Gryffindor Locker Room & Practice Pitch Welcome to the Gryffindor Dressing room. Along the wall you see lockers to store your school robes during practice or matches. You see loads of magical pictures displaying past Gryffindor players. There is one of Oliver Wood, George and Fred Weasley holding the Quidditch cup. Another one show Harry Potter dodging a bludger. Charlie Weasley is shown holding a snitch he caught to seal a Gryffindor Victory. You can see Sir Spots catching a snitch during a thunder storm. A picture of Marie Black, a former captain, is displayed with all the Gryffindor captains from the past years. Gryffindor colors of scarlet and gold are everywhere. Quidditch equipment and robes are here for the new team to wear and use. There is a entrance to the pitch too. Come in, take a seat, and tune up your broom before going to practice or a game. The locker room and practice pitch is the place where Gryffindor Captain, Ryan J. Black, will hold practices and post announcements. It is not a place for you to RP, unless your captain says that it's okay to RP getting ready for a game or when a game is over. OOC-only comments are not allowed in this thread. If you have a question/comment, please send the person a PM. Only those who are on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team roster are permitted to post in this thread. The only exception to this rule are substitutes approved by the Quidditch Official. House prefects and school staff may also post in this thread when needed. |

Ryan walks slowly in the locker room. He was ready to start this but was surprise that his first game was against Slytherin. He remember that last time they could have play against each other but unfortunately it didn't happens and his was this moment. He was sure that the other team would all show up but he was starting to get nervous for his team now. Still walking back and forward to see if someone will show up. He waited some more. *please start posting here to show that you are on. Thanks ;)* |
Jason walks into the locker room and sees Ryan is already there. He says, "Go Gryffindor. I'll be rooting for you guys on the bench and rooting you on. Go Gryffindor, beat Slytherin." |
Sini walked into the room anxious and exciting to be playing in todays game against Slytherin. It was sure to be a great game, she just hoped that all her practicing would pay off and she would knock a few rightfully aimed bludgers. She was thrilled to see some of her team mates had already arrived. "Hey guys! Are you as excited as I am?! This game is going to be great!" Sini could not help smiling about the pending game. |
Heather walked in mumbling hi then went to change.She sat on the familiar bench and pulled a pepermint toad out swallowing it down her throat to clam her nerves.She pulled her legs up and looked around at the pictures,she couldn't wait to be put up there.She watched and waited for the others. |
Running a little late, Kat hurried into the locker room, smiling at her fellow team members that had already gathered. Moving over to her locker she gets ready working to calm her nerves. |
Alexis ran into the locker room and smiled at everyone. Better late then never. She thought as she went to change. When she finished changing she sat down on one of the benches and tried to calm heself for the game. |
Jason teels everyone Good First Half everyone. Let's not give an inch. We have a nice lead. Let's keep up the good work. I will not be here for the second half. GO GRYFFINDOR!!!!! |
"Wow...so far so good everyone! We have to keep them on their toes, maintain our lead." Sini said throughly enjoying herself, playing beater was a lot more fun than she thought it would be. The rush of the game was great, although she was anxious to begin the second half. |
Torie came into the locker room from her place in the stands where she had been watching the first half of the Quidditch match. "Excellent job, everyone!" she said as she began putting on her Quidditch robes. "If we keep this up, we'll be in the championship for sure!" Torie continued getting ready, tying the strings of her Quidditch robes tightly. She carefully looked over her broom to make sure it was in tip top shape before placing it beside her and grabbing her protective gloves out of her locker. Taking a hair elastic from her pocket, she secured her hair into a ponytail, then pulled on her gloves. 'And now we wait.' she thought to herself as she sat down on the bench beside her locker. |
Agie ran into the locker room...a little later but ready to go. She quickly got changed and was so excited to be back on the Quidditich field. |
Ryan walks fast toward the pitch. He knew that every practice that they could have was very important and he also knew that they had to put every chance on their side if they wanted to achieve something. Brushing the grass with his feet, he waited to see is team player to show up. He was expecting most of them and really wanted to see how far they improve since their last game. ooc: 15 minutes and the practice begin ;) |
Deciding that it was time to start this off, he took out only the quaffle. He had in mind to see how fast they could be and this would be the best to prepared themself. "Okay guys. Since nobody will have position, I want to see your speed. Let's have fun but let's keep a fast paste. We are in the final now and we have to show that we want this." Throwing the Quaffle up in the air, he start this. Q: Lupin is reading a book after the OWLs in the Pensieve. What's it about? |

Ryan noticed that the team seems to have troubles to start which worried him a bit but this had to happens and he prefered that it happens during practice than during real game. Fortunately for him Sini seems to have take it under control. "Sini that was nice. Let's just try to be a tiny bit faster if you can. I believe in you. Let's kick it!!" Q:What should you do if you are confronting with a Kappa? |

Once again Sini seems to have took an early control of the quaffle but unfortunately for her, it slip her hands which completely miss the hoops but fortunaly for her Kerry was around. Catching her miss, she make a nice move and score. "It\'s ok Sini, we miss some and we score some. Let\'s not focus on the negative and focus on the positive." Q: What did Fred and George promise to send to Ginny before leaving for school in the Sorcerer\'s Stone? |
