Professor Pride sits on her desk in her normal fashion, sodding to each student as they pass. Beside her desk is a large wooden crate, filled with... something. Various thumping noises come from the box, but Professor Pride seems not to notice. OOC: Company has just shown up at my house. Kennedy entered the Transfiguration classroom briskly with Aurora and took a seat at the front of the room. She greeted Professor Pride, "Good afternoon ma'am!" and began removing supplies from her tote bag. She was completely oblivious to the noises emanating from a box in the room until she settled herself down and wrote the date on her parchment. Curious about what the box contained, Kennedy anxiously awaited the start of the lesson.

[COLOR="Purple"]Aurora walked in right behind KK and took her seat. She saw the box sitting there and was a bit scared about what may jump out. The way this past week has gone, what with paint flying everywhere and a teaching coming out of the cupboard and her falinng and cracking her head last night, she was a little apprehensive. But she held her head up the best she could, cause it really hurt and greeted the professor.
"Good Day, Professor Pride. Are we going to play with a boggart today?"
I sure hope not, that is how i got my bump on my head last night.[/COLOR]

Natalie entered the classroom and beamed at Professor Pride, "Hello Professor!" she greeted as she took her usual seat at the front of the class.
She heard thumping noises coming out of the wooden crate and she bit her lip, curiously, wondering what was inside the box. She was quite eager to learn as much Transfiguration as she could, as it would help her when she left the school at the end of term.

Amelia pranced into the class, looking forward to another Transfiguration lesson. She spotted a few students she recognized from other houses, and then walked over to sit next to Kerry. "Hey hun! Looking forward to class today?" She laughed and swung her bag on the table, hardly noticing the noise from the box near the professor's desk. Upon removing parchment from her bag and dating it on the top, she then became aware of of the noise.
Well, this is going to be a fun lesson... she thought, laughing to herself.

Tag slowly crept into the back of the classroom, hands stuck deep into his pockets, and gazed around the room with an air of nonchalance. He was whistling faintly. He looked suspiciously like a man who was trying desperately on all pretenses to appear carefree, unconcerned and certainly not liking anyone in particular.
He spotted the redhead immediately, and was caught in a conundrum. Any other day he would've made straight for her and dropped into the next seat without a second thought. However, this being the day after his revelation in Professor Erikson's office, it seemed to make more sense to do the opposite and go sit with Kerry or Kennedy instead, avoid her like the plague. But surely she would suspect something. . . even if I want to say something to her eventually, now's not the time. Maintain secrecy at all costs!
He had a fit of inner conflict, but it looked like the class was about to start. Hurry up! Do something unsuspicious! Quickly, Tag sauntered up behind Bucky, grabbed a thick lock of red shiny hair and gave it a hard yank. "Hey Buckaroo! How's tricks?"
Tag slammed his books onto the desk next to her, looking extremely pleased with himself. Oh yeah, that was good.

Whende bounced in, twirling the end of her feather boa around her finger. She looked around for a seat, just for a second, before decided that she wasn't going to sit down. Not just yet.
Instead, she hopped up to Bucky and Tag and, with the biggest grin she could muster, and leaned on Bucky's desk. "Hey, Stick People! How are you this loverly afternoon?" She eyed the nearest seat, ready to jump into it when class started.

Celestina was busy doodling senselessly on the piece of parchment before her. It was habit she just had to quit! Especially, since her doodles ended up looking like mutated beasts that belonged in muggle science fiction movies. As she kept going over the same circle over and over with her self-inking quill, she didn't notice the boy creeping up behind her. She felt a yank and her head snapped back and the forward as the attacker let go. Bucky spun on her chair and nearly shoved her index finger up the boy's nostril before realizing who it was. Holding her breath she tried making sense of it all. What the--
"Tricks?" She repeated and turned back to her parchment, brows furrowed, heart beating banging furiously on her chest begging to be let lose so it could run away screaming and kicking. "You're...weird," she added and gave him an odd look.
Okay, so what had happened to her plan of sweeping him off his feet? And why in the world of witches and wizards had he pulled her hair? She rubbed the sore spot.

"Shouldn't you take a seat? Now?!" Bucky exclaimed, panicking and felt her ears turn hot.

Hurrah, she'd called him 'weird'! Worked like a charm. I am the master. Now to just keep it up. Tag fumbled with his hands, opening textbooks he'd never bothered to read and trying to find where they would be this lesson. Not that he was going to be able to pay attention. Not now.
"What do you mean, Stick People?" Tag squinted and poked at Rainbow Brite, who'd just accosted the two of them with her blinding hair. "Are you saying I'm a stick?" He looked down at himself and pinched his stomach worriedly. If he got too thin, he wouldn't be able to play Beater. Tag prided himself on being fit to play every position on the team. I can fix that. Digging around in his bag, Tag produced a stale pumpkin pasty and started knawing on the crust with determination.

Bucky let go of Whende's arms and clutched the parchment on her desk, crumpling out of frustration. She tried not to look at Tag and not because he was eating a pasty that probably had resided in his pocket for weeks. This was horrible. All her plans. All her will and her determination was gone. All thanks to a stupid stick people in denial conversation she had struck up with crazy Whende the Not So Wise.
"What she meant was," she said turning to Tag nervously, not wanting him to ask anymore questions. "Uh--It's just some new slang word that's going around Hogwarts. It means---happy?"
