Kerry saw a Gryffindor poke another student and looked over at her and shook her head... the points lead was so close, silly things like that were not worth losing points over. She felt the students around her getting restless and hoped that they would settle down, as she jotted down a few notes to herself.

Ariana stopped drawing and picked up her quill, realizing she could finish later now that she had an outline. She looked around and noticed a Ravenclaw look upset. She understood, loosing pionts was horrible, especially so close to the beginning of the term. Taking a deep breath to calm herself, she remembered her CoMC lesson and smiled. That would always hceer her up now.

Ariana had all the stuff that would be needed for this lesson. Her quill was sitting next to her clean sheet of parchment, her ink bottle tightly sealed until ready beside her quill and her wand in her pocket. She would take it out when needed. She waited with patient ease for the lesson to continue, in an attempt to ignore the two Slytherins who were talking.
