As you approach the large mahogany wooden door, you notice a faint smell of fresh roses as well as an engraved name reading:

As you start to push the door open, you soon become aware of mystical and soft aromas drifting in the ait. Unable to pin the specific aromas, you feel your body relax as you start to step inside this office. You feel yourself floating and perhaps, you feel filled with energy and spark.

Nevertheless, after you enter and your mind begins to unfog, you then begin to notice your surroundings. There seems to be a high quantity of books all around, which are beautifully accompanied by exotic flowers and plants as well as awards for service to the Ministry.

And at the end of the room, there is a marble desk and a 42-yr old woman pouring water on top of some of her plants. The professor is a fit 5'10. Her straight blonde hair and green eyes give no warning to her strict personality (unless you have seen one of her cold stares that go right through you). Her robes are always presentable and clean (they look almost always new), which is amazing for she spends most of her time taking care for plants. Her face is soft and unwrinkled, yet her stare is strict and cold.

The woman appears to be deep in thought as she turns to her desk and starts scribbling on a parchment. "Yes?", she says sharply as she notices you standing by the door. Her voice seemed a bit too aloof and cold, perhaps due to the fact that her eyes never lifted from the parchment nor her hand stopped moving.

After the two students have left, Virohsa looked at the little boy. "I understand you may be concerned dear, but rest assured, I will protect all of the children in this school", she explained. "Here, take some more cookies. And remember that it is better to listen carefully and not trust students. Last term, Voldemortist was working with students", she added as she poured him more tea. "Are you allright?", she asked the little boy.

Seeing Lua of all students at a Professor's office on her own accord was somewhat difficult to accept for Bucky. Lua wasn't exactly what you would call a model student. Not a bad person but just a little on the wild side.

"I think Virohsa is busy," she whispered. "But you can try your luck."

Lua was leaning against the office wall, when out of the blue a girl in gryffindor robes bumped into her. Blinking at her lua took a mental picture of her face before straightening herself again then fixed her robes while answering, "No problem. I can wait." wondering why the girl was whispering in the first place. At the same moment jen walked out nodding, lua replied her nod with a nod of her own.

Jen hurriedly made her way to Professor Virohsa's office, Bucky not far behind. Not even caring that Lua and some other girl were waiting, she pounded on the door, hoping Virohsa would let them in soon. They had promised to let her know immediately if they observed anything out of the ordinary and what had just happened in the common room was certainly not commonplace.

Jamie took a few more cookies and began to nibble on it. "I... think I am," he said. "I just... do you really think she is? Under a spell or potion I mean? Why would she even associate with him? And how would he have been able to do that to her anyway?"

He paused to eat some more of the cookie, chewing it slowly.

"How strangely has she been acting?" he asked. "Samea said something about her. About her not being with us much longer. She said "What has been done can be undone..."

Bucky followed Jen, closely and quickly. One hand inside her robes at all times. Her fingers gripped her wand tightly. Celestina wasn't very good at Charming objects or Transfiguring them either but if it called for she could hex, poke, slap, bite, kick, whatever it called for.

She avoided eye contact with Lua and the other Slythering girl. Although she appeared casual, inside she was panicking. It wasn't so much the fact that she had found herself unexplicably drowsy and falling asleep only to wake up and realize that all those around her had experienced the same and that the common room was now destroyed. No, it wasn't that that was bothering her it was the fact that she couldn't explain it. That she didn't know what had caused this or who? Who? This terrified her because she was unable to do anything about it. Control wasn't in her power as it usually was. Hopefully, Virohsa would be able to ease her a bit.

Professor Virohsa nodded. "I believe she is under a spell to be madly in love", she explained. Hearing the commotion outside, she excused herself and opened the door. Seeing the anxiety on the students' faces, she thought that something dreadful had happened. "Come in", she motioned them. She looked around for traces of Lainey...

Jen practically tumbled into Professor Virohsa's office, Bucky in tow. "Professor! Something happened in our common room!" she exclaimed breathlessly. There was no point in wasting time with pleasantries. After all, Virohsa had given them instructions to let her know if anything odd happened. Unsure of what to do now, Jen shifted nervously from one foot to the other.

Bucky was leaning far too close towards the door so when it opened she found herself almost tumbling into the office. At Jen's exclamation, Bucky elbowed her softly. The door to the office was still open and Lua and the slytherin girl were still outside.

"It's very important Professor," said Celestina nervously, one hand still inside her robe instinctively grasping her wand.

Seeing that Lainey was not around, she nodded severely. "Come in, take a chair", she instructed them as she held the door open... wondering what had Lainey been up to... or worse... had she allowed Voldemortist in?

Jen winced slightly as Bucky elbowed her, but she did understand why. It had been stupid of her to be so obvious, but it was too late now. Before taking a seat as Virohsa instructed, she made sure the door was closed. "Professor, something's happened in our common room," she repeated, her voice much softer this time. "There was smoke, and then we all fell asleep and next thing we knew the common room had been ransacked."

