Ariana was about to add a few dots of yellow to her forhead when she got hit by a paint ball in the chest. Looking up she saw professor Lainey throwing the paint and couln't help but grin. "Ouch!" she said in shock, than laughed. Man she loved this class! Instead of throwing paint back, in which case she'd get into trouble for she mearly shook it off and wrote information down into her paint splattered notebook. |

"Oh no," she replied in disbelief, "I'll never be interested in boys." Like the little naive girl she was. She continued with the pink and drew a circle on each of Bucky's temples and filled them in. Then a boy spilled paint all over Bucky and some splashed on her as well. She remained silent for a while as she continued to paint purple squiggles on Bucky's face when she returned. |
Bucky didn't have time to react to have just seen Hirty in the cupboard. What was he doing there? Looking for bundimun or something? Next thing she knew she was jumping away from a flying ball of blue fury! Lainey was off her rockers. First singing to mermaids now war paint. Then Eliza dared call her weird and crazy. Celestina hid underneath a desk and squirted Lainey and Hirty with red paint. Why did it have to be blue paint? Blue?! Of all the colors. Her stomach churned and then she sent a paint pallet at Eliza. Heh. Now she felt a little bit better. Bucky spotted Elly gazing into space, brush in hand. "Get down here, silly," she exclaimed and dragged the girl down to safety with her and handed her a blue and red paint tube. "I don't know how good you are with a wand so just, aim and squeeze!" |
Chloe was jotting down some more notes when her whole arm and hand that she was writing with turned a bright shade of blue. Her eyes widened and she just stared for a moment before glancing at the rest of her skin. Yep. Blue. She crossed her eyes and concentrated on her nose for a moment. No... her nose was still tan. She pulled her hair in front of her face and blinked at it. "Blue, too. Well, I've always wanted blue hair but this is too much," Chloe mumbled, referring to the fact that all of her was now blue except her face. It was kind of cool. "Professor, is this going to come off? Sometime as soon as the moment I walk out the door, right? I wouldn't mind showing off my hair, though..." After a while more of taking notes, Lainey suddenly announced a paint fight. "NO! No paint fight! If anyone gets anything but blue on me, YOU ARE SO TOAST!" Without hesitating, Chloe ran for the door. If the woman even tried to send streamers after her again, she would so make a scene. It was bad enough that she wasn't her normal color anymore. What was even worse was that there were colors flying around that could totally clash the blueness she had going on! No way did she want to stay here. |
Ali ducked as as a paint ball flew past her head, but didn't realize that another one was coming underneath that one. green paint splattered all over her face and her robes. She giggled a little. |

Now covered in green, red and bluepaint, she took her pink paint and squirted the closest person, who happened to be Aurora. She smirked when she saw the paint hit her shoulder. "Got yah!" she said giggling as she ducked another paint ball aimed at her head. She hurridly put her bag under her chair as she got up and hid under her desk. |
Aurora was still seeing stars from her fall a few minutes before. Just then she was hit in the shoulder from a paint ball and then all she knew was she was hitting the floor and everything went dark. |
Lainey used her History book as a shield, but it was no match for the massive paint flow Mr. Hirty had dumped on her head. "Great Merlin!" Lainey quickly locked her classroom door and shut everyone in. Rae would kill her for this, but they were having fun no less. "I told you all you'd all be painted before it was all said and done!" Lainey giggled and shot a firework display of paint over her class. Rainbow paint rained down on them all. "Now, you're all Pinocchio! Attention seeking, painted wooden boys!" Lainey was a maniac, no doubts there, but she would never ever let History be boring. "Everyone, attention, class, class!" Lainey waved her wand as it still spouted out paints at everyone. "Does anyone know how the story ends?" Quote:

