Rave took the article from Lua and read it silently. Suddenly her face paled and she swayed alarmingly. She could only imagine the owl she was going to get from her parents and then the entire process from last term would start again, except this time she'd withstand pressure better. She steadied herself by leaning a bit on Lua as the thoughts rushed through her head.

An owl flew through the window and dropped a letter on Rave's head. She shakily let go of Lua and unfolded the letter. If it was possible her face became even grayer and she looked as if she was about to be sick. Shaking she turned away and said, "I... I... I'm going to my room for a bit Lu." and she walked away up the stairs looking very unsteady on her feet.

Linnea giggled as Gany bumped Lee and called him a lady. She looked at her cousin for a moment..."Gany," she asked, "where are your....." she allowed herself to trail off, assuming her cousin was self-concious. She shook her head again.

Hazelle raised an eyebrow at the young woman - as if she herself were any different - that had quite accidentily bumped into Lee. She smiled to herself, for some reason, all the girls were bumping into Lee, the poor dear, today.

Then Lee's friend, Linny, called the strange one Gany....she recognized that name....Gany....Gany...surely not! "Gany?" she questioned, "Ganymede Craft? The terror of Slytherin?"

Lua could feel rave's weight on her shoulders again, she wanted to ask what was wrong with her, but she understood how her sister felt. The incidents weren't easy, and this wasn't good news either. Trying to ignore rave's behavior above her, but still paying attention to whether she collapses or not. Raging hormones, she thought to herself and shook her head, forgetting she was a girl. More owls were coming into the room, lua flinched slightly, but this time rave got a letter. "Rave, whats wrong?" she asked, but thanks to her sister's reflexes she was out of hearing range, by the time she asked. Whats the hurry for?, lua pondered as she tried to figure out who was rave's letter sender.

An owl fluttered towards Virohsa and dropped a parchment of a news clipping. Frowning, Virohsa grabbed the parchment and read it quickly. She put it down and looked back at the gift she had for Rae, the dark detectors. Perhaps, they could install them around the castle.
The article was concerning... she looked around at the crowd they had around them and wondered if he had returned as a child.

Something bumped into Lee rather quickly and it was sore. Lee looked up whilst rubbing his head. "Ganymede you silly fool..." he said giggling and looked down at the young Professor's hand, "Glasses? You have glasses? I didn't know!"

Julia, who had left earlier to get some fresh air, was now leading a very angry Kay into the Leaky Cauldron. She took her over to where Linnea was sitting and she unlatched Kay's arm from her own. "Well, here you are. Daily Prophets are all around here, so I guess it'll just be a matter of time before you pick up one and read it. I suggest you take a seat, though," she said with a sigh, then took a seat herself. What an interesting scene this will be... Julia thought to herself, watching Kay very closely.

Amber dragged Hawken into the Leaky Cauldron hot on the trail of Julia and Kay. Afterall, Hawken wanted to talk to Kay and talk to Kay he shall. They looked around the pub, but it was so crowded they had a hard spotting her. They finally caught her and Julia near a table but the looks on their faces told them not to talk to them just yet. They walked near, but didn't speak.

"I am not sitting down," Kay said through clenched teeth as she put on a fake smile. "And I'll read whatever it is after I have a word with them." She scanned the room and spotted the newlywed couple who appeared to be upset by something. A twinge of joy was felt for a brief moment and she realized that she striding confidently up to the couple. In fact, her stride was eerily reminiscent of that of her late father who went to school with the Potions Master.

"I wanted to offer you my congratulations on your union," Kay said somewhat cheerfully and smiled as she reached out to shake Branxton's hand. The angle she had herself offered Rae a full view of the long jagged red scars that criss-crossed her right arm and shoulder, a permanent reminder of her duel with Voldemortist. At no time during this exchange did she acknowledge the presence of the Headmistress.

"Ah, thank you very much. I must say that I am quite content," he replied, taking her hand and shaking it. "How are you healing? Those were some terrible cuts when I first saw them."

"Thank you for inquiring about my injuries, Professor Branxton," Kay answered as she shook his hand. "The healing process is slower than I anticipated and I hope to be cleared by the healers at St. Mungo's in time for the Quidditch season." Her right arm appeared to be a little stiff as she withdrew her hand and she winced from the movement but continued to smile.

:: Ganymede was giving Lee a sneer as she announced to him, "Well, maybe I do." She moved a few steps back from him, after how he acted last term she was wary of his feelings.

Just then she saw and heard her cousin. Also, there was a woman who apparently knew her. "Heh. Hi Linny." She looked the other woman up and down.

"Yes. I am. Actually, I was. Now I teach Tranfiguration." She introduced herself proudly while thinking I like that nickname better than swamp girl.
Out of the corner of her eye, Ganymede was trying to read the article. With her glasses on she could make out some of the text.

"You don't work for the Ministry do you?" She asked the new woman with Linnea quite boldly. ::

"I'm sure they'll be able to something about it. If you have need for any specialized potions, feel free to send me instructions at the end of term and I can provide them to the nurse for you," he answered.

Hazelle blinked, why on earth would she be working for the ministry? "Err....no, actually. I'm the new Astronomy professor, graduated four terms ago and moved to America to further my studies of interest." She smiled, "but now I'm back where I belong. Among family and," she looked at Lee, "friends."

She looked back up at Gany, "I'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Hazelle Belle, though I doubt you'd recognize the name. I only knew yours by your reputation."

:: Ganymede smiled uneasily and said, "Astronomy." That was one of her least favorite subjects even though her name was the same as a moon of Jupiter.

Then with a more natural smile she continued, "You must be a night owl. How nice." Hazelle wasn't very old, I wonder what house she was on. Perhaps we will be friends? She thought to herself.

Ganymede felt a small pull in the back of her mind. "If you'll excuse me I think I need another drink." She gave a small bow before heading to the bar. ::

"You seem to be fitting in quite nicely. making new, or should I say meeting old friends?" Lee said to Hazelle smiling. Loads of people were joining them now, Kay was one of them. He pointed to her indicating to Hazelle, "Thats Kay. She helped out last year from what I saw. Rhea and Rave were there too, but I don't really know what happened with them. I was knocked out before they acted," Lee said pointing to two other girls that were surrounding the reception.

Kim walked into the wedding reception with a gift she made by hand.She look at tables and looked around then spotting the headmistress she smiled and said "congradulations".she handed her gift to her and said'I hope you too are very happy and wish you the very best luck in the world.With that said kim walk away with her dress robes she was wearing.She founded a empy table and sat down.

Hazelle nodded to Ganymede as she left them for a drink. She turned and watched where Lee pointed out various students, seeing the scars on Kay and such. Poor dears.

Linnea tugged lightly on Lee's arm, and leaned in for a whisper, "Rave helped Ma - Voldemortist. She attacked her sister. I saw it. In the halls."

Opteryx finally made his appearance fashionably late, having been held up by last minute research he'd been doing on behalf of Gringott's Bank. Apparently the goblins were having a little trouble with a malfunctioning vault that he'd helped to repair when he was still actively working with Gringotts.

He was about to make a beeline for the new couple when he dug into his left pocket and a slightly panicked expression crossed his face. Instead, he veered adruptly away to one of the tables to pat out his pockets, evidently having not brought something he thought he had.
