"Okay." He said and looked at his Herbology notes again. He read the first few lines and then looked up again. "Did I tell you Mum is getting me one new Goldfish!" He beamed at her. He had gotten the letter just a few days ago. Marie, his goldfish had died and he was very upset. So his stepmorther had told him she would get him a new one. He thought he could share that with Jolie. |

Jolie beamed at him. "Aww, Nic, that's great." She told him, nodding and smiling. |
Erin had spaced out for nearly ten minutes. Totally oblivious to the conversation going on around her, Erin stared off into to specific direction. Finally, she snapped out of her daze. Erin shook her head a few times before looking back towards Nicolas and Jolie. They were still talking, and neither of them seemed to notice her silence. Erin realized that she was still standing and both of them were seated at the table. Erin plopped back down into her chair. Since she didn't know what Jolie and Nic were talking about, Erin settled for looking from one to the other, a huge smile on her green face. |

Jolie smiled at Nicolas's excitement over his new goldfish. She was glad he wasn't too sad about his other one dying. But then again Nic could never be down about one thing for long. Jolie nodded, "Well.. it does stand out." She agreed with a smile at Erin. |

Dani sat by Erin reading a book. |
Diabolica looked across the table and saw, to her suprise, Dani, the boy who threatened to use an Unforgivable curse on her. "Well, well, look who it is...the boy who threatened to kill me and stated that the Dark Lord was his father..." she hissed loud enough for Dani to hear but quiet enough that Ponessa wouldn't hear. |
Antwone walked into the library with satchel over his shoulder. Saturday was usually his day to have fun and socialize; Sunday, to do homework. He needed to complete his Charms homework on the Diary Charm which was simple for him to understand in theory but not so much in practice. He looked around the library for an empty and quiet table. It was a little more crowded then usual. Antwone considered it to be so because Sunday was also the day for other students to get Monday's assignments done. When he found a seat at an empty study table he took out his quill parchment and notebook and started to write down the answer to the homework question. He took of his school robes, placed them on the back of the chair, and sat himself down comfortable before his quill, parchment and notebook. Slowly he opened his notebook to his notes and read a few of them to himself before writing down a piece of the answer. Soon, as he became more comfortable about writing about the subject, his quill started to etch across his parchment loudly. |
Sarah walked into the Library and found a corner table. She could'nt avoid homework for long. She grinned a little Homework wont hurt. "Ohk so where were we..."Sarah muttered toherself as she opened her book. She still had some Essay left. Sarah sighed and tried concentrate, hoping nobody would distract her this time. |
Clifford scanned the Quidditch section in the library. He had read "Quidditch of the Ages" too many times and decided it was time for a change. He thumbed through the books until finally one caught his attention and he pulled it off the shelf. He turned to look for a place to read and saw Sarah sitting at a nearby table, he sat opposite her and put the book, "Quidditch Teams of Britain and Ireland" on the table. "Busy with homework, huh? I finished all mine earlier." |
"Oh Hey Clifford,!"Sarah looked up at the Slytherin. "Oh Yeah.. Darn homework, I am way behind,"Sarah exclaimed ,sighing. She stretched a bit. She had been sitting there for hours. "What brings you here then,I thought You hated books,?"Sarah said grinning. |
"Well.. I dont mind if you stay behind on homework." He smirked. "Then Slytherin will over take Gryffindor in the house point totals." He really hoped Slytherin did not come last at the end of term. He raised an eyebrow at the Gryffindor. "I already told you! I don't hate books," He chuckled. "Not all books anyway, just those pointless romantic novels." He wrinkled his nose. "Now this is a proper book." He showed her the Quidditch book he just got from the shelf. |
Sarah laughed. "Of course .. I really dont care.. about the points as long as I am not getting a lecture from my mum,"Sarah said rolling her eyes. "She hates it that I am not a goody goody pants like her,"Sarah chuckled. "Quidditch Teams of Britain and Ireland" Sarah read the name. "You have good taste, at least My mum would definately have you as a son,"Sarah laughed. |
Clifford looked confused. "You don't care?" Most people he had spoke with were really competitive about winning the house cup, especially the Gryffindors, he shrugged. "It doesn't matter where Slytherin come, as long as it's not in last place." Clifford smirked and opened the cover of the book, reading the contest. "Good taste? I swear the other day you told me I had no sense.." He shook his head, bemused and started flicking through the pages. |
Double post sorry!! |
Sarah smirked. "Well its just some points, Well I am not into much competion, I think its a waste of time,"Sarah shurgged as well. "Well I am saying it.. Cause My mum's Library is filled with books like this,"Sarah told him. |
Clifford grinned. "Well, I love competition me. Any kind really, I can get really competitive and I'm a really sore loser as well." He shook his head. "I still can't believe we lost against Hufflepuff in the match." He sighed. "But hey, now we get to beat some Gryffindor's!" He chuckled and continued to flick through the pages, searching for his Quidditch team. "So your Mother likes Quidditch? My family is pretty big on it.." He suddenly remembered a previous conversation. "Oh.. but you're afraid of heights aren't you." |
"Well its just me not competing, there are others, who are sucker for the cup,"Sarah told him, laughing. "Dont get too comfortable," "She loves it like crazy, No doubt she is a great player, even now,"Sarah told him, smilingto herself, remembering the last match. "Oh yes, real afraid, Its just a stupid thing that goes around my head When I go to heights," Sarah told him, a bit red in the face. |
"I have complete faith in Slytherin." Said Clifford nodding, still looking in the book. He looked up at Sarah. "It's not stupid to be afraid of heights.. not really anyway." He thoughts moved to Evangeline, and how she was afraid of heights. "And I'm not just saying that so you don't poke me." He laughed. "So, you're Mother still plays? My Father gave it up years ago, after the injury.. but my brother still plays now and again." He began to feel uncomfortable and looked back at the book. "When he has time..." |
"Well, well, well", Excelsior commented, notcing both Cliff and Sarah in the library. "Never thought I would find the two of you here, but then I'm probably not the most likely person who would find in here either. Just studying up on a few key points, myself, what about you guys?" |
Sarah grinned. "Well I have complete faith in Gryffindor,"Sarah said laughing. "Well its not stupid, but is irratating when you have alomst all your family playing Quidditch,"Sarah said, shaking her head."Oh yes She still plays, there is no way stopping that woman,"Sarah said nodding. "Ah Hey Excelsior!,"Sarah said smiling."Studying too, trying to catch up, told you how irratating Homework is for me," |
