Luna stepped into the common room, a huge grin spread across her face as she saw the party decorations. She was still elated from finding out, she, Luna Moore would be one of the champions representing Slytherin House.

The room was empty and taking advantage of that fact, Luna helped herself to the party treats and food that was on offer. With handfuls of breadsticks and chocolate cake she found a seat with a good veiw of the room she settled down ready for the party.

Noelle walked into the room,grinning at all of the decorations.She saw Luna and ran over,hugging her.
"Congratulations!I can't believe you're one of the champions!Im so proud of you!" she laughed.
"So,who are the others?" she asked,beaming.

AJ had decided to stop into the common room to avoid all the troubles of everyone in the halls. She noticed the fact that it was all decorated, and for a brief moment couldn't figure out why, but then it hit her like a book slamming into her face. A Champions Party. A huge grin appeared on her face and she began to move to the beat of the music a bit. She danced her way over to the food tables and grabbed a nice selection, a small one, but a variety, and headed over to a chair next to Luna.

She sat down and sighed heavily, being very happy, "So, what's it feel like to be a champion?" she asked and grinned happily.

Cora ran into the Champions party and squeeled at the sight of Luna. "LUNA!" She shrieked, running over and practically throwing herself on the poor seventh year.

"Well done, oh WELL DONE!" She was grinning.

AJ was bent over her plate, munching on a cracker when a girl shrieked. AJ hadn't seen anyone enter, and certainly didn't expect a loud shriek to occur. She gasped while eating the said cracker and inhaled a bunch of crumbs, causing her to start choking and coughing.

She put down her cracker and coughed loudly, turning red in the face. Why did everyone have to be so darn loud when they were happy? She didn't undenrstand it, and certainly didn't understand why someone would do this while another someone was eating. It was an aweful feeling, to have crumbs lining your throat and not being able to do anything about it but choke.

Cora turned to see the Slytherin prefect red in the face and coughing loudly. She gasped and whipped out her wand. Running over to her, Cora racked her brains for the spell. "Ah! Anapneo!" She cried, pointing her wand at Aj's throat.

"Are you okay?" Cora bit her lip.

AJ's coughing managed to get the crumbs mostly under control, and she cleared her throat and took a drink of apple juice, at the same time the girl who caused her to choke cast the spell. Her eyes went wide as the apple juice went flying out of her mouth at a quite rapid pace, and went all over eveything in front of her, including the young girl.

AJ cleared her throat once more, took a few deep, calming breaths, and took another drink of apple juice before turning on the girl, "I am now, thanks for caring. Sorry about that tho," she indicated the juice with a slightly amused smile.

Hayley walked into the common room and saw loads of party stuff
"How did I miss this?!" She said to herself. She noticed Cora in the crowd of people.
"Hey Cora!" She said running over to her.

Luna sunk down in her chair a little as everyone surrounded her asking her what it felt like to be a champion and congratulating her.
"Thanks. Well um... well I guess it hasn't sunk in really yet, It does feel kinda cool though." she said blushing slightly as she nibbled on a breadstick, she was still overwhealmed by the fact that she was a champion.

Cora giggled as she was sprayed with apple juice. "It's okay. At least you didn't choke!" She grinned at AJ, and then turned to see Hayley running towards her.

"Hey!"

Rachel walked in and smiled when she saw Luna. "Congradulations!"

AJ didn't really have a chance to reply to the girl whom she'd just spit apple juice all over, which was good because she didn't have a reply either. She was a bit confused, however, how so many people could enter a celebration for 3 people and only recognize that one of them was a champion. She shrugged a bit and went on eating at her food, not really caring too much that they only noticed Luna, sitting next to her, and not herself. Some people... she thought and trailed off.

Cora glanced around at everyone. "Guys, who's the reserve champion?" She asked, looking around at the champions. "Oh I'm so happy for you both!" Che cried, throwing her arms around both AJ and Luna.

She grinned. "I'm sure we'll win with you two as our champions!"

Luna smiled at Rachel. "Thanks, I just hope I can do Slytherin proud."
She noticed AJ sitting alone and remembered that she had been chosen as a champion too but everyone seemed to be ignoring her.

Shw was about to walk over to her and talk to her but something in her stomach kept her glued to the chair. This was her moment of glory, her one moment, and she wasn't going to let AJ in.

Rachel walked over to AJ smiling. "You're another champion aren't you? Congratulations! If there was anyone to represent Slytherin it'd be you and Luna. Make us proud! By the way, who's the other champion?"

Danni walked intothe Slytherin common room and sighed, it had been years since she had been in here. Normaly she wouldnt be in here but the champions had been chosen, so it was cause for the whole house, former and current Slytherins, to celebrate.

Themea stood in the corner his red eyes glistening. He wondered wether or not he should congratulate AJ. It might help ease the tension between the two. He scratched his chin and walked over to her. "Congratulations," he said nodding at AJ. He awaited to hear her response. He slowly clenched his right first listening to the black leather of his fingerless golve creak. He could hear the air moving past his ears; higomi, a heightened sense of awareness, he finally acheived it. Themea shook his head to clear his mind, maybe he imagined he achieved higomi. He put on a pleasent smile and proffered his right hand to AJ. "Congratulations again."

Pauline walked into the Common room and noticed it was filled with the Slytherin colors streamers. She wodnered what was happening and ask to no one in perticular, "What's Happening?" and walked in further to see food out, it seemed like a celabration but she didn't know what for.

Rachel turned to see her Transfiguration professor. She waved to her. "What are you doing here? Not that I'm complaining or anything, but it's a pleasent surprise to see you here."

Rachel smiled to her. "Really? That's so cool. Congrats! I didn't know who the other champion was. All of you must be smart and talented at magic to do that."

Pauline smiled "Yah it is cool and I wouldn't say talented and smart just lucky," she replied. "So this is for the Champs then well I must go congratulate my fellow apponents," she added. "Thanks for helping me" she said to her just remembering she never thanked her.

Rachel just smiled at the girl. "No problem. I'll be cheering for you." Rachel handed her a silver crane before turning to AJ and the professor.

Pauline smiled and took the crane. "Thanks but don't just be cheering for me cheer for every Slytherin, if one of us wins that would just be fine," she replied with a smile. She saw her two fellow Champs from her house and went over. "Aj, Luna congrats," She said with a smile holiding out her hand to shake.