Eleanor shot out from under the desk to answer the question, just in time for the rainbow of paint to fall on her. She wiped her eyes clear, and spit out paint that had fallen into her mouth. She answered while giggling, "I believe it ends with the Faerie turning him into a real boy." She remember vaguely from when her father had watched it with her and her brother when she was a little younger. |
"He tells the truth, he's reunited with his father, and they all lived happily ever after?" Caitlin asked. "And, of course, Pinocchio gets to be a real boy!" |
Molly was laughing hysterically as the paint splattered against her robes and skin. This was the most fun she had ever had in a class. She glanced over and saw a girl hit the floor. "Oh, that can't be good." |
Aurora slowly came to... but oh man was she dizzy. Her head was throbbing. She seemed to be hallucinating cause there were colors flying all over her. Maybe if i just close my eyes again the colors will stop moving. And that is what she did. she laid there with her head swimming trying not to think about all the colors around her. |
Sebastian covered his eyes and the rainbow paint came down on him. He looked at his robes, glad he'd be able to remove the color later. He looked back up at the professor. She was even more off the wall today than usual. He almost answered her question, pretty sure he knew the answer, but decided that he'd keep quiet. |
Pinocchio gets turned into a real boy at the end of the tale, profssor." |

Celestina winced with multi-colored paint came raining down on the desk they had chosen to hid underneath and the room was starting to resemble a nice....brown poo colored pool. There was pain strewn enough to swim around in. "Astronomy? I've always been fond of the moon," she commented offhandedly and pointed her wand at the floor wondering how much damage would a scourgify spell make. |
Molly raised her hand "Professor, the story ends happily ever after." |

"Nice to meet you Niky. My name's Christian. I'm a first year Claw. I'm actually new to the whole country." It was a good thing that Niky was about near to being done. The paint ball fight started and Christian was quick to duck to the floor. He pulled Niky down with him so that she wouldn't get paint on her. Christian took a few paintballs to the head, colouring his hair blue, orange, green, and red. Remembering that Shadow the kitten was in his bag, he ran over and picked up the paint soddened bag. He brought the bag over to where Niky was and lifted the kitten out of the bag. Christian cradled the fuzzball in arms and checked to make sure that he was all right. Shadow was fine, apart from being slightly coloured by paint puddles. Christian covered Shadow with a blanket from inside his bag to make sure Shadow wouldn't become more colourful than he already was. |
Sam was almost done painting, He had purple hair and a blue face with orange around his eyes. He wasnt sure why he was doing this but it was kinda fun. The paintballs were just so fun to paint with |

Her arm fell out from under her due to the slipperiness. She was having a hard time getting back up, but with much effort she finally accomplished the task with a huff. Her hair was caked and dripping with mud colored paint and felt like she had a ton of bricks weighing down each side of her head. |
Sam looked around he had some muddy colored paintballs in his hand he ducked and as he did he threw the paint balls ever which way pegging people that were around him |

A fireworks display of rainbow-colored paint errupted and Chloe, with lightning fast reflexes, dove under a table and watched it all fall down. "Heck no was that going to mess up my complete blueness that I just started liking." Once it was over, she sat back in her seat and listened to the rest of the class answer Lainey's question. She never knew how the story of Pinocchio ended, so when people started giving answers, she jotted everything down. The one thing Chloe had learned from the actual lesson was that she should be glad her nose didn't get big everytime she told a lie. The more she looked at herself she realized that she really looked good in blue. A thanks to Lainey was totally in order. |
Patrick had managed to avoid the paint fight for the most part by ducking under his desk. Now however he couldn't miss the opportunity to lob some paint at Bucky. A stream of greeny orange shot at her landing in her hair. He grinned. Right on target. |
Lainey petted the top of poor Aurora's head as she continued her lesson. "There's two versions, actually. And then there is my own personal version. I'll give you the two original, muggle versions first. One, of course, is like what most of you had said: Pinocchio, through his own good deeds and changed ways becomes a real boy and lives happily ever after." Boring. "There's a slightly more dark version where Pinocchio doesn't change his ways and is hung by an angry." Lainey quickly glanced to Mr. Hirty, unsure of how he'd take her slightly.. dark... stories. Then she looked to Leo who would probably start crying. Odd boy, that one. Must be that soft Hufflepuffness. "And then, there is my own personal bit of the story where Pinocchio actually never got changed back from a donkey. Somewhere.. out there.. Pinicchio is heeing and a hawing as a donkey boy!" Lainey briefly pondered having a pet donkey. "Anyone else have another theory? Questions? Comments?" Lainey was drenched to the skin in paint and the house elves were going to kill her. "Every get your artistic vibes out now, because once class is over - no more paint war. Headmistress Rae will have us all hung up by our toes in detention!" |
