"sorry" tae said "I got lost" He was ready to cry. He hadnt ment to be late. Perhaps he should have just skipped this class.

Sam continued to write down notes. He hadnt done so great in this class last year so he needed to step up his game.

Aden approached the professor's desk and picked a small pink eraser out of the box. He went back to his seat and pulled out his wand. He bit back a smile at the thought of trying to turn the eraser into an elephant; that might lose him house points.

"Er- fabrica pencil?" he said rather hesitantly with a swish of his wand. Nothing happened. Then in a firmer voice, "Fabrica pencil!" The eraser turned into a pencil- though admittedly it was still pink and felt like rubber. But hey, it was shaped like a pencil.

Tae feeling very upset, he walked up to the box and grabbed a knitting needle. He wonder what he could turn it into. He decided to try to turn it into a piece of parchment.

He put the knitting needle on his desk, and said very disheartdly "fabrica parchment" The needle just wobbled a bit. Tae knew he was going to have to focus better if he was to do well. So trying to forget what the teacher has said he decided to try again.

"Fabrica parchment." He said more forcefully, and it changed a little bit. IT looked more flat and the top of it was square. But it was still a knitting needle.

Sam walked up to the box and gave the professor a little smirk as he pulled out a marble. Sam stared at it for a few seconds, is that it? Is that it? Sam thought to himself as he walked to his desk at the back of the class once again and took a seat. Sam pulled his wand out of his robes and placed the marble on his desk. "Er...what's the spell? Oh right....Fabrica...broom!" Sam mumbled the image of a new Nimbus filling his mind. With a popping noise the marble disapeared and Sam stared at the spot where it used to be. "What?!" Sam exclaimed a little too loudly and then suddenly he was holding a Nimbus in his hands.

Fabrica pencil said ray, pointing at his ruler which quicy turned into a pencil a wood,yellow pencil.
He looked it amazed, he was always good at transfiguration, put for a first year it was pretty good.
Fabrica hot dog he said pointing now on his sandwich that he picked up from his bag, put unfortunetly the whole sandwich exploded in his face greating a mess on his desk, scared that the teacher will punish him he tried to clean everything up very quickly.

Mallory got excited and quickly pointed her wand at her inkwell. "Fabrica golf ball!" she said, her inkwell then turned white and shape-shifted into a sphere....then finally it looked like a golf ball. It rolled down her desk and she caught it just before it dropped to the ground. She smiled staring at it. "Wicked..." she whispered.

Daphne walked up to the box and reached her hand in. She pulled it out and saw she had picked up a hair clip. She walked back to her desk. "What an ugly hair clip, I hope no one ever wore this," Daphne muttered, disgusted by the orange and blue accessory.

She sat down and put the hair clip on the desk. What do I want it to change into, she thought to herself. She racked her mind for anything. For some reason, her mind was drawing a blank. Then she looked at her wand arm, and saw a bracelet. Daphne adjusted the clip so it was right in front of her. She raised her wand, thought hard about the bracelet she wanted, and said "Fabrica Bracelet!" The hair clip glowed blue for a moment, but nothing happened. Daphne shrugged, at least it glowed.

Carolyn walked up to the box and reached her hand in. She pulled out a hand-sized red ball. She smirked and walked back to her seat. She pulled out her wand and pointed it at the ball. "Fabricia Gryffindor Scarf!" The red ball transfigured into a handsome Gryffindor scarf. She smiled, happy with her accomplishment, she sat down and wrote down her results.

Amanda pointed at her paper. "Fabrica needle!" The paper was silver and pointy, but it resembled a paper airplane. SHe tried again and it was a perfect needle. "Like this proffeser?"

Evangeline walked excitedly to the box and took a needle out of it. Grabbing the needle she returned to her desk and placed her item on the table. She grabbed her wand, thought for a second trying to decide what to switch the needle to. I guess I should start with something simple - she thought taking a deep breath. "Fabricia tea spoon" - she said thinking hard about the tea spoon. Suddenly there was no longer a needle in front of her but a silver spoon. "Wicked" - she grinned proudly.

Antwone went up to the box to retrieve a toothpick. He turned back to his seat and set his toothpick down in front him.

