Brooke took her vial and found an open closet. She tossed it on the floor. There was a really dim light that lasted for about 4 seconds. She rolled her eyes. "And bang goes all that work." she said to herself. Picking up the vial again she went back into the classroom.

Torie smiled confidently as she strode towards the closets where they would be testing their completed potions. She already knew her potion worked, having accidently broken one vial already in the classroom. She pulled a pair of sunglasses from her bookbag pocket, having already experienced the bright glare her potion produced. She picked a closet, and turning the handle, entered into the dark space. Shutting the door behind her, she retrieved her vial of potion from the inside pocket of her robe. Taking a deep breath, she threw the vial against the floor.

The vial didn't break. Torie just looked at it. "Sure," she said. "Now you don't break! Why couldn't you have been this strong in the classroom?" Sighing, she bent down and picked up the resilient little vial. This time, she chucked the vial as hard as she could against the stone floor of the closet. A bright flash assaulted her eyes for a few seconds, but dimmed momentarily and went out, leaving no trace behind but a few glass fragments and some spots in front of Torie's eyes. Using the spell Erinelle had taught her, she quickly cleaned up the broken glass and exited the closet in order to write down her observations for the Professor.

Maya wandered into a closet. She didn't shut herself completely, but closed it so there would be no light. She pulled out a vial and held it tight. She hoped that her fake-out recipe worked and chucked it at the floor. There was a loud BANG heard and the closet was too bright inside. She held her eyes cloed for a little while. Maybe about 5 minutes later, she opened her eyes and the light had dimmed, but was still on. She became wide-eyed.

Still, after ten minutes after, the light was still on. It was still slightly dimmed light, but the closet was roomy enough for a private talk session with someone. She smiled bright as the light. About five minutes after, the light finally dimmed. She came out of the closet and took the glass pieces, and threw them into the nearest garbage bin. She dusted her hand and wrote her observations on a piece of parchment.

AJ exited the Potions classroom and clutched her vial closely as she bumped her way passed the students and found an empty closet. she entered quickly and shut the door behind her. she pulled out sunglasses and pushed the sleeve of her robes up and positioned her arm so she can see the watch which was lit up right now. she thru her vial hard at the floor marking the time, and was surprised at how bright it was and had to squint anyways even with the sunglasses on. she blinked hard, waiting for it to go out, as it faded away and finally went out she looked at her watch again, 'wow, this had lasted for quite a while,' she told herself. about 7 seconds of blindingly bright light, she would report to the Professor, maybe longer. she opened the closet door, took off the sunglasses, and blinked a bunch trying to get her eyes used to normal light again. the sunglasses hadn't helped much at all. after several minutes of standing there blinking and rubbing her eyes, she finally quit seeing spots. she turned back to scorgify her glass mess and residue from the closet before heading back to return to the classroom.

Dis walked up to a closed closet door and knocked. When she didn't hear anything from the other side, she cracked it and stuck her head in to find that it was unoccupied. SHe walked in a shut the door behind her, darkness enveloping her.

SHe pulled her wand from her robs and said "Lumos." Her wand tip lit up, giving her a small out of light to guide her through the remainder of her task. She reached into an inner robe pocket and pulled out her vial of potion. SHe contemplated on uncorking it but decided against it, realizing that the vial would get broken anyway.

"Nox." The light on the tip of her wand went out and darkness surrounded her again. SHe felt the glass in her hand, holding it briefly before throwing it into a corner. She heard glass shatter and a brillant light erupted from the target point. It was a shimmering bright white light and lit up the small closet greater than what natural daylight could do. In this light she could see just how tiny the closet actually was and saw that her feet were sprayed with glass particles large and small.

She light shimmered for a solid minute before it started to fade. It took a few minutes for it to fade completely and Dis was once again wrapped in darkness. "Lumos." Her wand tip lit up again. She pointed it at the mess on the floor and murmered "Evanesco" and the glass and remaining liquid disappeared. She picked up her bag and exited the tiny closet.

Herlucy walked towards a empty closet and went inside.It was very dark in the closet,Herlucy couldn't see anything.Feeling worried that there would be no light at all,she threw the vial to the ground.
A light shone brightly for about 2 minutes.Feeling pleased with herself,Herlucy cleared up the broken vial and left the closet.

Neva walks into an empty closet and has to blink a few times before her eyes will adjust to the darkness. She rummages around in her pocket and pulls out a small vial of her potion. "I hope this goes well" she mutters.

Neva counts to five and then throws her vial to the ground. It smashes on the ground before emitting a strong, purple beam of light. "Huh? is it supposed to be that colour?" Neva asks herself as she glares at her creation, utterly confused. "Oh well. At least I made light. Yay me!" Neva smiles, doing her patented happy dance. " I better go report back to the professor. I hope he won't be too displeased with my potion" she grimaces.

She uses a quick scourgify spell to clean up the fallen shards of glass before turning on her heel and heading back into the classroom.

Athena took her remaining vial and made her way back to the closets along the Potions Corridor. Finding an empty closet, she opend the door wide so that she could see everything that was in the closet before stepping inside. She stepped inside carefully making sure not to trip over anything, and closed the door behind her. She felt a few seconds of panic, but she willed herself to stay calm.

Taking the vial out of her pocket, she held it in her hand, still taking deep breaths. She counted to three and threw the vial as hard as she could. Nothing. Taking out her wand and leaning down she was about to say "Lumos" when A bright flash of light went off right in her eyes, blinding everything. Screaming she fell back and hit her head on the door, causing it to open. She lay there for a couple seconds half in the closet, reganing the breath that she had knocked out of her self, and waiting for the room to stop spinning, and her sight to return.

