Lainey, feeling well pleased and happy on this particular day, headed to her classroom. She opened the door wide and put the elf shaped door prop down to hold it open. Today, Lainey had on goggles. No, they weren't cool looking or trendy. Just goggles. She had a scarf tied tight around her neck and thick dragon gloves. Yep, she was dressed for the part.
Lainey stood close to the door, ready and waiting for her class to arrive. | |

Ginny, looked around smiling....their arguing again, she thought as she looked to the front of the class waiting anxsiously for class to begin. goggles and gloves, interesting she remmebered that she had never been bored in this class and it looks as if that is not about to change.

Lainey chose to stare at Gwen instead of acknowledging Kingston again. "Am I... moonlighting the potion's master? What?" Lainey continued to stare, her eyes magnified through the goggles. "I.. don't know.."
She laughed and waved her hands. "Okay, okay, we'll get started before things get even weirder in here." Not possible, she thought to herself. "Last lesson was on... our hats. Our sleek, stylish hats. The homework I received for that lesson was above and beyond my expectations. I was so proud of you all." Lainey beamed. She looked like a grasshopper. A proud grasshopper.
"Today though... we're going to touch on another of our kinds toys. Anyone have a guess as to what today's lesson is on?" Lainey waved to herself, thinking it quite obvious. | |

Cassandra turned around and glared at the Hufflepuff brat. She asked for a toy you git! She thought shaking her head and turning back to hace the professor. He seemed like the time to think of females as toys though...
She stood and went to retrieve her broom. She hoped she wouldn't be flying... she hated flying...

Laylee smiled as she looked at all the brooms. She had just learned to fly. She was happy to earn that she was quite good and had natural talent.
She walked up and took one and stepped back allowing other students to get one...

Krissy overheard the older Gryffindor talking to the hufflepuff boy. She had no idea some people may actually fear flying. "I thought taking flight was brilliant! I've never felt so...free!" Krissy said excitedly. She really hoped the professor would let them take the brooms for a spin.

"We might fly a little. I'm not a good flyer," Lainey was a fairly good flyer. Modest though. "But, I would like to take this lesson outside so if you get too bored you can just fly away." Lainey laughed to herself and gathered up her book for point keeping and her own broom.
"Follow me!" Lainey marched her troops outside.

Cassandra's eyes grew big... flying... her first lesson he nearly fell if it hadn't been for the Slytherin prefect Druscilla Black. And the second time she found herself on a broom was when she had to fill in for a quidditch member, and she was all over the pitch! She stood and, after placing her book back into her bag, made her way out of her classroom, broom in hand.
