Davina walked into the COMCH. It was certainly busy and it was only just a few days into the new term. Never-the-less she was determined to earn points for her house. Seeing as she loved animals it was a very convenient way to go indeed. She spotted the Professor and walked over to her."I know there is alot to do, but I cant decide, so please assign me to a job and I'll get started right away.I promise to do my best."she said with a pleasant smile.

Molly entered and noticed right away that there were cages to be cleaned and animals to be fed. She rolled up her sleeves, headed to the nearest cage and started cleaning. Having grown up on a farm, she was quite comfortable with all the creatures. "If there is anything else I can do to help, just let me know" she said as she continued to clean.

Kennedy entered the Magical Creature Hospital for the 2nd time in 2 days. She had enjoyed her time spent here yesterday so much that she made the hospital the first stop on her list of places to visit today. As she walked through the hospital, she immediately noticed the two augureys that she had tended to yesterday - separating them, cleaning their cages, and just giving them some attention. She stopped briefly to say hello to them again today and noticed that their cages were both still very clean. Kennedy informed them that she would be back to visit with them as soon as she helped out a bit around the hospital.

Kennedy continued to walk around the hospital until she came upon a series of tanks containing various kinds of fish, or at least, what almost looked like fish. The first tank contained what Kennedy recognized as a shrake by it numerous spines, though this little guy looked to have had a few pulled off, perhaps in a fight? Kennedy made a mental note to ask Professor Dainsie about its injury before she left the hospital. As she continued down the row f tanks, Kennedy next came upon an unlabeled tank containing a fish that looked very ill. It appeared as if the fish was once one bright silver color, but now it had splotches of shiny silver amongst a murky greyish-brown color. It appeared to be struggling while trying to weigh down a small boat floating in the top of the tank. While trying to recall what type of creature this was, Kennedy spotted Professor Dainsie tending to another animal in the hospital. Kennedy approached the professor and said, "Professor Dainsie, I was looking at the fish in the tanks against that wall and I am having trouble identifying one of them. Could you possibly tell me what the sort of-silvery fish is in this tank?" Kennedy pointed to the struggling fish in the second tank and then continued, "And also, what happened to this little shrake in this tank over here? He looks like he got a bit damaged!"

Amparo smiled. The place was really nice and a lot of people were willing to help. Sh went to to the Proffesor and asked: " Professor, how does the adoption of creatures work?"

Cora walked into the Magical Creature Hospital. She loves working with animals and helping those that are sick. She walks around trying to find the professor when she spots her over in the corner of the room. "Professor, is there anything that I could do here for the sick animals?" Cora waited patiently for her response.

Katie was tired out. She had cleaned tons of cages, moved animals into bigger cages, and played with all of the creatures that wanted attention. She even brushed the unicorn. Most people wouldn't of stayed as long, but she loved almost every beast on the planet. Well, except for dragons.
"I think I'll take a break, Professor Dainsie," Katie said before running off to the orchard.

"Ah, nice eye. The fish is a Ramora, he's not too well unfortunately. And the shrake we aren't sure, but something made a bit of a mess of him. He'll be able to go back home soon though."

"Animals that are up for adoption have a red tag on their cage. You just take a look around and find one you think you'll be compatible with, then come see me. I'll give you a form to fill out and some equipment to look after it."

Amparo went to a place in which there were a lot of cages with cats in their inside. Amparo smiled at the view of them They were so cute! Immediately she fell in love with one little white which was sleeping. It was the most beautiful little thing on earth. "Proffesor Dainsie, I love that little white cat. Do you think I could do a good job taking care of it? "

"Oh, well that's good that the shrake will be ok. Do you think the Ramora is going to make it if he's doing this badly? How do you treat what the little guy has? Is there anything I can do for him? I hate to see him suffer. Maybe a water change or a tank cleaning or something?" Kennedy hoped she could do something to make the little ramora's life a little easier. As much as she loved spending time with the animals in the hospital, it also hurt her heart a bit to see them in pain or suffering even in the slightest.

Jack entered once again...and said "excuse me..do I need any requirements to adopt an animal?" she said

Davina smiled and walked off towards the crups and kneazels.She wondered if the professor would let her take them for a walk along the lake. She went over to them and one by one she tickled their tummies and scratched behind their ears. Her pet crup Striker loved to have his tummy rub. She then fed them and gave them bath before timidly walking back to the profesor.
"Professor would it be ok if I took them for a walk?..I figured that they might want to get out of their cages for a while.
One crup in particular, was stratching frantically against his cage, he obviously missed her already. She shifted her gaze from him back to the professor."I'll get the leashes and everything, and I'll make them each little name tags and get them back here safe. I promise."

Pauline smiled even more as the Proffesor waved. She went to go get Scoops tack, after she ahd dried him off and groomed him. She put his tack on and hopped on heading toward the courtyard.

Dinara walked into the Magical Creature Hospital. She had heard so much about it from other students and she absolutely loved all magical animals that she decieded to go and see if she could help in the hospital. Dinara hated seeing the animals sick and wanted to help in anyway possible to get the injured animals back up to full health. She looked around for a moment and then decided to ask if she could help.

Dinara spotted Professor Dainsie and asked rather shyly, "Hi Professor. My name is Dinara. I was just wondering...do you need any help?"

Elise had a lot of fun playing with the Unicorn. She had fun labelling the animals cages as well now that you think about it. She hoped that she had earned ravenclaw some points. She hardly earns her house any points. She walked over to Professor Dainsie and said. "Thank you for letting me spent time with the Unicorn Professor." She said. "I better leave now." She said and started to walk towards the door.

