Clifford st quietly, watching as Antwone sucessfully transfigured a new toothpick into a quill. "Cool!" He said brightly, "Well Done! That was perfect." Feeling a need to prove himself too, Clifford took another object from the Professor's desk. He placed the golden goblet on his desk and took a deep breath, his mind concentrating on what he wanted to change it to. "Fabricia Ink Pot!" he said, pointing his wand at the goblet. The goblet slowly transfigured into an ink pot, at a closer look he noticed the ink was not black as it should have been but gold. He turned to Antwone, "I'm still having trouble with it.. but gold ink, how awesome!" He put the inkpot into his rucksack. |
Taika Ai rushed into the room and took the only empty seat left. "I'm sorry I'm late, Professor," she gushed, sniffling and wiping her nose on a hanky. "I've been sick." She took her seat and looked around the room, wondering what she'd missed in her tardiness. Everyone's wands were out andthey were making toothpicks... change... or at least trying. "How do they do that?" she wondered. |

Taika Ai looked up at the girl before her and smiled her soft smile. "Oh, thanks," she replied. "What do you think is best to start off with. I mean, we turn these," she picked up a toothpick, "wooden sticks into something right? So, should I turn it into something small at first?" |
Cora picked up her wand, and pulled a toothpick towards her. She could see some first years having trouble, but didn't say anything. "Fabricia needle!" She said, firmly. The toothpicks bega nto lengthen and go silver. She picked up the needle in front of her and admired it. "Fabricia toothpick!" Cora said, and the needle returned to its original state. |
Ali decided to transform something else. She took a toothpick from the box, closed her eyes and thought of what she could turn the toothpick into. "Fabricia rose" Ali smiled as the toothpick turned into a beautiful rose. |

Carolyn walked up and took out another object. She put the fan on her desk and pulled out her wand. "Fabricia Hogwarts, A History!" The fan transfigured into the book. She smirked, it was the exact size as her's. She opened it and went through it, making sure that the pages had the correct information on them. |
Taika Ai looked to the goblet she'd made. "That's a very nice goblet." She picked it up and looked at it. "Very nice." She wondered now what she would turn her wooden stick as she had called it into. "Hmm..." she mumbled. "Perhaps something like... Fabricia seashell!" She flicked her wand as she spoke the words, imagining the seashell. She looked to her once wooden stick. It was now a very pretty seashell, although, she noted when she picked it up, it still felt somewhat wooden. "Oh..." she said defeated. "It didn't quite work." She returned the seashell to its original form. |
Jen looked around. Wow, this is such a cool spell, she thought. Jen looked down at her quill and said Fabrica book. It was the first thing she could think of. Looking down, Jen noticed that the place where the quill had once been was now a book. She looked at it with a look of shock. This was SO cool. Jen was really happy with herself for having produced something on the first try. |
Qaz couldn't decide what to make, so she looked around at the others for inspiration. Fabricia Quill, she she said and voila, her toothpick turned into a quill. Encouraged by her triumph, she continued. Fabricia vase. An ugly vase appeared. Fabricia Pewter Bowl. Much better. |

Taika Ai nodded, feeling a bit better. She raised her wand and pictured the sea shells of her home...land. She raised the wand, "Fabricia Seashell!" Upon opening her eyes, which she'd screwed up in concentration, she saw the most beautiful replica of a seashell. The exact shape, texture... everything of the seashells from back home. She picked it up and turned it over. The underside was shiny and opalescent. The large shell was hollow, but when she put it to her ear, she could hear the ocean loud and clear. She pulled blood red hair back, to one side, in an untidy do and set the shell in her hair like she used to do. It sat perfectly on her head, no need to use her wand to stick it in place. "Thank you so much for your help." She turned back to the girl next to her. "I'm Taika Ai, by the way. Who are you?" |

Daphne sat back in her chair, trying to get her focus on changing the hair clip in front of her. She closed her eyes and repeated "Fabrica bracelet". Her goal was to turn the hair clip she had picked from the box into a bracelet. Her first attempt wasn't very successful. She opened her eyes, her face screwed up in concentration. "Fabrica Bracelet!" she said very loudly, and the clip seemed to elongate and thin out. It wasn't close to a bracelet, but it wasn't a hair clip either. Daphne shrugged and began to run her feathery quill idly across the desk. |
Ryder looked down at the paperclip he had picked out of the box. He took his wand out and pointed it at the paper clip. "Fabricia comb." He mumbled. The paperclip had transformed a little but it was half a comb and half a paper clip. "Finite" He said sternly and the paperclip was again a paperclip. "Alright lets try it again. Fabricia comb" He said pointing his wand again at the paperclip. This time it had turned into a comb. He picked it up and ran it in his hair. "Hm. Pretty cool." |
CAsey took her papperclip and looked at her wand. we can do this she thought to her wand and said. "Fabricia Braclet." NOthing happened. O yea forgot to point my wand.she thought with a laugh and then pointed and said "Fabricia braclet and it turned into one. YAY! she thought and held it up. |
Rapunzel pulled a feather out of the box and wondered what she could turn it into. "Fabrica Quill," she said strongly, and the feather oblingly changed form. Wow! She was pleased as a pumpkin. "Hmm, maybe I should try something more difficult,"she thought. "Fabrica inkpot!" she said, and was again successful. 'This isn't too bad,' she thought, noticing other students with similar success. |
Megan who had been lurking somewhere in the back was confused she had been paying attention and trying to the best of her ability but it just would not transfigure for her.Megan raised her hand to ask the Professor for help. |
Aniri pulled a toothpick out of the box and thought about what she should transfigure it into. Pulling her long dark hair back into a clip, she said "Fabricia spoon!" and with a little wave of her wand a silver spoon replaced the toothpick. "Haha, nice." |
Rapunzel thought she could go for something larger now, but still inanimate. Focusing hard, she envisioned her all-time favorite book Quidditch Through the Ages, and pointed her wand at the inkpot while declaring, "Fabrica Quidditch Through the Ages!" Amazing enough, it worked! She thought it wouldn't hurt to look through a few pages, especially since the teacher was gone... |
Jaimine smiled "What to do?" she was excitd to make something from her homeland. She took up the paperclip and pointed her wand at it "Fabrica golden quill." the paper clip changed into the golden quill her father used, she smiled and took it up. Grinning she took another paper clip and pointed her wand at it "Fabrica golden inkpot." the paper clip changed into a gold inkpot. She took out a piece of parchment and dipped the golden pen in the ink and wrote. The swallow chirped at the window of the widow. She was alone finally he had died and left her with nothing...... Jaimine smiled to herself "Briliant." |

"Oh, I just transfered in from Japan. I'm er... a first year." She always hated this part, because compared with the other first years she was rather tall and... further developed than those who were eleven-- after all, when you were as old as she was, it was hard not to be further along. "What year are you?" |
'Okay, enough Quidditch, I need Transfiguration practice,' Rapunzel thought. Then she closed her book and decided to transfigure it into a cushiony footstool. Focusing deeply upon a vibrant yellow and black footstool similar to the one in the common room, she pointed her wand and shouted, "Fabrica footstool!!!!" The book in front of her quivered and only the cover changed to resemble the stool. She lost heart a little, but flourished her wand again, and focused still more deeply on the footstool....how squishy it was....how square....the curved little feet it stood upon.... "Fabrica footstool!" she bellowed again. |
Heather sat there and lazily fliked her wand"Fabric"and watched it change before her eyes. |