"Fabricia worm!" Antwone shot his wand at the toothpick watching it its exterior crease with lines and pale skin. The only thing that was wrong was that one of the worm's head still had the sharp tip of a toothpick's.

This was what Clifford was most looking forward to, finally the chance to try some practical work, a chance to use his wand. He approached the prafessor's desk and pulled out a feather quill.

He turned around and returned to his desk, placing the quill in front of him. He would attempt to transfigure it into a silver dagger. He cleared his throat, the incantation fresh in his mind. "Fabricia dagger!" He said clearly, his wand pointing at the quill. He watched, stunned, as the quill suddenly changed. He noticed that the dagger still had a feather handle. He grinned sheepishly, not bad for a first try, he thought.

Audrey pointed to the thimble that was sitting on her desk. She stared at it for a few seconds, and then moved it to the center of her desk. She flicked her wand and said "Fabricia Hot Dog!" very confidently. She looked down, and it was still the same thimble. However, she bent over it to look closer and noticed that emitted a slight smell of mustard.

She decided that maybe she should start by trying to turn it into some other object, that was smaller than a hot dog. She then pointed her wand to the thimble and muttered "Fabricia quill!" several times, until finally it morphed into a long, sleek quill. It was the same color as the thimble had been, but other than that she believed she had done a fair job, and she was quite proud of herself.

Antwone looked over the Clifford to see he too was having a little bit of trouble with his object.

"Were you going for a dagger? I tried a worm meself. Not too good, eh?"

Clifford looked over at the boy who spoke and then back down at his feathered dagger.

"Hmmm.. yeah, I tried turning a quill into a dagger," he pointed, "see it still has the feather."

He looked over at the boy's worm and saw it had a sharp point for a head, "What did you transfigure? A needle?"

Audrey managed to grab another thimble, which she turned into a piece of parchment after just a few tries. She smiled and began to doodle with her silver quill.

Audrey looked over at a boy who she believed to be a first year, who had a pointed worm lying on his desk. "Hey, you're a first year, right?" she asked.

"And you've already changed something into a living thing? Wow! Well," she peered at it's sharp head, "it's not perfect, but I'd say that's pretty good for your first few tries. Plus, the pointy head will help it dig underground." She smiled.

"It was a toothpick," Antwone blushed, then he looked over to the girl who spoke to him. "I hadn't realized that transfiguring objects into living things was so difficult, perhaps that's why its not moving." Antwone pointed to his unmoving toothpick worm.

"Oh.." said Clifford quickly. "Um, sorry.. still it's better than my feathered dagger," he grinned and looked back at the worm, a frown creeping onto his face as he realised it had stopped moving. He looked back at the boy and raised an eyebrow. "Still.. at least we made our objects change shape.. I guess it could've been worse."

Jezz grabbed a toothpick and then sat back down. She decided to turn it into a quill. "Fabricia quill!"she said clearly, pointing her wand at the toothpick. The toothpick grew longer and sprouted a feather, but the tip of it was still just wood. "Man. This is hard." She looked over and noticed Antwone for the first time. "Hey Antwone, how's it going for you?" she said, walking over to him.

Ali approached the desk and took a needle from the box. "Fabricia Hairpin." Ali smiled as the needle started to transform itself into a shiny silver hairpin.

Antwone discarded his toothpick worm and sat got another toothpick. He sat back down to Jezzabell's question.

"I guess we'll see, eh?" Antwone pointed his wand sternly towards the toothpick and bellowed, "Fabricia quill!" Antwone watched as his toothpick began slowly change into a quill. First from the end of the toothpick came little feathers. Then it began to take on a darker tone and a metal edge at the tip. Finally it stretched itself to proper size. Antwone lifted his wand in triumph! "I did it!"

Jezz frowned. "It didn't work for me." she said holding up her feathered toothpick. She went over and grabbed another then came back.

"Fabricia goblet!" she shouted at the toothpick while pointing her wand at it. Then she watched as it stretched into the shape of one of the goblets she had seen just that morning. It started to change color into the bronze color that she had in mind, and then it changed into metal. "Wow. How did I do that?" she said, picking up her new bronze goblet.
