| | |  The Whomping Willow
The Whomping Willow is a ferocious tree planted in the middle of the school grounds. Be careful not to accidentally stumble upon it for it will most likely injure you if you come close to its branches. This tree holds many secrets seeing it has been in the school for many years now. Around the tree is a carpet of attractive landscape that overlooks the entire castle grounds while being surrounded by mountains and the forbidden forest. A few large magically craved stones are scattered around the area for seating purposes. Take a walk, have a picnic or hang around to catch up on studying. Only watch out for those gnomes, they are school property and under no circumstance should they be harmed in anyway. | |

Julian headed over to the Whomping Willow Side of the grounds. He looked around as he walked looking for Claudian but he didn't see him. Julian looked at the Whopming Willow. It was a huge tree & it looked so very calm. But he knew better & was careful to stay a great deal out of its way. He spotted a large rock where he could be able to brace against it. He sat down & looked around. He saw some gnomes running around at a fair distance. He knew they were the school gnomes & the students were forebidden to hurt them. He saw students all over the Grounds but no sign of Claudian. He returned his gaze to the gnomes who were now running around. |

Valencia made her way down to the Whomping Willow, a tree that she had loved since her first day at Hogwarts. Sadly though, she hadn't gotten a chance to see it in quite a few years. Now was her chance. Only a few other people were out here so it was nice and quiet, except for the different sounds of nature and the creaking of the willow. She sat down a good distance away so that if it decided to squish anything, she'd be in the clear. She palced her messenger bag on the ground next to her, a small kitten came tumbling out. She chuckled and shook her head as she rummaged around for her..aha! Sketchbook. She began drawing the willow as her black cat chased a butterfly behind her, all the while taking care that she did not venture too close to the tree. | |

Tuesday wandered down to the whomping willow. It was A beautiful thing really, But very Dangerous at that. Tuesday kept her distance from the tree and found A small flat rock where she could sit and enjoy the view of the forbidden forest and other parts of the school. She lightly set her bag against the rock. Tuesday gave A small sigh and smiled, looking out to the tree and watched as it swung its branches and listened of the creaking of the willow.

Heather walked over near the womping williow a little scared she might get hurt.she took her wand and dried her wet hair looking for someone to talk to.Most the people were slytherins and she just didnt want to approach scared she might get hurt yet again.She never held a grudge against a house but she was tired of being hurt.

Finaly after looking for a spot she found one on the opposit side of the tree.She sat and crossed legs listening to the breeze and watching the sway of the trees.

"Nice to meet you Heather," Valencia said sweetly as she looked from her to her drawing, apparently trying to get something just right. "I'm glad you're alright." She glanced behind her, making sure the black kitten was still chasing the butterfly and wasn't anywhere near the tree. She nodded; satisfied.
"Fifth year. OWLs. Not looking forward to 'em," she chuckled, turning back to the piece of charcoal in her hand. "I hope you don't mind, but I started drawing you in my picture. I needed something else in it and when you sat down I just thought 'perfect'." She smiled again, not showing any teeth this time. Deciding that it was only fair, she would give the picture to Heather once she was finished. After all, she was in it and she enjoyed giving people her art. It made her feel good.
"How about you? What year? Heh, I know you're a Gryffie." She motioned to Heather's robes and the ones on her own back. Just by looking at her, Vee could tell that she was somewhere around her own age.

"So, what was troubling you earlier? You don't have to say if it was personal." She knew that many students were going through all sorts of personal things so she wanted to give her the option of not telling her. It was only polite to say so.

"Thats almost what my bag looks like.Good plan because i was gonna give it to you if you wanted itor not."she looked down a bit"well i sort of had something with the slytherin qudditch captain at the beging of the year and he broke up with me for another girl he met over the summer.I just thought he was diffrent.On top of that i can draw in slytherin boys but i always end up hurt."she plucked a piece of grass and twirled it in her fingers.