Nikki walked into the Magical Creature Hospital. She was excited to have a look around and was very upset to see some magical animals that were ill. "Professor, Is there anything i can do to help these sick magical creatures out?"

While waiting for Professor Dainsie to come up with something to do, Nikki started to have a look at all the magical creatures. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw a beautiful blue little spec. As she took another look, Nikki saw that it was a tiny blue bird that had caused her to turn around. She immediately recognised this bird to be a Jobberknoll, as it made no sound and Nikki had studied this bird last year.

She also passed a rude bird which was calling out insults, Nikki giggled slightly as she continued to look at the magical creatures.

Lastly Nikki saw a Billywig, which is native to her own country Australia. She watched the Billywig for several moments in astonishment, laughing as it buzzed around its cage. "Oh Professor, i would just love to adopt a Billywig. It reminds me so much of home. I don't suppose the Billywigs are up for adoption are they?"

Molly continued cleaning cages and occasionally stopped to play with a creature or two. She just loved being there. It reminded her of home and she wanted to be as helpful as she could while at Hogwarts. When she saw the professor enter the room she called out from behind a cage "Hello, Professor Danise! If there is anything else you would like me to do, please let me know. I have cleaned all the cages on the south and west wall, and I am starting on this last row now." Molly had a gigantic smile on her face as she spoke.

While Kennedy waited for Professor Dainsie, she decided to show her new friend Daniel around the Hospital. She led him over to the pair of augureys that she had spent time with previously and asked him what he thought of their somewhat vulture-like appearance. "Well, what do you think?"

Daniel smiled. He didn't have any voice. He hadn't seen many animals like this, so he was intrigued.

Andy had worked the hospital in his spare time before. His first day of classes were over and he could do his prep work later. He entered the store room and began to stack the delivery of feed in the right spots. It was hard dirty work and while he sometimes used magic to do it there he felt like a good old fashion muscle workout. He grabbed the first sack of feed and lifted it to his shoulder. He found the spot for the unicorn feed and drop the sack onto the pile. He took time to adjust it so the pile would be neat and safe.

He continued to move the feed and put the different kinds where they belonged. Some sacks were heavier that others. He worked hard for over an hour before he decided he needed a drink. He walked across the store work to the water jug, taking a cup he filled it. He aways enjoyed water best after he had been working hard. In fact that was about the only time he drank it, most other times he would have grabbed pumpking juice or a butterbeer. After he drank his fill, he returned to work.

"Well that's what you need to tell me. It's part of the agreement that you sign that you promise to take good care of any animal you adopt. I can make spot inspections and if things aren't up to scratch, the animal must return to the hospital."

She looked unsure. "I'm not sure right now if he's going to be ok. A special potion has been put into its water, so we can only wait and watch. If he doesn't improve within the week... so let's hope he does."

"Yes, there's a special form you need to sign, and you need to prove that you can be responsible and look after an animal by doing some time here in the hospital."

"That would be wonderful!" she replied smiling brightly. "They really desperately need some exercise. Have fun!"

"You must be Australian then huh? Fantastic! I am too, I was born there and still spend a great deal of time there in the holidays and sometimes on weekends." A nostaligic smile spread across her face. "But I'm sorry, Bilywigs aren't domesticated animals so they aren't up for adoption. There is a large cage of them here though that you can visit any time."

Kennedy was saddened to hear that the sick ramora might not make it, but understood that sometimes all you can do is wait and see. She decided that she would try to return daily to check on the little guy and give him some encouragement, even if the ramora had no idea she was there. But for now, Kennedy needed to head to the library to get some studying done before the start of classes.

Bire walked into the little building. She saw all different types of animals. She was bored and just wanted to hepl out. She loved animals a lot."Excuse me is anyone here, Can I help out." She called to the room/

"I'll do a good job, Professor. I fell in love with this kitty the minute I saw her. I'll take care of her, I promise you. And I'l bring her here if I think somethings not right. But you'll see, everything's going to be perfect!" She said, and smiled. She was going to own that beautiful animal and it was going to be the most well cared cat in the whole world.

Nat heard the Professor's announcement and edged up to see what kinds of animals were there. She was amazed at the different varieties that she had neevr seen before. When at home, Nat had managed to read a fair bit of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them so she was excited to clap eyes on the creatures that she had read about.

She saw the other students busy themselves with the different jobs so she walked up to a creature that looked quite familiar. Her cousin had a ferret so she was quite used to these animals. Nat started to clean one of the cages when she was surprised that the ferret-like animal started to talk to her and what it was saying wasn't pretty. Nat couldn't help but immaturely laugh at the things that it was coming out with. "So, you would be a Jarvey," she chuckled, looking at the creature in the eyes, smiling. After she cleaned the cages, she labelled the cages, loving these not-so-little animals.

Linda walked into the Creature Hospital. "Is there anything I can help you with, Professor?" she asked and then admired the animals around her. There were Crups, Billywigs and even kittens all around her, being muggle born they seemed very strange to her. One of the animals she didn't recognise was digging in the dirt and Linda watched it. She thought it was looking for food but it came up with a few galleons in its mouth and it started playing with them. Eventually it got bored and saw her looking at it. It came up to her and sat down. Linda smiled and squatted on her hunches and tentatively petted it with her left hand. It seemed quite content, just sitting there when it grabbed her watch and tried to pull it off my wrist. "What?" Linda said in surprise and tried to hold it steady in between her legs while she tickled it's jaw and pried open it's mouth. She checked if it was still worked while she stood up and relieved that it was she pocketed it.
