Dis hid her smirk as Gryffindor losted 10 more points. Serves them right. They need to know they're not the favorites and can't get away with the things they do. She stood with her hands clasped behind her back, wand intertwining her fingers, waiting patiently for the professor to proceed with class.

Alanna cringed as Gryffindor lost more points. It wasn't really her problem, but she couldn't help pity all the houses at this lesson. Quiet and reserved, she waited impatiently for the lesson to move towards learning more.

Erinelle cringed inwardly as her house lost even more points. Yet everyone made mistakes and she could forgive Bucky, she was likeable. She stayed quiet and twirled her wand about her manicured fingers.

Kerry stood quietly, she was not going to give any more points away for her house. She had to agree with the Professor that the class had gotten a bit out of hand. Kerry hoped that the lesson would continue soon with learning some more about charms and not about manners, as she shuddered thinking what a lesson would be like about manners, imagining it would not be fun.

Kerry rocked back and forth on her heels, twirling her wand gently in her fingers as she waited.

James sighed quietly. He decided to stay more focused so his house wouldn't lose any more points. His wand slipped from his fingers and he quickly picked it up. James hoped the lesson didn't stray from what he wanted to learn. Anxious, he began twirling his wand in his hands.

Jeremiah rolled his eyes as a Gryffindor girl walked in late and began to talk to someone beside her. As if there weren't enough points lost from this class. Though he couldn't really blame her for missing the first half. Jeremiah himself was sorely tempted to walk out right now.

But he'd already lost Ravenclaw ten points and gotton himself a detention from that fight with Bucky. Jeremiah shot an annoyed look at her across the classroom. He couldn't get back at her now, when the teacher was so attentive to any mischief, but maybe during the detention?

Jeremiah forced himself to look away from Bucky and gloomily tried to imagine what would happen in their detention.

Brandon smacked his head as a fellow gryffindor walked in late and started talking. Great, there go more points. These first years are gonna be the death of him. He twirled his wand beginning to get impatient about the class. He came to learn not just stand there.

KAtie was a bit shocked. She sat in her seat quietly. but was getting a bit impatient. katie new this but she held it back and waited. Katie was jus leanign back causaly like usual.

Linda was rather weary by now of the people in the class, from silly fights to walking in late and talking. She sighed and rubbed her wand on her robes.

Faye chewed her bottom lip in annoyance. Franchement! if we have to lose points, you'd think it could be over something more worthwhile than pestering prefects! Not wanting to dwell on it, the small Aboriginal Canadian witch busied herself tidying up her notes.

Linda smiled as she saw Randver crawle to his desk, but she dicided that she'd pretend not to have noticed to space him some embarasment and said once more, "Lumos.....Nox" and shifted her weight from one foot to another.

Taylor leaned back in her seat a little, and sighed. She was growing bored.

She threw a distraught look at Brandon, although she was a first year herself, at least she hadn't lost them any points yet.

Chiyo watched as another Gryffindor girl walked in late. She frowned and glared at her angrily. She also glared at the students that were talking. She had gotten some of those house points, and she didn't want them to lose anymore. She groaned softly and clenched her wand. If they weren't in class, she would have hexed them already. This was really starting to bug her. They were still in the lead a good four hundred points...but not for long. Not if these students kept coming in late, and interrupting the class by talking and fighting.

Brandon's head was beginning to throb. He wanted so bad to put a stop to all the disturbances and talking but it would put him in trouble to. He saw Erinelle cast a glance at him. She was annoyed to by the look she had. The professor was already tired of it but apparently the entire class didn't care, save for a select few. He turned to the gryffindor first year who walked in late. It was to late for the tardiness part but he put his finger to his lips and said "Shh!" If they wouldn't stop soon they were going to quickly lose the points everyone else worked so hard to earn.

Zephan stayed close to her sister and her friend while contimplating the scene around her. She had felt bad about talking when she shouldn't have but glanced around at the people who were talking and then back at the people who were scowling at them. She wondered how people ever thought intimidation would suffice as a method of control over another. She knew her talking was wrong but heavely resented people trying to stare into the ground to get her to shut it. Maybe, when they realized it wasn't working they would try a new approach

As the talking continued and two people walked into class late, Tolkien had had it. He clenched his wand so hard that his hand hurt but that was better than losing his temper totally in front of the students.