Ransacked?, she thought. Why would Voldemortist want to do that... unless he thought something was hidden there.. or... "Did any other places get ransacked?", she asked softly after the door had closed. She feared that the headmistress' office was ransacked... after all, she kept all of her private information and sources there.

Bucky nodded at Jen's brief summary. It was a good way of putting it. Their common room had been basically turned upside down.

"It seemed something or someone was looking for something," she said softly throwing a few glances at Jamie who had no idea what they were talking about. "We didn't see anything see, we somehow ended up falling asleep and when we woke we were on the ground and the whole common room was destroyed and even the portraits seemed to be stunned."

She shook her head at Virohsa's question. She wasn't replying but she just didn't know. After the incident in the common room she didn't even have time to think about her missing pet.

"I don't know," she replied. "Do you think it's possible? We headed straight here and didn't meet anyone in the way."

Jen nodded in agreement as Bucky elaborated on what she had just said. Although she had been having second thoughts about involving the girl, they were now gone as she had proven to be more than capable of handling herself.

"We don't know about anyplace else being ransacked," Jen affirmed, glancing at Bucky. "We weren't sure if this had to do with Professor Lainey at all but you told us to let you know if anything odd happened, so here we are," she continued.

Professor Virohsa's expressions were tense... at least, the students were unharmed... how could they gain access to the common rooms, she wondered. Voldemortist would be unable to, but a Professor could. "Perhaps, it is time we take a stroll around the castle... Oh, bring your wands and be ready for anything. Shall we begin with the Headmistress' office or shall we go to your common room?", she asked Bucky and Jen. "Or, we could divide ourselves. So while some of us go to look for clues, the othes can see if the Headmistress' office is intact, and what Lainey is doing?", she elaborated.

Bucky's pale face blanched even more, if it was even possible. Swallowing hard, willing herself to calm down she took a deep breath. She tightened her grip around her wand, the one she had been clutching inside her robe ever since she left the common room.

"Well, we left an older student to tend for the younger ones," she informed the Professor. "Dainsie wasn't present and we didn't think it was safe for anyone to leave the common room just yet."

Even as she said that she slapped herself mentally. They're common room had been attacked in their presence what made her think that they were safe still, but she didn't have any other choice but to hope. There was so much a third year could do.

"I think perhaps splitting up would be best," she spoke shyly. "You, Professor, could go and make sure Lainey isn't up to anything suspicious while we sneak a peek at the Headmistress' office."

Blushing, aware that she was seeming a bit bossy.

"Of course, what do I know," she muttered finally, deciding to keep quite for a good while unless necessary.

Professor Virohsa nodded taking the comments as suggestions. "Very well. Who wants to come with me to check on Professor Lainey?", she looked for volunteers.

Jen was about to reply but once again Bucky summed everything up perfectly. So Jen simply nodded. Splitting up seemed like it would get the most accomplished.

"We could look at the Headmistress' office but neither of us know the password," she pointed out, glancing sideways at Bucky. It wasn't a bad idea, they would just need a little more information before they could do anything. "Unless you wanted us to search Professor Lainey's office too."

Whatever they did, Jen didn't want to be the one to follow Lainey, but she would do it if it was necessary and meant keeping Bucky safe. Well, as safe as possible.

Professor Virohsa nodded. "Perhaps, going to see the Headmistress would be a good idea for you two... and make sure to check on your common room on your way back. I will start following Professor Lainey", she explained as she wondered how deeply Lainey was involved in this.

Bucky nodded and once more glanced at Jamie. She wondered how he was taking all of this. Biting her tongue to say anything unecessary stepped closer towards the door. To be honest, the small space in the office was making her nervous.

"We need a password?" She asked both Professor Virohsa and Jen.

She decided that she would suggest to Jen they visit the common room after they paid a visit to the Headmistress. Surely, nothing bad was happening in the common room again.

Professor Virohsa nodded. "Yes and No.. if the Headmistress is there, she will let you in when she sees you. She is quite good about seeing students", she explained.

So the Headmistress' office it was. Jen was perfectly fine with that. "Alright. Sounds like a plan," she said, moving towards the door. "If we find anything we'll let you know immediately." At this point, all she wanted to do was get to the bottom of these odd events.

With a final nod to Professor Virohsa, Jen left the office, knowing Bucky wouldn't be far behind.

Casting one last glance at the Professor, to reassure herself that this was the right thing and the best option everyone could take at the moment, Bucky followed Jen out of Virohsa's office.

To the Headmistress then. Hopefully, nothing odd had happened there as well.

She looked up as Professor Virosha stepped out of her office. Rave remembered all the party's they had in the common room when she was head of house. She smiled and gave a polite nod, waiting for someone to speak.
