It was a good thing Kayla had her back to him. She wouldn't see the sullen look on his face that way. Those clouds in Helios' eyes were on the verge of raining as he slowly walked back to his seat.

With everything packed, he saw no point in practicing anymore.

Kayla looked up at the Gryffindor girl. "Something funny" she said with narrowed eyes.

Willow saw the whole Hufflepuf moment right in front of her eyes. A small smirk appear on her face. She looked back at her table, took out her scarf and a handkerchief and began to practice again, not daring to talk, as she didnt wanted Ravenclaw to have points taken away.

Ohhh. Hufflepuff girl is an ice queen.

Gwen spit her scarf out and furtively wiped away tears. "Uh-uh," she hiccuped. "Doing better with the charm?"

Krissy looked at the trouble brewing in Kayla's eyes. "Oi! Winters, come here and show me how to do this charm!" She said hoping to keep her housemate and Kayla from having words. Turning to Helios she asked. "yeh had a question Helios?"

Kayla stood up slowly from her chair her wand clenched tightly in her hand. "Yes I am, thank you for asking. I know quite a few other spells as well would you like to see those too" she snarled.

She could hear Krissy calling her but the blood was pounding in her ears and she ignored her.

Ariana could feel angercoming from somewher. She turned in her seat and looked slighty shocked as the Hufflepuff girl stood and stalked towards the Gryffindor.She shook her head, trying to concentrate on her charm, but it was becoming difficult. "Why now?" She asked herself, putting her head in her hands and sighing.

Gwen raised an eyebrow and rose also, standing a good four inches over Kayla.

"Look, sweetie," she began. "I offered you help and you felt quite content to take your help from Prince Sunrider over here. Whatever...resentment you're feeling is sadly misdirected."

shaking her head Krissy went back to her lesson. There was only so much she could do to prevent an argument. Kayla had been a bit touchy lately and she'd rather not face her friend's wrath.
"Pack" Krissy said pointing her wand at her belongings. All that happened was her bag closing itself. "Blast! Oi! Kayla I actually need help with this blasted charm! How did you get it?" Krissy tried to get her friend's attention.

Ellie looked at both girls, thinking on wath could happen next.
"Kayla! Interesting charm isn't it? " was a stupid question and she knew that. But she only asked because she was trying to get her attention "

Torie took out her wand after the Professor had demonstrated. She had been practicing this incantation for a few years now, and so could confidently get her items into her bag. It was simply the matter of getting them in there neatly that was the issue. When the Professor explained about the added flick on either the beginning or the tail end of the wand movement, Torie nodded her head in agreement. 'So that's what I've been missing!' she thought to herself. 'That makes so much sense.'

Torie quickly unpacked her book bag, spreading the various contents all over the surface of her desk. There were a couple Muggle notebooks, a fountain pen, a quill, a bottle of ink, and a few rolls of parchment. "Alright belongings," Torie said firmly, flicking her wand and sweeping it across the desk, "Pack!" At once, the objects jumped quickly back into her book bag. It seemed fairly tidy, but Torie wanted to check for sure that she had gotten the additional movement down. "Does anyone have a scarf or a shirt I may borrow for a second?" she asked to the room in a loud voice. "I promise I will give it right back, none the worse for the wear."

Laylee watched the love scene and the beginning of a figh scene infront of her. She smiled as Helios walked away, complete sadness on his face. He must have felt let down. Laylee felt bad for him. But in all truth she thought the two young girls fighting was quite dumb and unnessicary.
Laylee turned back to her shirt and books, packing them. She decided it would be best to keep herself out of the situation.

Laylee turned when she heard Torie talking. "I didnt see you there!" She said happily. "You could use mine!" She handed her her camp shirt from two years previous and smiled. "I only see you in lasses now a days! How are you?"

"Aye, there yeh go." Krissy said handing her scarf to the older girl. "It will do yeh more good than me at the moment. " Krissy said looking at her bag and belongings spread across her desk hopelessly.

Willow looked around again and saw that the hufflepuff girl, was now facing a gryffindor girl..neither of them looked friendly on each other. More Drama. The same thing happened in transfiguration. fights, talking, someone got transfigured into a bug, detentions..Willow was just thankful that there were no Ravenclaws on the middle of the situation, so if they get into trouble, Ravenclaw wouldnt lose points. "as if we needed too, we are on last place.." she muttered heavily

Gwen glanced at Krissy and a Slytherin girl.

"I think your friends are trying to catch your attention," she said. She sat in her chair, crossed her arms and legs, and stared up at Kayla, eyebrows raised.

Excelsior looked around and saw a Hufflepuff girl and a Gryffindor girl facing off. Maybe the both of them would get points taken off and have to serve a detention, that would help Slytherin.

He sat and watched, not taking sides. Excelsior never took sides unless it was to his benefit.

Monica read Excelsior's mind and frowned. Where was this coming from? She looked at him, then hung her head, disappointed.

"Thanks!" replied Torie. "Just let me try out this spell, and then I'll come sit with you for a chat."

"Thanks so much! Do you want me to help you with the spell once I am finished?"

Ellie turned her eyes to the Gryffindor girl as she raised an eyebrow, she wasn't making things easy.
She sighed as she looked at her, she was with her legs and arms crossed like she was waiting for something.

Clifford who had been sitting quietly, watching his classmates practice this weird cleaning spell shuffled in his seat. He needed to be comfortable if he wanted this to work first time, which with his terrible spellwork history, wasn’t likely.

“Okay..” He muttered to himself, adjusting the small pile of books in front of him. If he did this right, the books should pack themselves neatly in his rucksack. Well, that was the general plan.

“Paaackkk.” Clifford said, waving his wand messily. His face momentarily lit up when the books in front of him gave a shudder. But to his disappointment, rather then pack tidily in his bag they flopped noisily to the floor. Great.

Krissy smiled at the girl. "I'm hoping I get it with this next try, but I may need yer help later. Thank yeh for the offer!" It was nice to know that some of the older students were actually kind to the first years.

Laylee nodded and smiled. She sat back in her seat and waited to watch her do the charm.

opening her bag with her hands Krissy waved her wand over her possessions and said "Pack!" her books landed inside of her bag messily. "Well at least it sort of worked" She said with a sigh as she unpacked her bag once again. "Now to make sure it's not such a mess!" Krissy rolled up her sleeves preparing to try again.

Torie unpacked her bag manually, spreading her belongings on the desktop once again. To this she added Laylee's t-shirt, and the young Gryffindor's scarf. She fought the urge to fold them, since the whole purpose of her experiment was for the objects to fold themselves. Picking up her wand, she flicked it gently and swept her arm over top of the belongings. "Pack!" she commanded. Swiftly, the belongings lifted up off the desk and began to arrange themselves inside the bag. The scarf attempted to fold itself neatly, but it seemed the shirt didn't wish to cooperate as all it did was crumple itself into a ball and stuff itself into the bag. Torie laughed and called out to Laylee. "Hey, Laylee. Does your shirt resent being folded or something? Come here and look what it did to itself!"

Laylee walked over and looked at her shirt and laughed.
"I guess my shirt doesnt like you!" Laylee said, joking. "It folded for me!" She said. She smiled and picked it up and uknowingly folded it and set it on Tories desk. She was unable to leave a mess. She just couldnt.
