Willow looked around and saw a panda cub, She got closer to it and touched it tenderly before saying, "thanks!, well I must admit, that I wasn't trying for an eagle you know, I was actually expecting a hamster" and she did, she wanted a hamster, no eagle pass trough her mind when she said the spell. "Aren't you the cuttest thing?" she muttered to the panda as she pet it

"I'd definitely say you got the opposite on that one!" Saylie laughed, "That eagle would make a meal out of some poor defenseless hamster!"

Antigone could hardly wait to try the spell. "Oppugno!" she said clearly. To her utter surprise and delight, the spell worked. A young falcon flew from the end of her wand, fluttering for a moment, then perching on the small girl's arm. The bird was cruelly beautiful, and even though it seemed tame, Antigone could not help but be a slight bit frightened of her creation. She forced herself to keep her arm still, slowly calming herself down and growing used to the falcon.

"you can bet she would!" she said looking proudly at the animal and then said, "or he, I'm not sure how you can tell when it is a boy or a girl, but I named it Delilah so it better be a girl" she said before laughing

Saylie looked up at the bird, "Delilah, eh? That's cute!" She looked down at the panda that was staring up at her, as if waiting for her to do something. She didn't know exactly what to do next, so she reached down and patted it on the head. "I don't know about naming them...just a couple of words and they're gone, naming them just seems kinda sad."

"I know, but still..I was a little bored before, so I decided to name her..or him" she said giggling a little, "I suppose I can always get her back right?" she said a little nervously, she should've never named. Now she was slightly attached to the animal

Diabolica grinned and muttered, "Oppugno." A timber wolf dropped to the ground and looked at her curiously.

"Nah, it's okay...I'm sure you can conjure her every time you try to get a hamster, huh?" Saylie laughed, winking at Willow. At least Willow had conjured an animal quickly, it had taken her a very long time.

"I don't know, I think next time I'm gonna try to get an eagle so I can get a hamster" she said before giggle. Willow looked the eagle who was resting in her shoulder looking around at the bunnies and fish in the classroom as if she was just waiting for Willow to say, Attack!

"A dragon would be extremly difficult to conjure, I'm not sure even I could manage it. The larger the animal, the more difficult." Danni called down to the hufflepuff boy, "Plus, I dont want my classroom torched. And if your having trouble controling your animals, just try thinking simple commands before trying anything to complex."
Danni sighed again and shook her head, would these children never learn? She always seemed to have to take points for chatting. "10 points from ravenclaw for chatting you two." she said pointing to the two rule offending students.

Diabolica smiled at the professor. and petted the wolf idley as she conjured another wolf. They really were beautiful creatures....

Willow in that moment felt her stomach leaving her body. She had never made her house lose points before, so she merely went very scarlet and said timidly, "I'm sorry professor it won't happened again" before looking down to her hands

Sho pointed his wand on top of his desk and concentrated. He focused his energy on an animal in his mind and uttered the spell.

"Oppugno," he said, watching as a cat gracefully appeared on his desktop.

He smiled as the cat, almost midnight blue with deep orange eyes, sat regally on his desk, looking around. He gave the cat a soft pet and smiled happily.

"Now let's see..." Sho said before thinking.

Sing, he thought, smiling.

The cat started to meow beautifully. Its deep voice sounded like a jazz singer's; full of emotion and strength. Sho was rather shocked, but pleased.

Ryan stared as Willow and Saylie lost 10 points for Ravenclaw. Great, he thought, now Ravenclaw is even farther behind. As if we're not doing bad enough.

He nodded as Professor Pride gave him advice on controlling the animals. Goldfish shouldn't be too hard...

He looked at the flopping fish and thought, dance. The fish hopped up onto their back fins and started a jig, much to Ryan's delight.

Diabolica laughed. Ryan's dancing fish. "You know, Ryan, Muggles would pay good money to see that....." she winked.

Realizing that these were fish...out of water, Ryan raised his hand. "Professor, do the animals we're conjuring have to be taken care of like real animals? Like, do these fish need to stay in water, or do we need to feed them? Or would we not keep the animals...umm...conjured for that long a time?"

"Hm....now, let's see....." Diabolica thought. Stand up, she thought, and the wolf stood up on it's hind legs, it's teeth bared. It sort of reminded her of a werewolf. Growl, she commanded, and it looked even more like a werewolf. She considered sending after Cassandra, but then she decided not to while the professor was already docking points from other houses.....

Monica practiced her wrist movenent for a moment then tried the charm "Oppugno" She was surprised as a black kitten much like miss kitty came ou5t of the tip of her wand and mewed up at her.

lucy thought for a while and said"Oppugno" she was surprised her spell worked and a cute little dog came out of the tip of her wand she thought "this looks like shanky.....my dog". The conjured dog started move around...

Daphne sat there and thought for a moment what she wanted. Something glorious and adorable, she thought to herself.

She took out her wand and pictured a small pink parakeet. "Oppugno!" she spoke in her high, cheery voice, and out came three of the smallest birds she had ever seen. One parakeet was blue and white, the other was blue, green and red, and the third was a distinct bubblegum pink. The three of them began squeaking and hopping around the desk. The birds were no bigger than Daphne's very small hands. She quickly grabbed them and tried to keep them together. "Don't want you little cuties getting squished!" she told the tiny birds.

"Must have done something wrong," she said to herself. For one thing, there was only supposed to be 1 bird, and it was supposed to be small, but within a range of normal. Either way, Daphne liked the three creatures she made.

"Oppugno!" said that, a fox appeared from Eva's wand. She stayed a bit confuse...
"Weird. I was thinking about a cat, not a fox..."

Zoraida sat and tried to determine what animal would be the most fun to make, and hopefully play with in this class and others. Conjuring a little animal to play with in the beginning of class would be so much better than doodling in her note book.

Zora liked lizards and decided to conjure a little one. Pointing her wand at her desk so the little lizard would not fall on the floor from thin air she said "Oppugno" with a flick of the wand to the right the little lizard appeared. It started crawling on her desk and as it went to leave her area she stopped it by putting her arm in front of it and it turned around. It was a wispy little thing not quite fully formed like some of the older students animals were.

Then after a short bit it disappeared. Maybe she had to concentrate more maybe she had to practice more. As from the looks of it she had barely gotten the spell to work.

Rapunzel decided to try again in conjuring up an animal. She closed her eyes, focused on a badger, and swished her wand while saying, “Oppugno!”

She opened her eyes and was pleasantly surprised to find a badger sitting on her desk, looking around the room and blinking.

Claudian shook his wand a bit before attempting the spell.

"Oppugno." He said with no feeling at all. When nothing occured he tried again. "Oppugno??" He seemed to be asking the spell to undertake itself. He sighed, took a deep breath and let it go again.

"Oppugno!"

This time a gorgeous baby Tigress sat on his desk shaking it's head. Claudian audibly gasped and nearly dropped his wand. Catching a grip of it, he aimed and fired at the baby Tigress. "Finite!" The baby Tigress was gone from sight and he was left looking to see who else had seen that.

Cassandra turned about and saw Claudian nearly dropping his wand. The tiger cub had dissapeared as soon as she saw it... This boy sure did have some fascination with tigers...

She shook her head. "It won't hurt you Slughorn. You command it. You are it's Master." She said as she guided her cobra back to her. The reptile slid around Cassandra's leg upward, wrapping around her waist and then her arm. "See?"
