| | |  Charms: Lesson #1
The classroom is divided into two sections. One is a large area in which you will practice more advanced charms and the second is two banks of bench desks that face each other. The practice area is lined with cabinets and shelves. You see cushions, books, and other objects that are used in the course of mastering Charms for the OWL and NEWT exams. The desks look as old as Hogwarts and they are. You are standing in the very first classroom of this school. It is old and there is power that lingers in this space from every student who has entered here. The wood of the desks bear many scuffs, pits, even cravings. There are hole to hold your ink wells and a slot to lay down your quill.
You stop and look down the aisle the desks form to see the new Charms Professor. His robe and cloak are deep navy. He is seated at the ancient teacher's desk, his head bent over books and parchments. He looks up and see you, then he stands. He is a very tall wizard and he turns to write on the board behind his desk. You realize he is almost ready to begin and quickly take a seat. Bucky grimaced slightly and shook her head. Already she was being distracted. She could have answered that question, it was simple enough. Everyone knew who Ron Weasley was, that is if you ever read a book in your life.
"Thank you," she said perplexed taking the candy in her hand and gazing at it suspiciously. For all she knew it could be poisoned! Placing it on her desk she tried to get Leo's attention. Pointing at the candy and at him, she'd hope he got the jist. Better him than her.
"A model?" Bucky inquired from Hepzibah. "What kind of model? Like a hand model?"
Was she being honest or was she really just clueless. Bucky didn't know but perhaps she was just as insane as Lua was. Bucky stared dumfounded at the rest of the class and shook her head disapprovingly. So, perhaps Heptobismol was a bit crazy in the cabeza but she deserved a little respect.

Leo's attention was caught.He saw Bucky pointing the candy to him.Was it Valentine already!?.Of course she would be his,Leo nodded his head and smiled happily."I knew she would come around" he thought to himself.Leo then started to ruffle his black hair out of bordem he just wished that he would answer a question right.

Bucky smiled at Leo, completely amused at what a complete idiot he could be. Now, all she had to do is wait for the class to end, hand over the candy and see if he falls over backwards. If he does, then Bucky had saved herself from peril if he doesn't--well, the candy probably had milk in it anyways.
Glaring at the Gryffindor girl who dared argue with Jacques was all she could without causing trouble. Jacques was her friend plus, she could cost Gryffindor points and Bucky wasn't about to let someone ruin their chances at the House Cup. Imprinting her face in her memory, Bucky made a mental note to have a little chat with her later. | |

Bucky would have answered but it seemed a girl who was in Hufflepuff was it? Got the answer correctly, besides, Heptobismol was much more amusing than the class. Bucky shook her head, she really ought not to call her by that name but it was only in her head so what harm could it do?
She looked away from the Professor, trying hard not to laugh and focus in the class all at once but the fact that she had cackled like a maniac before placing a piece of candy in her mouth made her look a lot like some crazed candy maniac Bucky was afraid she had just met the older version of Lua. All she needed was for her to start talking about bringing people back from the dead and transfiguring students into lions.
"I wouldn't know Ma'am," she replied to Hepzibah. "I'm not subscribed to Witch Weekly."
Bucky laughed loudly at Hepzibah's last comment and struggled a while to gain her composure.
"Oh, they like to imitate one another," she whispered between coughs. "You get used to it."
