Professor Blaylock paced the stone floor of her circular classroom as she waited for the students to arrive. It had been a long day and she couldn't wait to get it over with. Or at least, to hurry through this lesson so that she could continue the search for the girls.
Each circular table held three black pouches, one for each occupant of the table. Blaylock's own table in the centre of the classroom held a similar pouch and her customary cup of tea. It had probably gone cold now though, as she had not touched it in the past ten minutes.
OOC: Come in, take a seat and we'll begin the lesson soon.

Ariana jumped slightly as Molly jumped up and went to the Slytherin girl ."Molly...don't" she whispered softly as she heard her shout at the girl. She could feel her block loosening its hold and struggled to hold it in place.

Natasha Thalia Blaylock-Erikson was generally known as a mild-tempered woman, but every woman had her limits. And it seemed as if she had reached hers. She raised her wand arm and brought it down with in a violent version of a swish and flick, causing the entire room to descend into silence.
"Enough." she didn't raise her voice, but the tone would send chills up her own husband's spine, "I am not a kindergarten teacher and I assume you all possess a developed mind."
She walked back to her table, the Silencing charm still in place, and picked up her teacup. She took a dainty sip before setting it back down and turning to the class, "Shall I take the charm off or do you prefer to be rendered mute for the rest of the hour?" | |

Cassandra put her hand down... How was she supposed to answer that. She'd deal with the idiotic Hufflepuffs... maybe there was enough amortentia for them as well... her lip curled. Moretti, and Evans along with Blaylock all fawning over Dresden... she shook her head. As amuzing as that sounded... she would have been expelled.

ARiana flinched, wishing everyone would calm down, it was doing nothing to help her block which she had spent months prefecting. Breathing slowly, she nodded at the professor with an apologetic look on her young face and sat, ready for the lesson to finally begin. Her own emotions were out of wack already and she felt her face flush at the sound of Blaylocks voice.

The moment Professor Blaylock started talking, he was trying to jumble words in his brain so he could speak them out. But when he opened his mouth, nothing came out.

Sighing, Leo stood up from his table, walked over to the Professor, (since she's short) he lifted her and squished her into a hug as though saying he was sorry.

Rapunzel was about to thank the kind first year for saying, "Bless you," but wasn't able to when the class was suddenly silenced. She was kind of disappointed; after all, Leo and Evan were just warming up! So instead she sat there with wide, innocent green eyes, at the mercy of the teacher.

Whende opened and closed her mouth. Not a sound. Woo! I'm a MIME! Trapped inside a box. Oooooooooooh, scary voice. Her mouth snapped shut again. But once Blay's anger had subsided a little, she went back to miming, moving her arms about as if she were surrouded by walls. Trapped. Inside a box. Nice smelly box.
Which truly didn't make sense. Trick was still being detained with Henry the Toad and she was pretty sure that it wasn't raining outside. However, there was the slightest chance that the castle was on fire.
Gasp! FIRE! She frantically waved her arms around, jumping up and down. They were going to burn up. Like Geleira. All in fire and flames.

Natasha was just about to take the charm off when Leo Moretti approached her. She eyed him warily and let out an undignified squeak as she was lifted and caught in a bone-crushing hug. She looked down at him with a frown, "Mr Moretti! This is highly irregular, I insist you put me down right this instant."
She said this all in what she hoped was a commanding tone, but she had a feeling she just looked comical.

He was about to say something meaningful to Leo, whom he was getting along with for the first time in his life, but the words just wouldn't get out. Maybe that was for the best. For a second, he thought he had a sudden voice extinction, but then he noticed Blaylock's angry glare and understood what had happened. Evan simply pouted and crossed his arms, looking warily at the weird Gryffindor girl who kept waving her arms around. As if silencing them would keep them from doing silly things. As if.

Ponessa jumped as the professor contained the noise of the class. She blinked hard a few times and shifted in her chair.
She glanced around at the rest of the class as the Professor was enveloped by the student. She swallowed hard and recoiled into her chair.

Leo ignored what Blaylock had asked (ordered really.) him to do. He could play that he was deaf and can't talk. Ahh well. Enjoying the time squishing Blaylock, he did a twirl with her in his arms. This was fun! Twirling with a Professor. Leo should do it sometimes.

Natasha didn't want to get violent, but when Leo picked her up, she had dropped her wand and she couldn't just disarm him with a simple spell. So she resorted to doing what she really did not want to do.
She smacked him hard on his shoulder (at least it wasn't the head, although that was what she was going for), "5 points from Hufflepuff, Leonardo Moretti and it's 5 more if you do not put me down right this instant."

Noticing that Leo was now twirling Blaylock around like a mere doll, Evan decided it was time to stop this madness. He jumped out of his seat and ran to the front of the class, and grabbed Leo by the shoulders. He mouthed "STOP IT" but the boy just wouldn't obey. Panicking, Evan thus envelopped both Leo and Blaylock in his arms, hoping that would stop there mad dance-like hug. | |
