Posted on the door to the classroom is a large piece of paper. It's obvious the poor Headmistress wants to continue teaching but cannot manage to tear herself away from all that is happening in the school. The paper read:

Lesson 3/Final Exam

Due: September 9th, midnight EST

For your final assignment, I'd like you to take what you've learned regarding spellcasting and duelling and put it into practice. Find a partner and head to the Duelling Arena. You will be required to cast 3 spells and to attempt to dodge three spells. I will observe your duel and grade you based on form, pronunciation, and spell casting. This grade will count as your final exam grade, and it is worth up to 50 points per partner in the duel.


OOC: Basically, this is what I want: Either in the Duelling Arena, via PM, or via MSN, I want you to duel with another student. Take turns casting spells and dodging spells, but you need to EACH cast 3 spells (total of at least 6 spells cast). Use some variety, but also remember what year your character is in as they duel. If you can't find a partner, PM me and I'll duel with you. HOWEVER, you only have about 5 days, so do not blame me if your duel isnt' finished because of scheduling issues. After your duel is complete, cut and paste the duel and PM it to me. I will not hunt for it, so you must send it to me for credit. Please put 50 points of effort into it, as I never give away free points.
