Armand arranged the plants one last time, carefully making sure they were equidistant apart. None of the flowers had blossoms yet, though it seemed to be a matter of youth than a matter of season. Of course, he'd planned it that way. But they were nearly old enough to bud which left the time to start this class as being limited. He estimated that they would begin within the next week. For once it was good that the plant left his care. Well, such large quantities of the plant.
He moved to the front of the classroom, gazing over them. It was a good class for the students, though it still made him slightly nervous. Will they be insistent on seeing his plant? Well, he'd cross that bridge when he came to it. He glanced at the time and decided to open up the class. | |

Alex was sat in his seat already looking out the window, he was bored already and herbology was his worst subject he ever came across, even in Beauxbatons he was labeled a failure. He looked around, but didn't know if anyone wished to talk to him, so instead he picked up his quill and flickered though the pages of his notebook to the back to create some doodles and poems of his thoughts.

James was getting shifty. Muggleborns and purebloods. Whats the differance? But if someone started getting racist, or should I say, bloodist, James would argue for the muggleborns. Besides the fact he was a pureblood. BUT WHO CARES!

Armand pulled his wand, a bit irritatedly, then tapped one of the boards. a few of the things the students had said came onto it, though in a very strange-looking language, and he looked them over before tapping it again to have it disappear. Quote:

Answer questions, that can't be hard. What was the question again? Dammit. This lesson really did suck. "Don't worry the attitude will be gone the next time you have a lesson. I will have other priorities. Mainly trying to pass my NEWTs. Oh and provide for my future. I am sure you can understand that priority," Marco sighed. "A sea anemone adapts to its environment." Emma knew an answer, but she was certain it was not what he was looking for, "The cactus, even though it is not a magical plant, stores water and has protective quills to ward off any animals that try and take that water. That's how they survive in the desert," she answered as she raised her hand. She couldn't think of any magical plants that fit the answer he was looking for.

He was shaking violently as he was so nervous, he was terrible at Herbology maybe this will break the curse, well not curse as in the dark speaking of this matter. The simple meaning of him actually gaining a point for his house in the subject, he never did.

Professor Erikson could be very intimidating and Herbology wasn't easy in any case, not for him at least. He liked the boy's answer. He, himself could not recall the plant to which the Professor was referring to.