She finally regained enough of her sight to see that there was still some dim light being emmitted near the floor. making a mental note to not ever make this potion again unless she had to, she used the scourgify spell she had seen others using, and went back to the classroom to write down her results.

She hoped that noone had seen her fall, and made a mental note to go to the hospital wing, especially after she moved her hand and saw a small amount of blood on her fingers.

Caitlin took her vial into the closet, smiling slightly. Any class where she got to break things was perfectly fine with her. Caitlin bit her lip, her eyes twinking, and threw the vial to the ground.

She expected the light to be dim, but to her surprise, it shone so brightly that she had to close her eyes. In fact, even when they were closed, she could still see the light.

Finally, after a couple of intense seconds, the light passed. Caitlin jumped, excited that she'd done it right, and opened her closet door to scribble down her findings.

Sini open the door to one of the closets down the hall from the potions class. Now was the time to see if here first attempt at potions had been successful or not.

Seeing that no one was using the closet she picked she closed the door behind her and tossed the vial from class across the floor. Instantly a bright light emitted from the vial. The intensity surprised her, but rather quickly the light went out. "Now that can't be right", she thought to herself.

She cleaned up the mess she made from her vial and returned to the classroom, considering what her testing could mean.

Ali walked down the corridor and up to one of the closets, holding her vial. She stepped into and empty closet and dropped her vial on the floor. She was a bit disappointed at first because her light was a bit dim, but after a few seconds it started to get brighter. This light lasted for about one minute at most. She removed the broken glass of the vial from the closet, turned and walked back to the classroom.

Kerry walked in to the closet and closed the door behind her. She began to get quite nervous as she was not fond of enclosed tight spaces, so she wanted to get this experiment done with quickly. Not realizing how truly dark it was going to be, Kerry took out her wand and whispered, "lumos" and pointed it towards the pocket of her robes. Carefully taking out the vial, Kerry held it tightly in one hand and whispered "nox" and with the other hand reached back in her robes and placed her wand.

Her heart beating even faster in the small, dark room, Kerry took the vial and smashed it against the wall, quick to cover her eyes from any shards of glass that would come flying away from the wall. It was a good thing she covered her eyes, because the light that came from the spot where the vial had broken was blinding. Kerry was delighted to see that her potion had worked, or at least she hoped it had. The light was still shining bright after a few minutes. She was getting anxious as she waited for it to fade. Was this supposed to happen? Kerry knew that she had followed the instructions to a tee, being one of the last one's to finish just to make sure she had done it right.

Finally the light subsided and Kerry quickly threw the door open and took a deep breath at the fresh air coming from the hallway. Kerry sat down a minute alongside the closet door in the hallway. Setting her bag down, she took out a quill and parchment and began to take quick notes of the experiment so she would have it fresh in her mind when she wrote her essay.

Kerry was about to head out, when she realized she had not cleaned up her mess in the closet. She took out her wand, but was unsure of the spell to clean the mess up. Being a first year can be so frustrating some times. So intead, Kerry bent down and picked up the pieces and brought them to a trash can down the hall.

Coming back to retrieve her bag, Kerry shut the closet door allowing the next student to use it, and walked off to begin working on the essay for this experiment. She knew she'd have to research a bit to find out if her results stood up to what the potion was supposed to do, so Kerry headed out towards the library.

Megan followed her fellow students and found an empty closet. She set down her books and prepared to throw the vial. She hoped this worked.

She threw the vial as hard as she could and a bright green light was thrown out. She shut her eyes a second too late and, even though the light only lasted about ten seconds, she had green spots in her eyes for quite some times. She cleaned up the mess she made, quickly jotted down her results, then gathered up her stuff and headed to the library to finish the homework.

Emily followed her classmates out of the Potions classroom and down the hallway to where the closets were. Since she was one of the last ones out of the room, she had to wait for an available closet. Once someone came out, she stepped into a closet and closed the door expectantly behind her.

It was pitch black inside. She rummaged in the inside pocket of her robes for her vial and her wand. Finding her wand, she tried to remember the spell she had learned in Charms that would produce some light for her to see by. Oh, what was it? Um... right. It's Lumos. She uttered the spell aloud and saw her wandtip blaze with light. I'm getting better at this! Last time it was a small beam.

Emboldened by her progress at charms, she uncorked her vial of Scintillation Solution and got ready to throw it. "Nox," she whispered. She picked a spot at the opposite end of the small closet and chucked her vial.

Emily was almost blinded by the intensity of the light. Despite her surprise at how bright it was, she closed her eyes and began to count the seconds. Twelve seconds later, she was again plunged into total darkness. She reignited her wand and saw the mess she had made. There were shards of glass all over, but fortunately she hadn't been cut.

Emily had overheard one of the older student using a cleaning spell and decided to give it a try. "Scourgify!" she yelled confidently. To her surprise, the broken glass vanished. Pleased with her success, Emily turned the doorknob and walked back out into the hallway. She couldn't wait to tell the Professor that her first ever potion had worked.

Linda found one empty closet and went in she closed the door behind her and looked at her muggle watch. That seemed to be her only piece of muggle equipment that still worked so she decided to use the stop watch on it. Having gotten ready for the timing she cleared her mind and thew the vial.

It shattered on a wall and erupted into light. She skwinted at it and tried to memorise the brightness of it. It was extreamly bright. Like looking right into the sun. Linda had to blink at that moment and it light faded. She looked at her watch. It had only lasted for two seconds.

Two measley seconds. Linda had no idea if it when horribly wrong or if it was on the right track. All she knew was that it seemed very very dark in the closet so she lit her wand a saw the shards of glass everywhere. "Scourgify!" she said and they disapeared.

Once the students were finished and gone, the doors automatically sealed themselves.
