes were dancing. |

"Yeah having a unicorn in your house isnt the best idea. Its a pretty cramp space im sure. If you had to put them anywhere you might try putting them in a barn." he offered a suggestion if she ever got one. He smirked as she asked him how he did it." My charms." he teased as he then told her the truth." I made friends with it last year. Nothing special about that." he smiled as he then asked," so first time this year in the park then? See anything exciting yet?"he then pulled out a carrot." I also have food." he told her as he then gave it to the unicorn. |
Quote:
But laughed at his next comment, "Really? I dont see any charms" she teased back , "Oh, I think your charm will work only on magical creatures, eh?" she asked still her hands were on it's neck and smoothing it's hair. She nodded again, "Yes, this's the first time of my park visit, prof. encourages me to come here, and seems you know a lot about Unicorsn" she said as she looked at the carrot. |
Quote:
" Well he did teach me about magical creatures." he pointed out." Yeah they are." he agreed with her." yeah now that you mentioned it...im not sure charms work with magical creatures." he smiled as he shrugged." Doesn't seem like you need charms though. Im going to go with you dont really need charms." "It's fun. I like to see different animals. Actually this past summer i went to the mountains. You can actually see a lot of different creatures there. The bad thing is they really arent use to humans. So you really have to be careful." he gave her a small smile when she said he knew a lot." I just read books." he explained. |

"B-but, you're...eighteen!" She spluttered, her cheeks going abnormally red, even for Cora. Her blue eyes were even buldging slightly, and her pink hair had suddenly turned a pale, sad blue colour. Weeeeiiird. But what was even weirder than the puffy cheeks and the poppy eyes and the flat hair, was the fact that she suddenly felt incredibly alone. "I...well..." Cora had absolutely no idea what to say. Should she be happy that after all of the bad relationships, he had finally found someone he loved? Should she be worried that he was getting himself into something so huge at such a young age? These were the most sensible emotions. So then...should she be angry that that certain person wasn't her? No, definately not. At this thought, her hand secured around the letter in her pocket, and Jamie's face burst into her mind. |
Quote:
"Oh...man...I agree you have Charms in you.." still laughing, "and a lot in your words..at least.." she finished with the chuckle. "Mountains??" her eyes widened, "Oh..are you going by alone or with a group? I so want to visit the mountain side, but my parents will not allow me .." she sighed and thought she should have born as a guy. "Books means, what kind of books do you read?" she was curious now..as she was tracing the backbone of the Unicorn. |
Rebecca stopped at the gate and whispered the password the gate opened and she gasped in awe as sunlight bounced off a young unicorn otherwise known as a foal, it's gold appearance dazzled her as she tiptoed over to the foal and delicately placed her hand on it's gold skin, it's head turned to face her, "Hiya beautiful, whats your name? how about we call you... Suzie? no, not good enough... well... erm... what about... Sun?" The foal's head moved when Rebecca said 'Sun' so she laughed "Sun, it is then" Rebecca pulled out her wand and conjured up some parchment on it she wrote the Unicorn's name and markings Quote:
She then put it on the gate after making it water resistant, and then went she heard a boy who seemed to know a bit about unicorns, she approached him "Excuse me... erm hi, i'm not interrupting anything am i? cause i will ask you later if i am" OOC: The Person who i am approaching is *JoshMoonson* just so you know :D |
Quote:
He smiled at her,"Thanks. Just try to be somewhat funny. Hopefully i didnt go too over board." he watched her get excited about mountains."You really like outdoors then?I went by myself last summer because i sorta went exploring. I live by myself since the end of last year. My mother died and my father really doesnt like me. My oldest brother is off on his own, the second oldest died last year and then the last one is still at home. Not really much motivation to stay at home." He paused as he thought of something. He would have to show her sometime." Oh what sort of books. usually i like the hard back. Smaller ones are the best because i dont like to carry the heavy, thick ones around. Really brings you down." he teased. Quote:
Josh smiled at her as he shook his head. "No not at all. Go ahead. Ask away." he said as he listened. |

Marco face dropped. Everyone will be surprised? Well they will now that stupid Quill is out, "You are?" Quote:
"Are you ok Cora? You look a bit off." He sighed, it was probably his fault, as everything else was in the world. It was probably his fault the muggles had this Global Warming thing. Or it was his fault the World had gone to war so many times. |
Quote:
She nodded happily at hearing he was confused. "That's what muggles like to call jamming the radar... the intent is to throw you off and totally get you thinking about something else. As you see, it works." Quote:

Cassandra walked to the entrance of the magical park and spoke the password. As she was granted access, she looked around the park. She saw Marco Denver, but before approaching him, he she noticed Xana was speaking to him. She rolled her eyes and made her way to one of the creatures. |

Cassandra tried not to listen to Marco and Xana's conversation. She instead approached a golden-furred giant ox, she knew was a Re'em. She walked up to it, her hand palm up, her head bent in traditional submissive fashion. She stopped two feet in front of it and waited for the creature to approach her the rest of the way. |

Ray wispered the password to the gate and waited till it opened. He couldn't imagine what the park would be like. Just in front of him was a group of student besided a unicorn. Hmmm unicorn doesn't like boys as much of girls better not approch a lot Ray thought to himself as he searched for other creatures he can take care of. |

She nodded slowly. "Yeah...fine." Fine? Fine? She felt physically sick. For some reason, she felt guilty that he was throwing his life away so soon. There were so many other people out there! And he was choosing now. |

Heather walked up to the gate and mumbled the password. She walked straight to the unicorn she had seen the first time she had entered. She smiled as she pet it gentley in the mane. She sat down a sketch pad in her hand and began to sketch the unicorn. She keot glancing up often to catch a spot she hadn't sketched. |

"I'm SO happy for you Marco!" Cora laughed, squeezing him tightly. "I want to meet her!" |

"Don't worry Marco. If I was pretending to be happy, I'd probably get an Oscar." She grinned. Still, she wasn't exactly pleased that he was getting married so young, but he was so alive. It was like so many girls had been trying to turn on the light, and someone had finally found the right switch. |
Heather looked at the sketch then at the unicorn,"I'll see you tomorrow,"she said standing up and dusting her clothes. She turned and left humming. |
Ari kept stroking the Unicorns mane, soothing it gently with a song she knew calmed creatures down. It was one good thing she had learned in Madrid, besides how to turn a hippogriff into a hippocat. When her song was finished she grinned and put down the brush she was using, looking around for a carrot to feed the unicorn. She frowned stopping to look around. Her mind had gone blank and she wished professor Clark was around so she could ask him a question she'd been meaning to ask. Perhaps he was helping another student out she thought, turning her gaze to the gates and wondering if she should come back later. Deciding against it she turned back to the foal she had been brushing and said softly, "So since no one seems kind enough to come over here and visit you I guess I'll care for you for awhile. You need a name though; unicorn foal doesn't seem right, how about Liara? Yes, that's a nice name." She nodded, bending down to pick up her notebook and writing the name down for safekeeping. She smiled happily as Liara appeared to nod at her, her eyes seeming to twinkle. "You like that eh?" She chuckled, giving the unicorn a gentle pat on its head. "Okay, I have tons of homework to do so I'll se you later." She whispered, steppping away to pick up her bag before turning to head towards the castle. |
