Hermy looked in the direction of Marco, twiddling her wand thoughtfully in her left hand. She smiled and headed over to where he sat. "Fancy a duel?" she asked, grinning. There was an almost teasing element in her voice - could Marco send spells towards her? It would be interesting to see what his extra year at Hogwarts had taught him.

It had to be admitted, Hermy didn't have the best of stances, but she was comfortable with how she stood, and that was the main thing. It could be taken as highly misleading, since it looked almost too comfortable and could therefore hide some of Hermy's awareness of spells and her logical mind.
Hermy read Marco's spell quickly, and casted "Protego!" A shield protected her from the oncoming ropes. She smiled, she would start gently. "Densaugeo!"
