Phoebe couldn't help but smile as the teachers trued to catch the run away vacuum. It seemed rather unusual and Phoebe had never come across a vacuum at home like that. "Would you like any help?" Phoebe asked raising her hand. |
Jen thought for a moment. Now this, she thought, is an interesting lesson. |
Serena continued to stare wide-eyed as the vacuum continued its rampage. Glancing over as Whende continued to laugh, Serena smiled slightly, but jumped, startled as two of the professors cast spells and the vacuum exploded. Throwing her arms up to shield her face from the flying bits of plastic, Serena blew out a breath of annoyance. Their now entertaining class had turned into utter chaos. |
Bucky stared wide-eyed at the spectacle underneath her, before, her around her, it didn't really matter. When the Man-Sucking Vacuum Cleaner of Doom headed towards Professor Light, she hid her face behind her hands, only peeking through her fingers every once in a while to make sure she wasn't being ingested. Soon, the vacuum cleaner was blown apart it seemed by Professor Branxton and Professor AMMZ. "Is it over?" She asked and smiled sympathetically at Professor Light. "Maybe you made it angry?" |

Professor Light looked around the room. She was at a loss for words. For once in her whole life. "Um.. in conclusion... this is why it's hard to clean and why muggles need so many cleaning objects.... And why it's not a good idea to hot wire your vacuum... nope...Ummm... take it away..." she looked at both of the other professors, and gestured madly, unsure of who was to try and go next. She was completely covered in dirt. She did her best to slink off to the corner, still hearing comments about if she had made it angry and wanting one of those. They made her laugh, but she decided to pass it over to the other professors for now. |
Jen stared at the scene. This lesson had turned out to be more interesting than she was expecting. Apparently plastic did not react well to spells. That was a piece of information that could prove very valuable in the future. She gave Professor Light a sympathetic look and said timidly, "Maybe it ate something that didn't agree with it." |
Nik sat there grinning as he waited in anticipation for the next part of the lesson. It was like Christmas had come early this year, he hoped Bucky had remembered to use that camera hanging about her neck and taken some decent photos of this lesson. |

Phoebe sat there silently laughing. She turned to see if Whende had found it at all funny. Wondering what to do next she watched all three profesors. |
Whende was just staring. "Whoa," she said again, giggling at the other comments. Blinking a couple times, a huge smile crossed her face. Then she started clapping. "Bravo, bravo!" she shouted, then whistled. Seconds later, she managed to calm down enough for the next part of the lesson. |
Hearing Whende cheer Phoebe joined in clapping and whisling only for a few seconds until Ma- macdougall gave her a stare, she looked away and waited patiently. |
Bucky quickly took a seat, ignoring for now the mess around her and how her robes, hair, face and bottom were all now completely filthy. She would need to take a shower after this particular lesson. She picked up her quill and wrote in rather big letters across the paper: Do not make a vacuum cleaner angry. It'll suck you. Then adding as an after thought. Do not let AMMZ and Branxton anywhere near it. They'll blow it sky high. |
"Ahhh... yes," Professor Branxton replied, putting his wand away. He was still a little stunned. That had been a harrowing ordeal. He'd never known muggles to have such beasts and wondered how they ever managed to keep anything clean. Of course, one must take into account the less than effective charms used to activate the machine at Hogwarts and he made a mental note not to judge muggles until he'd seen this 'vacuum cleaner' in it's native habitat. He straighted his robes and walked over to his desk, he picked up the tray and held it up for the class. "These spray vials each contain a measure of Mrs. Scower's Magical mess Remover, a commercial magical cleaning supply available in many shops. It is useful for cleaning all types of messes and is extremely convenient as you obviously don't need to spend time brewing it. I think you'll find that it will easily cut through the dirt and grim which seems to have accummulated upon the tables during this lesson," he said, glad that he'd managed to keep his comments about muggle cleaning to himself. "You should all come up and get a bottle, then attempt to clean your table. Remember to take notes." |
Rave got to her feet and trudged, still filthy, up to the desk and grabbed a vial. "Professor, is this stuff ok to use on skin?" she asked once again gesturing to her grime covered self. When the vacuum exploded it had coated Rave in thick layer of grime which she had not managed to get off. |
Phoebe jotting down a few notes then got up and took a bottle of the potion. She walked back to her desk and moved all her books and belongings ot the floor and began to spray. Using an old cloth she had fuond she scrubbed at a particular dirty part of the desk until it was gone. |
Whende went up and grabbed a bottle. She looked at it curiously, examining the bottle. Then waited for Branxton's reply to Rave's question, as she'd like to know as well. |
Professor Light looked down. Her robes were slightly dirty after crawling around her office trying to find all the stuff. At least you could tell that her robes were originally black. Now, they'd be hard pressed to pass for gray will all the soot, dirt, and burnt plastic covering her. She smiled lightly and walked over, grabbing a vile of the potion. "Can I use this on my robes... because... um.. I don't think -scourgify- is getting this out any time soon." she asked quietly, not wanting to disrupt the class. |
Nik went up to take a vial of cleaning solution and heard Rave's question. He bit his tongue to keep from making a comment about using the potion as a facial cleanser and smirked instead as he made his way back to his table. Now, what was he supposed to do? Pour the stuff on the table? Hmmm... |
"It is not toxic and perfectly safe to use on skin, though I would be sure to wash before eating and no magical cleaning solution can substitute for a proper bath or shower," Professor Branxton replied to Miss Stone's question before looking over at Professor Light. "I'm not certain on its effectiveness in cleaning cloth, though it should not have any adverse effects." |
Whende smiled. That was perfectly fine. She spritzed some onto her hands and arms. Then rubbed it over her face. At least most of the grime was gone. "Ahh," she said, relaxing in her seat again. |
Patrick took a spray can and watched as Whende covered in dirt waited for Professor Branxton's reply as she definately needed cleaning. As he passed her he whispered "Hey Whende you should definately use it." He laughed quietly to himself and continued on to his seat. |
katie was looking around then stopped to look at the proffecssor she thought that she might needed to clean her robes. Katie was watching other students and asked "what do we do next?" |
Francesca got up to get a vial of cleaning solution and raised a brow looking at the bottle. This was going to be a very odd class. Of course she knew it was going to be odd anyway since there were three teachers there. One of them being AMMZ didn't exactly help matters either. Shrugging, she walked back to the table she was sitting at. I wonder if it's safe to smell this stuff. Muggle cleaning things are supposed to smell nasty if I remember correctly. |
After the mop incident Jacques had dropped anything even remotely mop-like and retreated to the back of the classroom. When the vacuum cleaner exploded, he dived under the nearest desk and got a mouthful of the dust that was coating the floor. Coughing profusely he made motions towards the nearest students for water. He was still coughing when the professors started handing out more cleaning products. |
Katie saw the ville in Francesca hand and thought it was perfectly safe to use but she had a second though what happens if it was toxic or or its a strange potion.so she went over to Francesca to see what the label said she saw what it said and said" i think its safe " |
